Family Vacation

Beautiful, clean and spacious house. Plenty of room for a family of 7. Loved the two master bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. The other two bedrooms were perfect for the kids. Had a lot of fun in the pool and hot tub, along with the game room. We would definitely come back again.

Great for a family

Second time staying here within 2 years with our 2 kids. Ages 8 & 13. Perfect amount of both indoor and outdoor space. Bedrooms adequately spaced apart from each other. Very cozy, great kitchen. Exactly what we love about this house and hope to visit again

Wonderful house, great location

Beautiful house and scenic, private pool area. Very clean and well laid out. Spa heat was not working when we arrived, but it was repaired later in the week and the owner promptly issued a refund for the days missed. Location was ideal for both Orlando area and Clermont, where we watched our granddaughter play in the Spring Games. Only suggestion would be additional bed pillows. We all agreed the pillows were very flat. Overall, an outstanding rental and we would stay again!

Great Communication!

This was a great property! We enjoyed all the space that the house and yard provided. I especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, and how safe it is. My family went on several walks. My kids especially loved the yard, pool, and game room! It was February when we stayed and with the pool heater going, the kids had no problems swimming even after sunset.However, what I appreciate it even more than the ideal property was the host and his communication. To no fault of his own, the pool heater stopped working just a couple days before our trip. He stayed in close communication about it, offered us a full refund or a discount on the trip, and in the end, he was able to get it fixed before we even stayed there! At one point, the garbage disposal was not working and he sent someone out the next day who quickly fixed it. In other words, even when things do not go well (which is bound to happen sometimes) this host handles them the way any guest would want him to. He stays in close communication and does what he can to make it right.

Great Place

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. Andrew was very professional in every way. The property was extremely nice with plenty of amenities and extra things we did not expect. There were plenty of pool extras, the game room was great, and we had rain ponchos for SeaWorld to protect us from the Killer Whale splashes!! We most definitely give this property a 5-star review. Perfect location, great home, lovely pool

We loved our stay here. The hosts were wonderful and easy to work with. The pool and patio were heavenly and peaceful. It is very private in a safe location, and with the nature preserve in the backyard, we saw many birds and even a bunny. The home was well-appointed, clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and cozy. I loved the game room, and I would recommend staying here. Lots of great memories, we will be back!

Great location, great pool and hot tub- second time staying

We really enjoy the location along with the nice pool and hot tub that backs up to a green belt and you will see a lot of wild life. The owner is easy to communicate with. The whole backyard is wonderful.

Very Nice, Quiet Lovely Home

We had a excellent time here. The house was very clean. It was very spacious, we had 3 adults and 3 kids it had plenty of room for us. The kids loved the pool. It was in a quiet neighborhood. The communication that I had with the owners was amazing. We had no issues with the house we didn't need to contact anybody, but I feel if I did need to that there would have been no issues. We feel that if we make another trip done here that we will be staying here again. Thank you

Florida vacation

Overall great property. The neighborhood is nice and the location is good. The only negatives were the master bed was not very comfortable and the master bedroom gets warm at night unless the bedroom door is left open. Even though it is stated upfront that limited toilet paper and soap etc is supplied, it is a hassle to purchase household items like trash bags, dish soap, kitchen sponge, and dishwasher soap.
