Overall grade B-. Positives: The bedding is fabulous. HVAC worked great with no problems. Very clean. Location was great...very close walk to resort. Check-in/out experience was great. Felt very safe. Resort has many and highly visible security patrols (carts and cars). Areas for improvement: Value for the money. Small details - loose knobs, shower faucet handles ready to break, bathrooms have limited towel racks (nothing on back of doors, towels piled up on floor), showers have only a small soap dish, this margarita mixer/blender thing they highly market was broken and they had no spare parts or extra to provide (we went all week without the use of it, however they did credit us $100), no tables under the bedroom TVs to place the cable boxes. They are tucked behind the TVs against the wall so remote cannot operate them. Staff hesitant to provide us extra towels, but did. Took several hours as they use a third party for towels. Need more staff at the pools. Had to wait too long for drinks, food, etc.Overall, for the price paid, I was expecting a higher level of service/luxury resort. However, we had a positive experience.
