Second time staying here at Breezy Oaks and once again it was fabulous as we knew it would be. The villa is so spacious inside around all areas. Lounge area and kitchen area especially has so much room. All the rooms are so big also there is still plenty of room even with everyone’s individual cases and then the number of souvenir carrier bags with toys in etc two good size bathrooms also. However the jewel in the crown here has to be the outdoor pool and surrounding area . It is completely private on all sides due to the lush trees and garden area that accompanies the pool area . It’s so great to just relax in privacy , also listening to the sounds of the wildlife in the trees is just sublime. We were so lucky enough to see a small family of raccoons making their way through the trees to their place also.You are only about 20-30mins from Disney parks with about 40 minute journey to universals etc , so close . There is also a public nearby at about 5mins drive together with a pizza take away and Chinese and Mac Donald’s also for any food items . As I said earlier this is our second time here and was our go-to place when looking to book somewhere to stay and will be for whenever we return back to Orlando.Great place to stay , the owners are so easy to contact and to communicate with , clarifying any questions that may have arisen . They even allowed us a late check out to help us out with our late flight going home.Just get this place booked up you’ll love it

Das Haus ist schön gelegen, könnte sauberer sein, Code zum öffnen der Haustüre viel zu kompliziert, im Anschluß muß die Alarmanlage ausgeschalt werden, das sollte schnell geschehen um nicht den Alarm auszulösen.Die Terrassentüren waren nur schwer zu öffnen, und zu schließen (Fehlercode bei der Alarmanlage)

Peaceful and quiet

My family absolutely loved the peaceful and quiet property. It was very convinently located for everything we wanted to do (legoland, universal studios, treasure island, and clearwater beach). The owner was very quick to answer the phone if we had any issues or questions. It definitely made the vacation very stress free.

Private pool and backyard at the end of the quiet street:)

It was great to have the pool and secluded backyard area. Layout of the house was nice. House is nice but a little dated. We had a great time. Some slight things to be aware of: the game room/garage will be so hot day and night that people only stay in the so long beige they have to go out. The guy was nice and explained about the issues trying to cool it cool, and we still had fun - but definitely worth noting. The air hockey table was so old a rickety nobody bothered trying to keep playing it after the first 30 seconds- bc it’s so hot anyway, the pick don’t hardly move, and the whole table wobbles so much it’s about to fall over. The pool table was fun-…..BUT! There’s not enough room to play all around the pool table. If the game room is a priority for you - you should consider this. If you don’t care about the game room and the main thing is the pool and the back yard. You will have a blast! We did. A little disappointed in the game room - but staying positive and have a blast with the swimming :)

Very nice 4 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood with a private back yard.Loved the backyard pool and the pool table in the garage. The beds were very comfortable. The TV streaming worked great, we were able to get all of the hockey games.

Thanks for the great vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Breezy Oak. We loved the privacy of the backyard and pool area- it was just what we were looking for! This house was close to all amenities and attractions, but far enough away that it offered a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood vibe. The house had all needed items and supplies, which made it much easier for us, as we were traveling the week prior to arriving at the house. Everyone slept well and commented that the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property rental (or one of the other two homes) to our friends and family, and plan to stay again! Thanks for the great vacation- our family is grateful.

Perfect paradise

Beautiful community and so quiet and private. Green space in the backyard was such a great perk...no neighbors to see while swimming in the pool or relaxing on the patio. Beautiful bird sounds through the day and soothing crickets at night. Teens loved the disco pool lights during nighttime swims. Great kitchen space with eating space at the bar or dining table. So comfortable...fit us well 3 adults and 3 teen boys. Close to Publix, bank, gas. 5 stars!

Just so love this Breezy Oaks !!!

One of if not thee best place we’ve ever stayed on holiday. The villa was fantastic both inside and out as detailed by the owners , lots of room inside , everything working , all clean and very well presented . Obviously the jewel in the crown for this property was the pool and yes just like it was detailed on the website the privacy around the pool is unreal , absolutely no neighbours on either side or directly opposite , absolutely totally private . The privacy coming from lush tree’s all around and a very well kept back garden giving lots of natural wildlife sounds throughout day and evening . The overall location of Thousand Oaks community is absolutely idyllic also with a lovely huge lake welcoming you just before the turn for breezy oaks street amongst what looked like most peoples own homes Shows that the area is well looked after . The people next door who live there were very polite and civi giving even more of a feel of comfort ability . Would go back in the blink of an eye . Great place !!! In terms of Disney parks it’s so close , think it only took us 20 mins one day to get to magic kingdom and that was with busy traffic on Interstate 4 , Universal about 30 mins away all easily reached by car , not that many turn offs or different roads to take . No tolls used either . Was a bind having to leave , just wanted to stay longer 👍👍👍👍

