Best Florida Villa.

We have stayed in may villas over the years, this one is definitely one of the best we have stayed in. The images of the villa were very accurate and the place was spotless. The pool area was fantastic and the covered area was where we spent hours. Home owner was brilliant to deal with, responded quickly. Definitely would rent again.

Relaxing place to vacation!

We were very happy with this rental. Dawn (property manager) gave us thorough instructions for entering, staying at and leaving the house. She responded to all of our questions and concerns within 5 to 10 minutes of sending an email. The complex is in a very safe and relaxing area of Davenport. The house was extremely clean upon entering and the kitchen was well stocked with items needed to prepare meals. There were plenty of bath and beach towels for all of us. A few laundry and dishwasher tabs were left for us, along with garbage bags to get us started so we didn't have to rush out to grab sundries after travelling. The house had plenty of space for our two families to relax either inside or out. I would highly recommend this property for a worry free, relaxing place to stay while on vacation.

Great house for a family vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the themed rooms as well as the pool and the garage activities. The pool was the biggest hit with the kids. We just enjoyed being with the family in a lovely home. Thanks so much.

Beautiful house

This is a beautiful home that is near everything we wanted to visit. The pool is very welcoming. We had 10 adults and 2 kids. The twin beds would be perfect for kids but not as comfortable as us older people would desire. Plenty of bathrooms with sufficient bathing options as well. Nice neighborhood and near groceries, fast food, and other stores. We would highly recommend this place.

Great location and value

The location of this property was great for visiting Disney World. The house was large enough and then some for our party of 7. We did have some issues with the dishes/utensils being dirty. We had to wash everything before we used it. The beds were not very comfortable. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Good location, great pool, overall nice, comfortable home

This was a nice comfortable home to stay in for a weeks vacation. The location was great, the space of the home and the pool were great. My only issues during the stay were, they gave us the wrong lockbox code, but that was remedied very quickly and there is only parking for two cars at the home. This is difficult if more than two families are meeting at the home. Overall we had a great stay though!

Clean, lots of space

This was a clean house, and the 8 of us had plenty of room. However, the kitchen was sparsely supplied, and the beds were not very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, and the outdoor restroom was very handy.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

Everything at this property was perfect. We were able to relax, unwind, and just enjoy the home and it's amenities. Pool and spa were wonderful. Outdoor area was private and had plenty of space to lounge. I would recommend this home to all.

Relaxing Vacation

This house was great. Lots and lots of room. It was nice that adults could hang out in one living room, and there were still 2 other living rooms for the kids to hang out in. The pool was nice and relaxing. We spent several days just hanging out at the pool and enjoying the nice weather. We will definitely look at staying at this property again the next time we visit Florida.
