House was absolutely beautiful and in a great location! Close to so many great restaurants and bars and also to the concert venue we went down for. The hosts were wonderful to deal with and quick to respond with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property !

The host is super-responsive and the check-in and check-out were easy with good instructions. The house is located in a fabulous location, with a Publix a block away, and various places to eat and get dessert within 3-4 blocks. It's one of the things we liked most about the home. However, the home is on a primary road with a lot of traffic noise. It's not noticeable in most of the bedrooms but it certainly is in the common areas / living room / kitchen. What appears to be the master bathroom - the one with the tremendous tub and dual vanities - isn't. It's attached to the dorm room in the back of the home with bunkbeds. This was a disappointment as we looked forward to the soaking tub.... The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, oversized mugs, glasses, and silverware; pots and pans are limited for serious cooking or baking. We had kids in our party, and I have to say the home is not kid friendly - glass tables with very sharp corners, and glass decorations or breakable decor on the kitchen table and in the living room. The common area is large with a tremendous kitchen island which came in handy, but the couches are small and there's only comfortable seating for 5-6 in the living room. We never used the game room - it also has to be accessed through a bedroom, so it's problematic when people are trying to sleep. If location is key to you, this is a great place. If you have kids, a lot of people, or want a quieter place to stay, if might not be.

The room with the bunk beds was quite spacious and included the game room area and had its own large bathroom and access to the outside. It was perfect for my niece and her family. All the beds were foam and comfortable. The Master had its own en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms shared a bathroom that had split sinks and a HUGE shower. The bedroom with the queen bed had a door to that bathroom but the other smaller bedroom had only 5 steps across the hall to that bathroom. We only had 8 people there and had plenty of space. The rooms were quiet as we were not disturbed by others watching tv or playing video games. The kitchen island is massive and had seating for 5 or 6 and the dining table had seating for 8. The kitchen, living room and dining room areas were large enough to accomodate 16 people if needed. There were some workstations set up for people who needed to do work while there with office chairs. The location is within walking distance of Edgewater which has restaurants and shopping. We only had 3 cars but could have fit a 4th if needed. It is single file parking but it is a quick turn around the block to allow others in and out. We did not have any oversized vehicles however. The AC kept the hot people comfortable and the cold people wearing sweaters! We were there for a wedding at Dubsdread and it was only 3 minutes from the venue.

This is a very nicely appointed house, with modern amenities and plenty of space. Location could not have been better, it was even better than i had hoped! You can walk to not only many great restaurants, coffee shops and stores, but also groceries, and the route back to I-4 and other main roads is simple and quick. Neighborhood was lovely and very walkable.

Such an amazing location — cute coffee shop just around the corner and amazing restaurants down the street. It was extremely clean, we walked in with clean sheets set and towels on the beds. Overall great stay — however, there were a few things that needed fixing. The sink in the front bathroom handle would come off with the lightest touch, the second bathroom door handle came off easily, the back bathroom faucet for the giant tub was super unstable when turned on, it felt like it could break at any moment. Additionally, the living room coffee table had a sharp crack in the base where my 2 year old was drawn to so we attempted to move it far away. Finally, the bigger coffee table in the back room also was super unstable and couldn’t hold anything heavier than diapers. Everything looked nice but some things could fall apart if you looked at it wrong. Just be careful if you have any littles.

Great location for us. Lots of space and comfortable bedrooms. Only suggestion for a home that sleeps that many, would be to add more and comfortable seating in the living room. I still would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Experience

We all had a great time. The property was perfect for our needs and almost exactly as described. Plenty of space for everyone. Our only small advice to those booking here is to know that the game room only has old NES-style simulators and no modem gaming systems. We also had to provide our own charging cables for those systems or they wouldn't have worked. (Thank goodness my husband had what was needed in his tech bag.) If we'd known to bring our own gaming systems, the game room would have been a better experience for us. The host was easy to reach and quick to communicate back with us. If we ever go back to Orlando, we would definitely stay here again.

Phenomenal Property

This property is just as advertised, the location was perfect for the event we were attending for the week. The neighborhood was great as restaurants are in walking distance and the grocery store is in walking distance as well. The property managers are very responsive which also makes things better as well. We will definitely look to stay at this location next time we visit Orlando!

Great place to stay

College park area is a wonderful place with so many things to see and do all within walking distance. The house is right in the middle of town and really nice. Large and very open kitchen with big dining table and family room area. Everyone loved it, we will definitely be back. Thanks to Frank the host, for the great communication and suggestions.
