The Space:

Sunlight fills the open living areas as you settle in after a day out, the hum of the resort around you balanced by the comfort of having space to truly unwind together. Mornings begin easily here - coffee in hand, plans forming at the dining table, and the option to stay in and enjoy the home just as much as heading out. With room for everyone and a setting designed for shared time, this villa offers a relaxed rhythm for family and group stays near Orlando’s attractions.



The space

This entire home comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests across 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The layout is spread over two levels, giving everyone space to gather or retreat as needed. Downstairs features a primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, along with a shared half bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find five additional bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including a king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and themed rooms with twin beds, a twin bunk, and a trundle bed.



Living areas

The main living room is spacious and designed for time together, with ample seating and a TV for movie nights or downtime between outings. A separate game room adds another gathering space, complete with games and a large TV, making it easy to keep all ages entertained indoors.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is a large, full kitchen equipped for home-cooked meals, with stainless steel appliances and a dining table nearby for shared breakfasts or dinners in. Whether you’re preparing a quick snack before heading out or enjoying a full meal at home, the layout supports easy group dining.



Outdoor space

Just outside, enjoy access to a pool and hot tub, with outdoor furniture for relaxing poolside. A patio or balcony area offers additional outdoor space, and a BBQ grill is available for casual meals at home. Resort access is included, giving you entry to nearby resort facilities for even more ways to spend the day.



Family-friendly comforts

Traveling with little ones is made easier with a crib and high chair provided. Laundry is simple with a washer and dryer on-site, and bathroom essentials and clean linens are supplied for your stay.



Location and resort

Set within the gated Windsor at Westside Resort, the home is a short walk to the clubhouse and amenity center. Guests have access to resort features including a large pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, sports courts, BBQ and picnic areas, and a clubhouse with arcades, bar, and lounge. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are close by, and the home is within an easy drive of Disney World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions.

This home is well-suited for families, multi-generational trips, and groups looking for a comfortable base near the theme parks with the option to enjoy resort living without leaving the community.



Please note: We provide the grill, but propane is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a Ring Camera by the front and back door.
