Our stay at this property was wonderful. The home is beautiful, well-kept, and very comfortable. Mindy was responsive, kind, and attentive, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.We did run into a few issues with the AC and pool heater, and the emergency number didn’t respond when we first arrived. Sleeping in the heat wasn’t ideal, but Mindy followed up promptly the next morning and had a team out right away. It turned out to be an electrical issue, so not something that happens often.A big plus—this was the first of many Reunion homes I’ve stayed in with consistently hot showers! Overall, the property is stunning, the photos don’t do it justice, and Mindy’s thoughtful hospitality made our trip memorable. I would absolutely recommend this home and look forward to staying again.

Great location

Great location and a beautiful home! I did book it for my daughter’s Sweet 16 party and although the home is beautiful for the event, there is an alarm to go outside for safety reasons because of the pool. This was not ideal just because it was a large event that we were having, but I completely understand why it was there. I wouldn’t recommend it for an event of more than about 30 people just because it was frustrating with the alarm guests coming in and out. Other than that, I would 100% recommend this home. It was so beautiful!

Amazing Holiday With Friends And Family

Beautiful house with amazing pool and outdoor cooking area. My family and friend enjoyed our Christmas and New Years together with tons of space and entertainment. Movie theater perfect for the cold snap! Comfortable beds in all rooms. Kids loved the themed spaces. Owner was very helpful and passed on holiday events on the property so we enjoyed fireworks and food trucks on New Years! Would definitely stay her again! Thank you Mindy, Happy New Year!

This property is amazing! This is our second year renting here for our annual friend-reunion. Mindy is a gracious host and this is one of the few large properties I have found that is actually suited to adult travelers (almost all of the bedrooms are for grown ups and the decor is not Princess or Minion-centric). So happy to have found such a lovely property and amazing host!

Our family vacation was beautiful. No complaints other than the internet service and not being able to watch tv but it was explained that they had just switched to a new provider in the complex and working out kinks. Other than that no complaints.

Fantastic Accommodations

This house was perfect for our work conference. We were a group of 9 co-workers that booked this house for a conference nearby. All of us were able to have our own privacy with the bedroom/bathroom combinations, but also gather together for our meals and enjoy the comradery of the games and pool that were available. The location within the community was great and staying there was a breeze. Highly recommend- would definitely stay again!

The house was beautiful just as advertised. There was not one thing we didn't like about the house.

The house, pool, bedrooms, game room,, and kitchen were beautiful just like in the photos. I think the adults love the game room just as much as the kids. I've stayed in many VRBO homes and this house was just as advertised not one complaint. I would recommend this house for large family reunions.

Beautiful property

This venue was perfect for our family to celebrate our parents 50th. We were able to accommodate all families and children of every age. The arcade was a hit with the kiddos and the pool was never unoccupied! We loved the water park and the resort was spectacular... very pretty place. The following feedback is intended to be helpful to the owner / mgt team in creating a better experience ... I want to stress that we REALLY ENJOYED our stay and would come back. Feedback: 1) Water Heat - The house has many bathrooms and accommodates multi family events, but the water heaters are NOT adequate. I only had one hot shower... the rest were cold - lukewarm. 2) The coffee maker is too small and cheap for this big beautiful luxury house. An investment in a nicer maker would go very far in making the experience better. Great Coffee is HUGE on vacation! 3) a couple loose faucets in the bathrooms 4) Not enough hooks for towels in bathrooms 5) Lights in fridge and freezer did not work... not sure why. This made searching a packed fridge challenging. 6) Check-in was a bit tough as there was no mention of any emails coming from a separate property management group. I looked for emails only from VRBO. If a property management group will be maintaining communications, it would have been very helpful to know in advance so that we could be looking for those messages. Instead, I thought I would just be in communication with Wendy (who was GREAT BTW..) and not anyone else. I just needed to know that sooner as we were in limbo trying to access the house for a few minutes. 7) The rules for the property and resort were many, and it was tough at times to just enjoy the stay without being fearful of incurring a fee (I.e. black trash bags only, garbage can management, etc) 8) We had to bring games for the family. It would be nice to include a few decks of cards, etc. 9) the 10 additional pools are advertised as part of the stay, but accessing them is a bit of a trick, you have to go to an office to pick up a key card for $20 deposit, and then return the card. I would have simply paid that fee up front to avoid the hassle of physically going somewhere to pick it up. As a result, we didn’t bother with the other pools. 10) No recycling can - We followed recycle rules only to find there was no can to put out. Again, all in all it was an awesome house and we really had fun. The pics don’t do the house justice... it’s magnificent. Great venue!

Great stay

The home was perfect for 10 adults and 3 children. We had more than enough room and alone time when needed. When we arrived we were surprised with a playroom for the kids with a basketball machine, air hockey machine, and arcade game. I couldn’t have asked for more!

Amazing

This home is amazing, it was better then our expectations. The pictures thats listed are nice but this home looks better in person. Super clean & very big home, great for adults & kids. The best part of our stay was the host Mindy, she is wonderful. We appreciate her and she made our stay comfortable. Whenever we reached out to her, she would respond in a timely matter. Mindy’s the best!
