Not bad the home worked well for our stay. the kids loved the pool and it was within reasonable distance of attractions. There are no pool towels and only 2 washcloths. I ended up having to buy towels as the ones supplied wasn't enough. The floors are plank so no carpet and it gets dirty quickly but i found the brim and was able to sweep a few times a day. The home does need some updating but it's still a nice home. Beware of the Gators there's a 3 legged one my kids made ElChapo and a huge one named Bog Bertha. Just a heads up they do come up in the yard. Other than the towels home was clean and in a good area. would definetly come back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! 4 bedrooms were perfect for our family. We felt at home as soon as we got there. Kitchen was a great size, we were able to comfortably fit the family around the dining room table. The pool was cool in October and Fern was great about coming out and turning the heat on, mid week! As with the other reviews, bring pool towels. All in all a great vacation! We would definitely stay here again!

Helaas troffen we het huis in een slechte staat. De plek en privacy die je hebt zijn geweldig, je hebt een prachtig uitzicht op de natuur. Af en toe een alligator, prachtige vogels en vlinders. Er waren bij ons een paar problemen en ook al was het zeer teleurstellend, onze contactpersoon heeft echt geprobeerd dingen op te lossen. Het contact verliep prettig, daar zijn we dankbaar voor.

Pros and Cons

Pros: The property was as described and my family had a good week here. We enjoyed the pool and the conservation behind us was very neat. We got to see an alligator once a day, my kids loved it! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and basic stuff so that made cooking and eating there easy. We fit very comftably with a party of 8. There were several things that we did not enjoy though. The TVs are all very old, meaning no option to stream anything. They did have cable, but it was a very limited channel selection. We just found this off putting in 2025. Of course we were busy during the day, but at night if you just want to cozy up and watch whatever after a long day....dont count on that here. The overall condition of the property seemed a bit run down. There were scuffs on the walls and the showers both looked like they could use some love. The upstairs shower has no ventilation and there appears to be alarms on the windows so we just kind of dealt with the humidity after the showers. Im sure the property owner pays someone to maintain this property. It just appeared that it hasnt been maintained well. Nothing, that made me feel like we couldn't or shoudn't stay, just lots of little things. We did have enough towels but not wash cloths. So you may want to bring those. There also was no grill as the description said there was. Overall, we would say our stay was Ok! The house was affordable to stay at and achieved what we needed it for.

House in Davenport, near Disney

Property was located in good neighborhood near Disney and Irlo Bronson Hwy. House needs updating and maintenance. Cleanliness was average but a lot of areas were somewhat dirty. We had a hairdryer that didn’t work and some issue with the pool door alarm. One night the house alarm started to repetitively beep due to battery failure and a TV didn’t work properly. We contacted the management company and someone came over that day to fix the alarm and TV. The stay was okay, the property is outdated and needs a good deep cleaning.

Girls trip

This place was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Perfect for a bunch of women traveling! If i had any complaints it would be that more linens would be nice. A few more towels would be better for a larger group like ours. Other than that, i have nothing to say. I would book here again!!

Not as Advertised

Having read previous reviews, we knew going into our stay that we likely were going to run into some “cleanliness” issues. But, based on the write up and price, we felt we could do a little cleaning if needed when we arrived.The list of CONS severely outweighed the Pros and we caution anyone else considering staying here. The listing calls out “luxury” and “updated” amenities. That is honestly a stretch considering there were numerous spots of unpainted wall repairs, dirt and dust covering quite a few surfaces and multiple living ROACHES on the main level that made their way in our suitcases prior to our departure. We also found: Pack’n’plays were stained and one was damaged; Listing mentioned a vacuum, but none found so relied on a broom bought by another renter (saw it in her review); One of the twin beds was unusable as the springs were visibly falling out from under the bed; Majority of the blinds were broken, cracked and dirty; There was an outlet plate with a screw setting that was broken. Without the cord, the plate would have been on the floor. Definitely a HUGE safety concern.; Pots and pans had handles falling off; Listing mentioned a 15 min drive to Disney. We found it was a min of 35-45 minutes every time we went to the parks/Disney Springs; Paid extra for pool heat and were required to pay for entire stay. Don’t believe heat kicked on until the third day. Contacted property manager but no reply; Broken pool toys; just to mention a few things concerns...

The property is in a nice area, but no essentials at this property. No cooking spray or salt and pepper. Also the pool isnt heated, had a few bugs etc. The property manager was prompt in responding though

25th anniversary get away

It is a beautiful home with most everything you.. need. The pool once warm is big an very clean.. the house was clean an well kept.I did have to buy a pizza pan as there was none. An I got a new broom as I couldnt sweep with one there. The dryer works but is very slow at drying..

Great location

The location is great. Far enough away from Disney that traffic flows and close to everything. The house needs a deep cleaning. And it needs new sheets. It's a nice house just needs to be cleaner. Also the WiFi didn't work with the info provided but if you look at the modem and use the name and password there you are good to go. The game room needs updating. The football table is broken and the pool table is still usable but not in good shape. Overall enjoyed our trip to Disney and would go again. We had friends stay at a Disney resort and it cost them way more for a very small room.

2024 Orlando Trip

Perfect place for me and my sons for a quick 4 day getaway. The Host was great to deal with especially right after a hurricane, excellent communication, the house was clean and in a great neighborhood close to all of central Florida attractions.

Villa in poor state of repair

We had to scrub the patio doors and rear windows as they were filthy with mould and wouldn’t clear of condensation, and also on that point the air conditioning had been set far too low at 72. We had to scrub clean the patio table as it was also covered in slime and mould, the seats are also in a poor state. The pool area wasn’t pleasant either again having green mould and debris everywhere. The insect net has not been maintained and the roof is covered in hanging growths. Its also falling down, its been bridged with a beam but that has come out of its mountings and is hanging by a thread. The front of the property especially the porch windows at the top have not been cleaned in a long time and doesn’t let a lot of light in. We have had large cockroaches in the bedroom drawer, bathroom and kitchen so treatment needs updating. The advertised photos of the table football and pool in the garage need removing as the pool table cloth is torn and the table footballs handles are broken. One of the sliding bug doors was jammed partially over the exit as it had come of the runners and the other I noticed leaning against the side wall. Just needs some serious TLC we notified 1st Orland of the issues along with pictures and their response was "we want you to enjoy your holiday and always make sure our villas are kept well but if you want anything doing please send a list..." 2 days before we left they cleaned the pool area....

family vacay

The house was amazing the community it was in was super nice. The only thing that i would have a complaint about is they didnt have enough washcloths or towels suited for a villa housing 8. Other than that it was amazing. If your traveling with kids jus fyi the pond thats in the backyard will have alligators. We had one chilling there every day, so i didnt allow my kids outside the gate, but it was pretty cool to see.

Family vacation

House was as shown in pictures. Large House and was clean. Plenty of kitchen items to use. Pool was fantastic . I'd suggest you bring towels of your own if you have more than 4 people in your party. Also traffic at times can be a nightmare as one would expect being so close to Disney attractions.The alligators are very real, and one even comes up on land so take warning if you decide to go out in the back yard, be alert. Overall I'm VERY pleased with this vacation home and I would definitely stay again.
