Loved it

The location was very close to alot of stores and restaurants. Walmart was across the street which was very convenient. The water park was amazing with a lazy river and restaurants. I will definitely stay again

Great visit

We loved our quick visit. The property has just about everything someone could need. The two-bedroom unit was very spacious and comfortable. Would love to stay there again in the future.

Very Nice Apartment!

Very comfortable, has everything you need Quietly neighborhood just front of the pool area and near the grill! The Westgate amenities are awesome, we enjoyed the movie theatre, and has a lot of thing to do also Walmart is around the corner, very convenient! Very nice stay!

Nice Accommodations

It was clean and the location was near a lot of fun things to do. I just wish it was made clear that you had to pay extra for wi-fi and access to the onsite water park. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here!

Great unit!

We had an updated unit. The price was fair. The on-site amenities were nice. We had no complaints during our stay. We would stay here again.

Not worth it

Stay was ok. Amenities are not free expect to pay out the but to use facilities. Location is great for amusement parks. Resort seems to care more about having you buy into there crap than taking care of you as a guest.

Great location to access parks

The property is located very close to Disney. There is massive renovations going on where our room was located. I was unable to reach anyone at the front desk throughout the entirety of the trip (no one to provide help and service) and the 3 day wifi pass we had to purchase to access the internet (there is no cell service here) did not work. While the unit itself was very nice on the inside, not sure I would stay here again.

Kitchen was not updated,, drawer was broken, essential was not provided,, bathroom pot was stained,, need more cleaning ,In the Master bedroom there were no partition glass in between bathroom and bedroom,, which is disappointing,,Thank you

Good Family Time

We had a great time with family. The cleanliness of the unit was so so. There was ver few cooking items to use, so it made it difficult to cook a full meal. The pool was not chlorinated enough, and it smelled a bit. My daughter-in-law and grandson had some skin issues as a result, with rashes and possible pink eye. This is no fault of the owner, but definitely the establishment.

Stressful

When you first get there, you have to go into their club house to get your key. The line was crazy and disorganized with poor directions on where to find our property. They try to pressure you into buying a time share. They take a 50.00 deposit for damages. It has almost been 2 weeks, and we still haven't gotten it back (They said it can take up to 14 business days...). The "lake view" is a pond. The waterpark on site is extra money. We were told we can get a pack n play from the office. The office submitted a work order for them to drop one off. Pack n play never showed up. We called numerous of times, and they kept saying "well you didn't book directly through us so have to wait as long as it takes. We made a service order". The entire trip, it never came and had to sleep with our very cranky two-year-old in bed. We got no sleep. It didn't feel like we were taken care of nor did anyone seem to care. The property was clean, it'll give them that. The shower is nice and big. Other than that, it was a total disappointment, and I wish we just rented from someone with a house than this. The staff was not nice, and it felt like a very stressful stay. If you speak some Spanish, you might get more clear directions on where your building is. It felt like we were taken advantage of and mislead.

Not a great experience

Tried to give us a studio instead of 2 bedroom villa, wasted 45 minutes. ice maker didn’t work and ice machines removed from property. Marketplace was out of ice and had to leave property for ice. Mexican restaurant on premises was super slow, got food before drinks and had to find our waiters multiple times. Room was hot and called front desk.Mai table was suppose to be there within hr. Called 75 minutes later and they told us they are short staffed. Gave them our cell and they never showed over the 3 days we where there. mini golf is $7, no fishing allowed and swam boats out of order for past 30 days. Haha. Dozen eggs. $9 at market

Loved it!

Highly recommend this spot, stayed with 5 adults and one two year old and had plenty of space. Close to Disney, great on-site accommodations.

I loved the Westgate. They recently renovated a lot of their rooms so it was even better than the pictures show. Super convenient location. Right across the street from Walmart. Endless activities to do On property. Would stay again!

Very nice resort

The room was very nice, clean. Our room was across from a pool and close to the shops and reception area. Resort is 15 min to Disney, Walmart is across the street. Many restaurants and other activities close too. Defiantly staying here next year.

Definitely would book again.

Overall experience from booking to check out was great. The property is undergoing renovation and we were on an updated unit. It has a modern neutral decor with tile floors throughout. Appliances are updated stainless steel, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need is within 5 miles Walmart, Publix, Target, and a Promande with Live Music, restaurants, and a Game room all just a short drive away. The property also offers a convenient store, and restaurants. There are organized events from fitness to Karoke. The only Con we have is that the floors and rug in the unit were dirty. We're a "no shoes inside" family, we remedied this by wearing showers shoes.