Perfect Florida Getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Breezy Oaks Villa! We loved everything about the home and the area in general. We were especially impressed with the privacy and cleanliness of the home which had everything one might need. We were also so impressed with the privacy and cleanliness of the pool which we used every single day. Owner was top notch in providing all needed information. Breezy Oaks Villa was the perfect place to relax and reconnect and we would definitely stay here again if visiting the area!

Very clean. The only thing was that the shrubs that was for privacy for the pool are now gone. But overall was a very nice place to stay. Comfortable bed is always a plus. The owner was great and easy to get a hold of. The alarm was a bit trick but figured it out. Lol.

Late start - great stay!

Got in later than anticipated (arrived at the property around 9/10pm) It was fantastic. Spent the week relaxing with plenty of space for the four of us, from playing in the pool to exploring Orlando and Tampa (the property is well placed to miss a good portion of traffic). The property is back from main roads, and gives plenty of privacy, and quiet (which was greatly appreciated after a day of exploring). Also worth mentioning, is the property is well within range of of stores for groceries and in case you forget anything (which we did), making this stay the easiest part of the stay!

The best thing about this place is the private pool. The home decor was fine, but the home is showing its age (needs paint and carpet refreshed). It could have used a bit more attention to detail regarding cleanliness. The owner is very responsive and may even overcommunicate.

Nice Place!

Stayed Jan 22 thru Feb 19. Really enjoyed our stay. Very nice quiet Neighborhood. House was very comfortable as well. Had small problem with the Cable in which Robert was immediately available and was resolved. Really liked the fact that there were Security Cameras OUTSIDE. Did not bother us at all as we appreciated the extra Security. Would recommend to others.

Great stay!

My family of four stayed here from Dec 22-Dec29, 2019. We have two girls aged 8 and 11. The place was very clean and the kitchen had anything you would need. We loved having the bar stools and ate they all the time. The beds and pillows were comfy. There was plenty of space so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The master bathroom was awesome, loved having the pool access door for bathroom break while swimming. My kids loved the colour changing light in the pool at night and the games room in the garage. The patio had 4 lounge chairs and a table for 6. We used the Xbox on a couple of occasions. There is a decent library of Disney, and adult vhs movies in the one twin bedroom, although no DVD’s for the living room, no issue for us as we rarely had the TV on. Getting in with the code was a breeze and we easily changed it to our own code after. The backyard is absolutely private and quiet. I would not hesitate to book here again🙂

Nice but understand the deposit policy

We enjoyed the House, it is very nice. Only issue we had was with the security alarm, as we tried to turn it on when we left but couldn't get to work and didn't see any instructions. Did not like the security deposit. I knew we had one but did not know until after paid for house that you had to give the deposit 2 weeks before the stay and they will return in 45 days. I am used to a deposit using a pending charge on card and once checked out it is released. This means I have to pay the credit card the amount of deposit now and wait maybe 2 billing cycles before I get it returned.

Family vacation 2019

The house she was very clean and cozy. I loved the fact that there were no rear neighbors and all you saw were beautiful plants and you can hear the animals. We even heard alligators grunting in the bushes. We were hoping to see some but we didn't any. We found a frog in our pool and my daughter enjoyed playing with it and then setting it free. The owner Robert was very accommodating and he answered all of my questions. We had a wonderful time and it was a great house to come home 2 after a long day at the parks. There were plenty of towels for the pool and the lights in the pool would change colors at night so we would play volleyball and had a blast. The pool was so warm that you did not get shocked getting into it. We would just jump in and it felt great. I would definitely recommend this House 2 anyone who wants to feel like they are in a nature preserve but still close enough to civilization. It was very relaxing. They even had a dragon fruit tree in the front and I wanted to pick one but they were not ripe yet. I found that very cool. Thank you Robert for inviting us to your beautiful home and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors. You were very awesome with answering all of my questions and we hope your home is available next year as well because we would definitely come back. Thank you very much for everything.
