The house was very spacious and the pool/hot tub were warm and clean - the pool heat was working well. There are areas of the house that have some wear and tear but it did not bother us much because we traveled with a group of kids and it didn't really have an impact on our stay. The only issue that we had is the lack of basic items - there were 2 full size cupboards full of glass wine glasses. And all the rest of the cups were glass. We had to go buy plastic cups because glass is not safe for the pool area. There were very few towels (both bath towels and pool towels) and there were no "left behind" items that we typically see when we have rented multiple times in the same gated community. I would also note that the some of the furniture is not very kid-friendly - glass table tops in the living room and the coffee table has glass legs. Overall, the important aspects of the house were suitable for our needs (the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and the pool functionality).
