Previously stayed at 3 villas in and around the area and this was the best for location to the Disney parks as it was just a short 20-30 minute trip to Disney and universal. Villa was tidy and was great for what we needed it for. The information provided to us was accurate and anything we needed we had a quick response from them and even when we mentioned the pool not being very hot or asking where certain things where we go a quick reply and sorted straight away. The only negative with this villa as you would see from other reviews is it’s close to highway 27 although it was not an issue for us and you can hardly hear the noise, plus you are at the parks most of the day anyway. We Would definitely stay back here and thank you for a great stay

What you see is what you get and more !

My family visit florida every summer, we were very happy with our stay at this property, especially the heat for the pool/spa . We’ve stayed at other properties but received refunds because the pool wasn’t heated. It’s warm in Florida but I like relaxing in the spa. This property had all the amenities and accommodations. I like that there’s a nearby Starbucks also. If we ran into a problem we received a quick call back to assist with what we needed. We had all what we needed , we’ll be be booking again this property. Thanks to owner for providing my family with great service.

Awesome Property

The property is familiar to us since we have stayed there in the past. We are looking forward to returning to this location as long as it is available to us. In a gated community, the home is very private, which is a major plus, and it's in a very quiet neighborhood. I liked the fact that it was very clean and that it was close to the parks and shopping. I have always had a great experience communicating with the property manager, Misti. If I have any questions or concerns, she takes the time to answer them. The response was quick and to the point. Thank you very much, Misti, to you and your team for all the hard work you do.

Great House!

This house is great and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive to some of the issues that came up from a neighborhood power outage. Rooms, beds, living spaces, pool and game room was what we were hoping for! There were a couple of drawbacks. Main issues is the house is at the edge of the neighborhood just on the other side of a major road. You basically hear traffic all day which is not terrible, but it doesn't make for great sleeping in the early morning. The only other minor issue is the house doesn't have a lot of silverware or cooking extras. It has all the basics, but not extra. Overall great house, glad we picked it and the owners were great.

Holiday vacation

House was very clean, beds comfortable, and management was quick to respond. Pool/spa was excellent temperature, road noise was a little loud out on patio and the pool cover was stuffed at one end and was falling apart into pool, would of been nice to have a grill. Overall we really enjoyed our thanksgiving holiday!

Felt like home away from home

This place is beautiful much more in person then in the pictures. More then enough towels. Our family had a wonderful time in this property. Kids had fun and us adults enjoyed it as well.

We loved this house !

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your wonderful home. My family and I had a great time. It's close to shopping and not too far from attractions . My children loved the pool and the games in the garage. It was a very much needed stay after the crappy year we had back in Massachusetts and again I thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Vacation June 2021

Our stay at Tuscan Hills vacation home was great. The house was very clean and spacious. Our family was able to relax and enjoy the pool while we were there. Shopping and dining were like a 10 minute drive. Basic essentials were there to start our trip. Overall house was very accommodating. We will definitely keep in mind next time we take our family trip to Orlando.

Nice home in a nice location

My family really enjoyed this home. After a year and a half of covid restrictions we were looking for a much needed getaway. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The pool was Relaxing and fun. I wish I had purchased heat for it but I thought it would be warm enough going into June. We wished we had stayed longer but we scheduled a timeshare tour earlier in the year. The pictures are exactly as posted. There were a few bugs but this is Florida and they were dead so I assumed the house had been sprayed so we were okay with that. My favorite was the soaking tub in the master.

Disgusting and Dirty!!!!

We arrived to find the home dirty and unclean, the kitchen and master bath infested with ants, small black bugs all over the kitchen, and cockroaches (not the large palmetto bugs that are common in the South...actual cockroaches)!! The floors were covered in black debris, there are dirty handprints and smudges all over the doors, door handles and walls, the dining table was covered with dirty food, and the deck and pool was full of black dirt and debris. Both the fridge and microwave were filthy inside. This is UNACCEPTABLE during normal times, but beyond comprehension during a Covid-19 pandemic! In addition, the air filters were disgusting and filthy which explained why our allergies were out of control. Went through multiple boxes of tissues and my elderly mother got very sick. Also, don't bother paying for the pool heat...it doesn't work and you will just be charged for the extra money. No home should ever be rented in this condition!

Great property!

Very cute home. Was the effect amount of space. Layout is PERFECT. Can tell this property is very well cared for. Updates have been done appropriately. Everything was clean. Pool was awesome. Only downside is the noise from the traffic (probably would not bother some, but seemed a bit noisy for us).

A welcome break

The home was ideal for me and my family couldn't ask for more. The house was very clean. . Kids had a great time in the pool. Fully stocked kitchen. All we needed to bring were clothes and spending money, the house had everything else. A welcome break. Close to the shops and restaurants. Simple procedure to book. We would definitely book again.
