The house is very roomy and the ensuite bathrooms were very nice. The appliances are showing it's age and the kitchen amenities are not up to standard for this size house. The cookware was in very poor condition and extremely limited. So if you're intending to cook some meals while staying at this house, this is not right house for that, unless they upgrade and add things like skillet, sauce pan, pot for boiling pasta, and baking sheets, etc. Otherwise, a nice stay but heed the parking warnings, even if others are not following the rules on your street. We got nipped for 65 to unhook our car from the tower as we were parked in front of our own driveway which I now understand is a no-no.

Check-in was great, no problems at all. Kitchen was very nice and clean, could use some new frying pans. Wi-Fi access was limited throughout the house. Otherwise we had an amazing time, that’s why I am giving a 5 STAR rating.

First class management

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues that the management company (Keaton specifically) made right immediately which we weren’t expecting. They really value their guests which is rare these days. Looking forward to staying with them again next year

Summer vacay

Just got home from a stay. Rentals are clean and maintenance is very responsive with any issues or questions you call in. Location is close to restaurants, stores and a quick 20 min drive to Disneyworld. Pools are very nice, and the resort pool is great.

Large house, great pool

We had a great stay at this house. There were a few small things we needed help with and owners were quick to respond. We really enjoyed the size of the pool. The house is large and does have a few areas of general wear and tear but it wasn’t anything that bothered our stay. Highly recommend if you have a large group or just want a nice sized pool to yourself!

Disney Family vacation

Amazing I was extremely impressed with the home. Everything was just as they described. Only thing the basketball game did not work and one of the games was offline is what the message on the screen said other than that it was wonderful. Plenty pool and bathroom towels, kitchen was equipped with everything even an extra ice machine on top of 2 refrigerators that both have ice makers.(we did not call about the games because there were so many other things for the kids it seemed minor to us) If you are thinking of renting this home I would definitely recommend you do especially if you have smaller kids they will love the treehouse themed room and also both the game room and play area upstairs.

2024 Winter break for graduate

We had 14 people. House was amazing, better than the photos. We had a couple minor things that needed to be addressed on arrival, maintenance was out ASAP. We paid for the heated pool/hot tub, it was HOT! We also added the large BBQ, all I can say is it worked, it was not the best looking and was not very stable. Day three we woke to a green pool, we had 14 people using the pool so I guess this may have been granted but I was not happy with the timing to fix the issue. We had no use of the pool for 24 hours some of that time is definitely understandable but not all, took them a while to address it which then in turn took longer to repair it. Community pool was not very desirable, no coolers, no drinks and no food from outside. This would be fine if the lines at concessions didn’t take 30 minutes every time. I also felt they didn’t offer enough seating for the size of the community. Beware that they do have a capacity and once they hit it you cannot get in, plan to wait on busy days. Also beware that parking is very limited at the pool area and walking is not always an option since you could be staying several blocks away. The location was in my eyes horrible. Yes they are close to all the attractions but it will take you 34 minutes to drive 3 miles so plan ahead for congestion traffic, some time are extremely worse than others, this is no fault to the rental as to the state of Florida. Horrible horrible traffic. Overall our stay was amazing.

Family celebration

The house was very nice & clean. We had some issues with one of the washers, dishwashers and pool heat. They came out quickly but we never got the pool heat resolved, the pool was cold at least 4 days of our visit but they did come out. Needed more toewls. But the house was beautiful.

Great place to stay!!

It was a fun place to stay. Lots of bedrooms for everyone..we had 18 of us and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom.. the kids had a blast!!!

Roaches

Other than the roaches on the kitchen island our stay was great… the house is beautiful just need a lot of up grades in the kitchen area. They did come several times to treat the house for pest.. I hope they succeeded The house is really nice…
