Never again

7 days of raw sewage running down lawn, driveway and sidewalk. Many devices inside not working. Had to keep all 8 grandchildren confined to the back yard due to the sewage problem. Won’t be back!!!!

Family vacation

Family vacation Overall our family enjoyed vacationing at this home. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us. The biggest complaint we had was that some of the games did not work in the game room which was a disappointment to the kids, also the TV remotes seemed to not operate the TVs. We did call and maintenance did respond timely once. Too many remotes in the house and not labeled according to the Devices. Location and privacy was excellent. Plenty of space to park four vehicles in the driveway. Kitchen could use some updating and we had an issue with the dishwasher not drying the dishes.

Disappointed, Would Not Recommend

We were really excited to stay at this property, there were several adults and three children. We were not able to access the property at 4 p.m. as promised and had to call to get in. We had to wait in our vehicles in order to gain entry to the property. The pool was not ready when we arrived as the pool pump was not working. When we called about this, they were very rude and asked, "how do you know?" A hot tub is advertised for the property, however, they do not tell you that you have to pay an extra $275 for the water in the hot tub to be hot! Since the pool and hot tub are connected and the pool didn't get fixed until our second day out of a four day stay, the hot tub wasn't hot until our last day there. We would like a refund of $275 for the hot tub that we were only able to enjoy for one night. Several of the video games in the advertised game room did not work, this was a huge disappointment to all, especially the children. Several chairs in the cinema room did not work, we had to play musical chairs to see which chair in fact worked in order to enjoy a movie. Golf balls hit the house constantly, in fact, one golf ball hit the window and broke it! It was scary staying at a house with flying golf balls. The final straw was that one of our guests got glass in his foot and had to have it surgically removed. The glass was in the kitchen and this happened on our first day at the home. Only one bed was comfortable to sleep in. Amenities should be more forthcoming as they are all add-ons for a fee except a pass to the water park. To play golf was $200 per person! We felt mislead and thought that was included in the price of our stay. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay, we were mislead and did not feel customer service was professional.

House is in a great location at a quiet dead end. Very spacious with plenty of room. I'm sure this was an amazing home 10-years ago, but lots of use with kids has worn it down a bit. Beds were comfortable, plenty of kitchen and grilling items to make cooking easy and efficient. Most of the theater recliners aren't functional. The basketball game didn't work. The gas cooktop had a mind of it's own and would attempt to light burners not even on if cooking on low, which led to an annoying (click-click-click-click) sound whenever a burner was set over medium heat. For the high nightly rental cost, it would've been nice to have someone come to the home and give us a 30 minute walk through because we struggled to figure out the televisions and DIRECTV. Instead, we had to go to the rental office and provide our information. A personal touch to familiarize guests with their rental goes a long way in my opinion. Even with my minor complaints, it's a nice place to visit and I'd go back if rates are reasonable.

TVs, game room and golf balls

Attempting to use any TV was a very negative experience Every tv had a minimum of 5 remotes. We had the property management company down twice. They spent hours trying to get things working. We picked the house for the theater and the gaming. We were able to use the theater once and could not turn on the gaming items. Using the patio with pool was also a bit dangerous. Many golf balls from the course were hit into the pool area. Nice house but consider upgrading the TV's. It was very frustrating.

Outstanding warm family orientated home

Some features in the home were not operating. The foyer waterfall was not working. There are speakers in the back patio that never worked or at least we had no way of making them work. We had boars by the pack in the back which intimidated the kids. So we lessened their time outside which took away the prívilege of having such a beautiful outdoor pool and enjoyment

Fun place to stay. Close to Disney. Lots of outdoor activities on site. Cute bedrooms for the kids! This home is managed by Florida Vacation Homes and does not have the free cancellation as listed on VRBO

Amazing

I lined this house up to surprise my wife for her birthday (she also didn't know her entire family was going to be there) I told her we were staying at a holiday inn. When I navigated to the property she said "I knew you were lost" I smiled and told her I had one more surprise. She was speechless and could not believe we were staying in such an amazing house. Once you get to the house you literally don't have to leave, there is so much to do. Additionally you have access to the water park and other amenities if you feel like venturing out. We went to Disney with the kids and there was no desire to go back, they wanted to stay at the house. We've been back home for about a month now and the entire family continues to talk about what an amazing time they had. It was this house that made it a trip of a life time! Thank you, Luke Van Horn

Family Vacation

The only issue we had was the lack of adequate air conditioning. For the most part it was ancomfortable and very humid. For the last 6 years I have rented homes in southern FL for 3 months and we have never had an issue with air conditioning. One of you service people was over to fix the fan, and also thought it was not working very well. I will never rent a house in the future without inquiring of the tempeture allowable setting on the HVAC system. Your home is buetiful and well furnished. Why would you restrict reasonable tempeture settings ?

The BEST vacation home ever - simply amazing.

