Quiet & Cozy

This was a nice unit, looks exactly like the pics, pool is nice, deck faces the golf course, quiet and comfortable, and very affordable.

Wouldn’t stay again

The check in process was not accurate. We did not get a parking pass, nor was the office hours correct. The office wasn’t open to get a parking pass. We got locked out of the complex because we didn’t have a pass. They stated a gate guard would allow us in. But there was no guard. We contacted the host with no response. The sheets in the master room looked very dirty. The resort states they are just like a hotel, but there was half a role of toilet paper, 1 oz bottle of dish soap, no trash bags, no S&P. It was a nice location- the pool & bar staff were incredible. The bar food was great! Overall, we will not be staying here again & wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Great place in a great location

Highly recommended, very clean 3 bedroom apartment/condo. Located in a very convenient location. Beautiful pool with very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again!

Shady and unapologetic

Summary: False arrival info, broken shower head, bare minimum supplies, tried to keep my security deposit. They gave us the false info on how to enter the gated community saying, “2) If you arrive after 6:00 pm please show proof of the reservation and the guard will open the gate for you.” THERE IS NO GUARD nor does this establishment employ a guard. We had to walk to the apartment, and even their directions to the place were wrong. They said they’d leave a gate key on the kitchen counter, which they didn’t. Called the next day to ask about the gate guard,soap and tp, and their response was, they don’t have a guard and they don’t supply you with more toiletries. One small hotel sized complementary soap and one roll of tp. Never stayed at a rental where they didn’t supply the bare essentials for the price you pay. Didn’t apologize or remotely care for our inconvenience. They seem more annoyed that we had called them. Had I not asked about my security deposit refund they would not have given it back to me.

Cozy

Our stay was very nice!! The property was exactly if not better then what I expected. The pool was warm and refreshing after a long day of walking the parks all day. As previous reviews stated there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags, one roll of paper towel and 2 pods for the dishwasher, all of which we could have used more of for a family of 6, but made due and picked up some stuff. It is possible if i asked for more we would have been given more, but I didn't call to ask. Otherwise, we would absolutely stay again it is perfect location to all parks, restaurants and shopping.

spacious and accomodating.

condo was comfortable and accomodating. the pool was a hugh highlight since it was very hot. cooking at home is a plus. enjoyed visiting the parrks. and being with family. only downside was communication with horizon vacations. very difficult to contact when the dryer didn't work. otherwise definitely visit the same place again.

Nice Condo - needs a few things ...

The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed our stay there and the price was reasonable. However, some minor changes would have improved our stay immensely. The selection of cookware was severely lacking. The only frying pan was warped and not suitable for cooking eggs (or anything), and we needed a larger pot for cooking spaghetti, a cake pan, and a cookie sheet. This made cooking very frustrating. There were plenty of bath towels and pool/beach towels, but no bathroom hand towels and only one Kitchen towel. For the amount of money it cost, I felt like more than one very small roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one paper towel roll could have been provided. The thermostat was set at 74 degrees, which actually was a bit cold for us and I wished that we could have turned it up. As it was we just ended up turning the air conditioning on and off all the time to keep it comfortable. Despite these problems, I would stay there again if I could bring a frying pan in my luggage!

Our Home Away from Home!

We stayed a week at this condo and it was absolutely perfect. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Plenty of room for everyone! We know this resort area as we have stayed before but this was our first time in this condo and it did not disappoint. The check in process was very easy. We were a little confused as the instructions and the actual process were not the same but nevertheless, it was very simple. We later learned from locals that the resort itself is undergoing new management so processes are a little different right now. From the condo perspective, there could have been a little more cookware such as larger pots and frying pans but other than that, there were plenty of dishes. There's a keurig and a coffee maker which we love and the kids enjoyed the fact that there was a blender which was perfect for making smoothies! The only downfall to our stay was that we had hoped there would be things such as salt, pepper, spices, oil, etc. already there. We have had this at other condos in this resort and it just saves money and wastage at the end of the trip! It was also noted on the information binder in the condo that it would be supplied but it was not there. We could have used some extra towels as well. There were plenty for the pool but not enough for showering and facecloths. I would not let those minor issues keep you from booking there though!! The pool area is perfect and the water temp is lovely. There are plenty of chairs and it isn't crowded! As someone that have stayed at this resort many times, we hope they bring back the on site bar and the restaurant because both were awesome and made the pool area that much better! The resort is also located in a great area with restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, fast food options, and other little stores close by. It's next to the I4, close to Disney and outlets, as well as a Walmart, Target, Ross, and other department stores within a 10 minute drive! We will definitely be booking here again! The property owners were easy to deal with as well and answered our questions very quickly! Can't wait until our next visit!

Not clean. Questionable surroundings.

The condo is cute, well-designed. On the surface and from a distance, the place appears clean. Look closer and you'll see dirty cabinet bottoms & fronts, showers have hair and mildew, majority of door jambs and doors need scrubbing, vents are matted with dust, window frames contain mildew you can smell, etc. If you have environmental allergies, this might not be a place for you. (Pics available) Our balcony overlooked a back parking lot and golf course. Two out of the four nights, we were "entertained" by a group attempting to spray paint a dilapidated truck while smoking weed. The same group (which lived in our building), had a revolving door of visitors in the evening. Cars would pull up in 1 of 2 spots directly under our balcony, leave their car idle, and run up to the 3rd floor. Few minutes later, they were back in their cars and gone(I'm a retired detective and can easily figure out what's going on.) Renters - Be aware of your surroundings.

Spacious and Quiet

The property was beautiful and spacious, plenty of space for us to spread out in. Road construction in the area made it difficult to get in and out of the immediate area though.

Disney World/Universal Family Trip

This condo was great! The condo was cute and clean. We loved the pool! It was nice after a long day at Disney to be able to retreat to a quiet oasis. Getting away from the Disney park/resort area and crowds was an important factor for us and this condo met that requirement! Very affordable too, which allowed us to enjoy more of what Disney, Universal, and Orlando had to offer. Hopping on and off the freeway to get to the attractions was super easy! Great services near the condo too with Publix supermarket and several restaurants. We are a family of five and it was so nice to have space for everyone to spread out. We will stay here again for sure!
