Cozy and comfortable!

Great Amenities Villa!

The house and amenities are nice, everything was clean, and there is a great backyard with a pool and barbecue. It is also conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. What else could you ask for?

There were 23 of us. The house was awesome so much room for everybody. A few glitches but it was responded to fairly quickly. Only complaint was that there was not enough pans to cook with.. one frying pan for the whole group and no coffee pot we had to buy our own because they never delivered one ..other than that it was great!

Bombastic Stay!

Our 2 week stay at the house was really great! It had recently been renovated & was spotless. We especially loved the movie theatre, game room and the spacious living area. Plus, it was located close to lots of shops & malls - super convenient!

For price not worth it do to condition and problems with house

Do to the fact I had to spend the first several hours taking pictures of broken stuff like AC unit, ice maker in fridge, kitchen sink hand, arcade game would only let you play for a few minutes then turn off, every room had carpet stains and some of the carpet was pulled up and damaged, spot on floor was sticking up with nail sticking thru that a family member did step on but did not have an injury as of today because of it, only one dish washer worked correctly, several light fixtures had light bulbs burnt out, the pool became low on water and became dirty, the larger issues were taken care of and the property manager did give me 850 dollar credit she did state would be in my account within 48hours yet to see that. I feel do to all the issue we should be combinsated for more but property manager became short and irritated and felt 850 was the correct amount and would not give me anyone else's phone number to talk about the issues. I would like to be contacted for a follow up on this and I still feel a larger reimbursement I appropriate for all the issues. The staff that came and attempted to fix these issue were nice and polite. Again I would like to talk to someone higher than the property manager regarding this.

Acceptable

The house itself is very accommodating for a large family (we were 23 occupants). It missed, however, all the utensils, etc... necessary to prepare decent meals for such large groups. We had to buy some essentials on our own. On top of it, the kitchen range was not functioning and it took 4 days to have it replaced! What can you do in the meantime? Villatel service did their best but no preventive plan seemed to be in place to respond more promptly. Wherever there is carpeting left in this property is in need of thorough cleaning or replacement with flooring like found everywhere else. Must add that all calls to Villatel were handled expeditiously except for the range which apparently came to them as a hot one...!

Great house, but needs more kitchen supplies!

This house is great! There's plenty of room, and plenty of bathrooms which is a huge plus!! Our only complaint is there isn't enough kitchen supplies! There is only 3 pots and only one pizza pan! When you have several people staying in the house and you go to cook a meal it makes it very difficult when you don't have enough cookware. There really needs to be some baking dishes and cookie sheets etc.

Family Reunion

The house was amazing. Lots of room made for large families. Kids loved movie theatre. House was clean and comfortable. Parking was not good. We had 4 cars and driveway only fit 2. One of us always had to park a distance away. The houses are crammed into this resort. The community center was small and always crowded that we felt better staying at the house pool. Traffic was horrendous to the theme parks even getting into the developement. As much as we enjoyed the house we will not be back because of the over crowding.

We had 10 adults and 13 kids from 1-14. The house was nice and big and everyone could speed out. You would not know we had that many people in the house. Love it.

Big Family Gatherings

Overall we were impressed with all aspects of the property and would recommend it. Only negatives were the distance to the Disney parks which always took at least 45 minutes to one hour as the traffic on the I-4 is always awful. Partying neighbours can be a problem (which in our isolated case Villertal did not respond to.)

Absolutely love this property

My family and I love this property. The house was beautiful. The kids had so much fun in the game room and movie theater. The adults were able to spend time in the pool without disturbance. It’s like the property owner thought of everything you would want in a vacation rental. Me and my family would definitely stay here again.

Run Down but Roomy

I can't believe how run down and dirty the house was. Every carpet from the steps into every room was filthy. The walls from 2ft down, haven't been cleaned in a long time. Cobwebs covering the lights directly over the dining table. Found the bedspreads and a mattress with stains, covered over. Pool area hasn't been cleaned and still had jewlry and hair weave on the deck. The Jacuzzi and 1 of the 4 arcade games didn't work and was never repaired, despite going in person to the management company after they stopped answer phones and returning messages. Most of the other games pictured only partially worked. Parking was terrible with only 2 spots and on street parking where you could find it. Theater room was nice, lots of storage and kitchen space. I would not recommend this house or the management company who just stopped calling back and trying to fix our problems.

Beautiful home with lots of space

We had a great stay in Davenport for a family reunion. The home had plenty of space for all 22 of us, ranging from age 3 - 70. Plenty of sleeping options, lots of room for all our food and the game room was fun. The pool in the yard was a hit for everyone, although we probably didn't need the heater at this time of year (late April), especially after discovering that the pool and hot tub heater is combined. We had a little trouble getting the theater room equipment running, even with some "techies" in the group, so it would have been nice to have instructions for that. We also rented a BBQ grill that wasn't there when we arrived and had to reach out to the property managers to get it delivered, so ended up with one night we had to adjust dinner plans. Our only other complaint is that the community is a lot like you'd find with townhouses where the homes are packed in with narrow streets, so parking 5 vehicles was kind of a pain. Overall, the experience was great and we would recommend the home/property owner and would stay here again if in the area.
