WiFi was poor! Air conditioning on second floor had to be called on over all cleanliness was less than expected! Poor preparation from management company “Jeeves” Although the owners were cooperative and attempted to be helpful they were out of town and relayed on management company! Overall appearance of the home as not at all represented by ARBO the property was neglected looking! Furniture in the home was over worn and dirty! One roll of toilet paper per bath of 5 for 19 guests!!

Amazing

This house was better than advertised! It is huge! Everything was in working order. Very clean, not a single crumb or speck of dust. It was very nice having 2 seperate livingrooms plus the theaterroom. There was plenty of room to spread out! The kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough dishes and silverware. There were 2 coffee makers, crock pot, air fryer, blender and toaster bed s were super comfortable. There was also lots of kid items, pack n play, crib, walker, riding toy, beach ball, high chair. Communication with the owners was flawless. Check in was super simple since he already sent all our info to them. Will definitely book again next year. Couldnt have been better!! roo theaters

Beautiful home.

Communication with Mark from the beginning was open and easy. The house is absolutely stunning and had a fully stocked kitchen full of supplies. Having the second refrigerator in the garage was great for beverages.

Family Trip

The house was great!! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The only issue was the door code. When we arrived late that evening the door code did not work but it was fixed quickly and everything was good. They owner was very responsive through out the booking process and through out our stay. I would highly recommend this house for families looking for a great retreat! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Thanksgiving trip 2023

When we arrived, it took over an hour to get to the gate and get checked in. Other than that, the stay was good. The rooms were clean and fresh. One of the dining chairs was broke, but not noticeable until you sat in the chair. Other than that everything was as described. A very nice place to stay. I definitely would recommend it

Big house in good shape. Some very minor issues but overall the facilities kept everyone happy. I learned to shoot pool!! The clubhouse was a nice addition though best suited for the younger kids. Excellent location- near shopping, food and amusements

Extended family vacation

Our three daughters with their families and my sister and her husband all stayed with us for a week long vacation. There were 16 of us altogether. The house was perfect. Great location. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Close to Disney. We spent 3 days at the Disney parks and 3 days interspersed at house. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. We spent a morning at the resort water park, but kids enjoyed just being at house with their cousins. We had a minor need when keypad to enter stopped working. The property management folks. responded quickly and took care of our needs. .Plenty of space to be together or find space in the house. for your own quiet time.

Really nice place, very clean and everything was better than described in the pictures. Kids loved the game room and despite being hot outside the garage maintained a decent temperature. Owner has quick responses. Grocery store is 2 min away which was a big bonus. Would definitely go back.

Nice, clean property. 40-60mins from Disney during peak times. We had all ages at the house and all enjoyed it. I was happy with how secure the pool gate is. We have little kids and I was worried until I felt the sturdiness!

Great spot

Great property with a huge amount of space. We had a large family group with lots of small children and there was no shortage of space and everyone enjoyed the many bedrooms available. House was very clean and ready to use. We had a problem with the door code initially, owner called Jeeves and they we there within 30 minutes to recode the door. Property has a great central pool area with water slides and lazy person river. Grandkids were tired everyday!

Excellent Experience

We're an extended family from all over North America & Europe who stayed here for a week's vacation together. We had an incredible time. The house is beautiful, exactly as pictured, and it is conveniently located only about a 10 min walk from the Oasis club (restaurant, lazy river, pools, etc), and 5 min drive from a Publix grocery store. The kitchen was VERY well stocked for all our cooking needs, the house was very clean, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. The host was quick to answer questions and we wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Highly recommend!

HUGE house, amazing pool/hot tub, very clean

We stayed 4 adults and 3 kids and we could have added 2 or 3 more families, the place was HUGE. The kids loved the pool area, as well as the movie area. We had tons of space to spread out after being in the crowded parks all day.

We have stayed at this property a couple of times before, and we keep coming back because it is always clean, very well managed, and it has everything you would want in a vacation home.