I can only reiterate and endorse all the previous reviews..an absolutely magnificent house in a brilliant location. The Wow! factor hits you as you walk through the front door and continues for the remainder of your stay. Not only is this incredibly beautiful house furnished so stylishly, but you want for nothing when staying there - everything (and more!) that is required to make your stay perfect is provided for you. We will definitely be returning!! Our thanks to the owners for allowing us to share their beautiful home, of which they must be extremely proud.

"SUPERB"

This house definately has the WOW factor, and the photos don't do it justice, there is everything you need for a memorable holiday with the utmost comfort and style...including a fantastic new Cinema Room. The outside space is huge and very peaceful with beautiful golf views and sunshine all day long, I will definately be booking again.

Beautiful Home--We had an amazing time!!

We had an amazing time! We took our family of 6 (four children under the age of 10) to Orlando to see Disney, etc. Staying off the Disney property allowed us a break from the chaos and crowds. The home was perfect. It was clean, neat, beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we could have asked for including a gorgeous, private pool, game room, 12 person movie theater, etc. Even the bedrooms had Princess and Pirate themes that were perfect for the kids. The Reunion resort area was also superb. We spent a morning at the resort's water park and pool areas, and they also were perfect. The kids actually wanted to stay at the resort versus waiting in line at Disney. Can't blame them. This was a 10/10 experience and we will be back for sure. Our property owner and the property management team was attentive, very responsive and highly professional! Customer service was top notch. I can’t say enough for this experience. Thank you, and we will be back!

Outstanding

First impressions are so important. From my first conversation with Glenn I knew your house was a winner. It was exactly as he explained it....magnificent. From your beautiful entrance which made you feel at home to the gorgeous interior it was all 5 star. As a chef who owns a restaurant I loved the spacious kitchen. The pool area is extraordinary. The cinema room and game room were a huge hit. We plan on staying ONLY in your beautiful home for all our visits to reunion. We live in Palm City Florida so it's a quick two hour drive. Thank you for affording us the opportunity to stay at "The House". Already planning our next visit.

This is the best villa I have ever stayed in

The grounds are wonderful and great for going for a stroll. The house was well worth the money, its spotless, with a great pool and gym, plus a large balcony. The bedrooms are amazing too. Just a mile or two down the road is a large shopping store to buy any food and drink. The whole site is very secure with security guards at the entrance etc. Assistance for any problems was only a call away and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend this villa and would very much like to stay there again. D. Parry

One of the best we have rented

It was a great holiday, and we were very happy with the house, very comfortable, great private location yet central to all the parks/freeway/services, felt like a home not a rental location :-). It will always be a special holiday as William took his first real "length" of the pool without armbands here!! A very high quality house- one of the best we have rented (compared to Italy/France/Europe in general). We are already talking about re-visiting next summer, with perhaps a week in the Keys bolted on.

Absolutely Awesome Home

Our family had one of our best vacation stays in THE HOUSE. It proved to live up to the video, in fact it was better in real life. The décor was entirely to our taste, lots of special little touches make this home a truly special place to stay. The pool deck is LARGE, and the pool itself is a good size, we liked the little platform for the kids to play on. Although this house is set on the golf course it still affords peace and privacy. The house is located in the Homestead area and is on a over-sized corner lot, therefore its not squeezed in among over homes. The panoramic views from the balconies were awesome, there were so many great things about this house, from the massage chair, self-playing piano, Jacuzzi baths, private balconies, outdoor sound system and so much more. We had stayed at Reunion before and could not help but notice this house when on the golf course, we were so pleased to find it for rent and now we would not stay anywhere else on the resort. Overall we had a great, relaxing family vacation and plan to return soon.

Our best vacation, it doesn't get better than this!

Our family had a really great vacation and a big part of it was the House we stayed in. The location could not be bettered on the fantastic Reunion resort. Beautifully presented with high-end furnishings and the attention to detail cannot be faulted. The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole home was spotlessly clean and we just could not get over how amazing each room was! The games room proved a massive hit but we did not use the private gym. We noted that the 40ft pool was a lot bigger than other homes in Reunion and you could swim or sunbath on the huge deck with both privacy and peace & quite. We felt extremely privileged to be staying in this absolutely perfect home. Thank you for sharing.

Indescribable!!

We just returned from a week's stay at "The House." I just looked again at the photos on the website and have to say that they don't do the home justice! It is absolutely stunning--tastefully decorated, immaculate and comfortable. We loved the pool and game room, the exercise room and the spacious balcony areas. The Keurig in the Master Suite was a wonderful touch! We would highly recommend this home to anyone considering a luxury get-away!! Theme parks are just short drives and nearby restaurants deliver (we had Chinese and pizza!). One of our favorite destinations is Discovery Cove--highly recommended. We also enjoyed visiting Celebration for dinner and shopping.

Absolutely perfect dream home, close to Disney, the best golf and resort, our best vacation ever.

Our family had the privilege of staying in your beautiful home and will be returning in 2012! We had stayed in Reunion before and could not help but notice this stunning home whilst on the golf course. We were so pleased to find it available to book and to say our stay far exceeded all our expections is an under-statement. Everything is perfect, you and your mamangement team were very helpful (we had lots of questions) and they were all answered prompty.
