This home has so much potential—it’s gorgeous and is ideally suited for a large, intergenerational family—but we had many problems during our stay. First, there was no house manual. We had to call the office daily to find out how to work the property’s theater, pool, televisions, heat, etc. The house has two large refrigerator/freezers, but neither freezer worked the entire week. We asked for these to be repaired, but they were not. The property manager did eventually provide a portable ice maker, but we had no indoor freezers. The outside grill did not work. We asked for it to be fixed and were told it was missing parts. Thermostats in the downstairs bedrooms didn’t work. Had to have someone come to fix the theater. It eventually worked, only sporadically.We had to use our phone hotspots because the WiFi was so weak. The child fence around the pool wasn’t installed when we arrived. Hopefully, the owner/manager will fix these issues so future guests won’t have to waste precious vacation time calling daily for repairs and assistance
