  • La vista de Acadia se encuentra en un desarrollo pequeño y exclusivo junto a Margaritaville Resort, Orlando y Disney's Animal Kingdom. Esta casa hermosamente amueblada y cómoda tiene 7 habitaciones, 6. 5 baños y puede alojar cómodamente a 14 huéspedes en 4 habitaciones King, 1 habitación Queen y 2 habitaciones dobles. El área exterior cuenta con una piscina climatizada a gas de gran tamaño con spa con bañera de hidromasaje y una amplia área de cubierta exterior que ofrece un espacio considerable para vivir al aire libre y disfrutar del abundante sol de Florida. La piscina tiene una función de cascada y los altavoces externos están conectados al sistema de música interno que se puede escuchar en todas las habitaciones (cada una con su propio control de volumen). Hay 3588 pies cuadrados debajo de AC y la sala de juegos y medios también está bajo AC con su propio sistema central dedicado (hay tres zonas de AC en total). This was our first experience with a vrbo and based on the property we rented I would not hesitate to do it again. The property was exactly as described. The heated pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Loved the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, commons area, well appointed kitchen with appliances. It was starting to show signs of wear and tear but no major, glaring issues. Like the gated community and located close to amusement parks, convenience stores, gas station. Quiet area.

We had a last minute cancellation at another property and booked this one same day as check-in. The host (Andrew) was extremely attentive and was able to help us end our day far less stressful than it had been. We arrived and the house and linens were clean. The pool was clean and heated nicely. They had all of the amenities stated and my family had a wonderful time! We would definitely come back.

Buddies Golf Trip

House was great, clean and spacious. Everything was in working order. Pool was great and hot tub heated up quickly! Very relaxing after playing golf!

Perfect house and location for my group of college golf friends.

Great place, w 2nd stay in two years. Booking again. Would like a different master bedroom mattress - but the house is perfect with so many bedrooms with private baths.

Great Place

Excellent home for our family. Large pool area and nice outdoor furniture. Home was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Only issue was one first floor bed mattress was terrible. Overall excellent place to stay.

thanksgiving stay

We did Universal Studios for Thanksgiving, and this house was in a great location. Andrew is a great property manager and was always available to answer any questions. I would recommend this to everyone.

Wonderful house!

My son had his wedding in Disney and we rented this for some of our guests. It was perfect! With the bedrooms having their own bathrooms, pool and hot tub, kitchen was well supplied and great location! Would definitely rent again when in the area!

A wonderful home for a week!

This home was everything we could have ever wanted for our family Disney Vacation. Its location is so close to the parks and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The kitchen was stocked with most essentials that you may need, but if you're bringing a lot of people, I suggest picking up some paper plates, cups, and plastic silverware so you don't have to run the dishwasher every day. This was such a wonderful home for the week, 10/10.

This review is not necessarily on the property, but on the host. The house was comfortable for our extended family of 12. There were a few snags (conflicting information on how to lock the front door, Spa timer was different than the photo in the welcome guide, spa didn't heat up at first) but these were addressed by the host in a timely manner. We weren't even going to mention the giant cockroach that greeted us when we arrived. However, a few days after our visit we received a bill for stained towels. I asked for details and was sent photos of the towels. In the photos, only one towel had evidence of a very small black mark on it. We are disappointed that we were "nickel and dimed" for damage that did not exist. We would not rent from this property management company again.

Easy and Relaxing

Everything about this property was easy and helped us relax. We were in town for a RunDisney race and this house was perfect for what we needed. Our group of all adults loved having private bathrooms in all rooms, and room to spread out. The property manager was quick to reply to questions. Just remember to bring or go out for extras of paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! It was more beautiful and comfortable than we expected. As we entered, it welcomed us with such beautiful decor, which enhances the beauty of this home. It was such an amazing place to stay and the location couldn't be any better. Amazing stay for 1 week, wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is perfect if you plan on going to any of the Disney parks, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here! My family and I are thinking of booking another trip in the near future to the same house since it was such a great experience. There was a total of 11 of us in this house and we still felt like we had room. Plenty of space in the house made it easier for people not to feel on top of each other. Overall 10/10!

Great Orlando location

The property is well kept and is as described in the listing. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, all with master baths. The large screened in patio with fenced in pool was a plus compared to other properties we have rented. It was an easy drive to both Disney and Universal Studios. Walmart is close by for essentials and Door Dash came in handy after long days at the parks.

Will be back!

This house met all of our needs. The 7 bedrooms are all good sized and have en-suite bathrooms. The twin beds allowed the kids to bring a friend. We spent most of our time at home enjoying the pool and hanging around the deck. Location was perfect, never more than 30 minutes to the activity we chose for the day. We were able to communicate quickly with our host when needed. We will be looking at returning here in the future.

Clean and conveniently located

The house was clean and conveniently located near the disney parks. It was very spacious and had plenty of room for all of our family. The pool and hot tub on the patio were good , the only suggestion that I would make is that the pool and hot tub need a hand rail for getting in and out. The only other note I might make is that the shower in the master bedroom could use so sort of texture or mat in it , because the tile is kind of slick. Over all we enjoyed our stay , check in/out was easy, and communication with the owner was good as we had a question about trash pickup that he took care of. We would definitely consider staying there again.
