Sad!!Should be inspected before arrival to avoid issues for guests, causing them to spend time trying to get things fixed.Bulbs blownshower head cloggedLock jammed on bedroom doorchairs in movie room broken**minor things, maybe, but time consuming for the paying guest on vacation -avoidable with pre inspectionMissed several grilled meals, until replacement was delivered, due to the grill not working & insides being full of rust -again avoidable with pre inspectionGames we were looking forward to playing weren't working. Maintenance was sent to property late second day to fix the bowling game. Worked at first, then we had issues the entire time shutting off /freezing in the middle of games.Transformer game shuts off in the middle of game, was told "it does that and can't be fixed"Guitar hero only has 1 guitar not 2 as pictured. (if you have ever played that game you know how disappointing that is)Most disappointing, the pool was dirty the entire time. And upon dealing with that, it was never resolved and was basically called a liar. The fountains don't work due to the sand and debris build up, filter is beyond dirty, pool pump shows it needs to be backwashed, chemicals never checked, not enough water in pump system for proper flow/ circulation. Pool chairs- hard plastic not fabric as shown, no cushions.First time thru MVH always through private owner, will stick with private owner rental on VRBO, communication is much better never had any issues.
