We had a last minute cancellation at another property and booked this one same day as check-in. The host (Andrew) was extremely attentive and was able to help us end our day far less stressful than it had been. We arrived and the house and linens were clean. The pool was clean and heated nicely. They had all of the amenities stated and my family had a wonderful time! We would definitely come back.

Buddies Golf Trip

Disappointing stay

Property is dated and worn. In need of a true deep clean, not just a quick turnaround clean. Pool deck is very dirty due to ongoing construction out back. Hot tub only heated to proper temp once during our stay. Expect noise and dirt for the foreseeable future. Burned out lights out front. We had plans to cook, pots and pans had residue from past guests. Stingiest VRBO we’ve ever experienced. Corporate rental with no sense of welcome like we have experienced with other privately owned properties across the country. The only thing they supply is cleaning supplies, because they want you to do that work. You will have to go shopping for a LOT of stuff. Tiny bath towels, no washcloths, no kitchen towels, no extra garbage bags, literally nothing for kitchen, not even salt and pepper.

We did Universal Studios for Thanksgiving, and this house was in a great location. Andrew is a great property manager and was always available to answer any questions. I would recommend this to everyone.

The BEST of the BEST for Large Parties! FABULOUS!

This house is incredible! We had 6 full bathrooms -- one for EVERY SINGLE bedroom in the house PLUS a 1/2! That was worth its weight in gold! And the family LOVED the pool table! You do need to be prepared to restock some items, as well as buy some, which is understandable because of the size of the house. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom is provided. We bought trash bags and dish liquid (2 dishwasher tablets provided), and there were no dish towels, so we used papertowel. There was packaged handsoap, but we purchased pump handsoap and shower gel. We bought coffee filters. Guests are instructed to launder towels, but we could not find any detergent, but we needed to do some of our own laundry anyway, so no worries. There were plenty of bath & hand towels, but no washcloths. There are parking signs that state not to park on the right side of the street (in front of the house), but they are 3' tall and brown, so they are hard to see at night. So just know that if you have more than 2 cars on arrival, you need to park across the street. :) We had 11 people in our party, and it was PERFECT! It is the perfect distance from the airport, as well as from the parks and everything else! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and convenient, and Andrew is such a professional and VERY responsive host! This was my husband and my 25th anniversary-turned-first-multi-family vacation! It was a precious vacation!! This would be our FIRST go-to! LOVED IT!

Easy and Relaxing

Everything about this property was easy and helped us relax. We were in town for a RunDisney race and this house was perfect for what we needed. Our group of all adults loved having private bathrooms in all rooms, and room to spread out. The property manager was quick to reply to questions. Just remember to bring or go out for extras of paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! It was more beautiful and comfortable than we expected. As we entered, it welcomed us with such beautiful decor, which enhances the beauty of this home. It was such an amazing place to stay and the location couldn't be any better. King ensuites were perfect for our group. Outdoor space was great! Needs some updating and a deep clean. Light fixtures, fake plants above kitchen cabinets, picture frames were thick with dust. Linens were clean and bathrooms were clean enough. THERE WERE NO WASHCLOTHS OR KITCHEN TOWELS. GRILL COST AN ADDITIONAL $125.00

Basic rental

Large home with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a big group. Pool struggled to heat up and was quite cold on several days. Obviously families with children are renting and there were no pool toys, accessories or chair pads to be found. After asking to arrive two hours before check-in at 4pm ,I had to pay an additional fee of $120 USD. Far too many rules and threats of penalties, very unwelcoming and does not inspire repeat business. Basic rental would not recommend.

Clean and conveniently located

The house was clean and conveniently located near the disney parks. It was very spacious and had plenty of room for all of our family. The pool and hot tub on the patio were good , the only suggestion that I would make is that the pool and hot tub need a hand rail for getting in and out. The only other note I might make is that the shower in the master bedroom could use so sort of texture or mat in it , because the tile is kind of slick. Over all we enjoyed our stay , check in/out was easy, and communication with the owner was good as we had a question about trash pickup that he took care of. We would definitely consider staying there again.

A wonderful home for a week!

This home was everything we could have ever wanted for our family Disney Vacation. Its location is so close to the parks and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The kitchen was stocked with most essentials that you may need, but if you're bringing a lot of people, I suggest picking up some paper plates, cups, and plastic silverware so you don't have to run the dishwasher every day. This was such a wonderful home for the week, 10/10.

Disney/Universal/Florida/Tampa vacation

We had a fantastic vacation in a wonderful property which was in a great location; close to the parks and equidistant from NASA and Tampa. The communication between ourselves and the property management was excellent. Whenever we had a question/issue Andrew replied quickly and acted quickly to ensure all our needs were met. The property itself was well equipped with a great outdoor area and an adequate pool with an excellent safety net (to ensure children safety). We were two families with a baby. All bedrooms were nice sizes with en-suite facilities. The garage was converted to a TV/games room with a pool table. The pool table was slightly old, but functional (just a small lean to one side). The main living area with Kitchen was a decent size and everyone was able to eat/dine comfortably. The kitchen was adequately stocked with almost everything you might need on a vacation; it just lacked a couple of baking trays. The decor was pleasant to the eye and the property was clean and well maintained. Some areas could soon require a fresh lick of paint, but it didn’t impact/spoil our stay. There is a gate system to get to the property which gave an extra secure feeling. On most days getting to/from the parks took 15-20 mins by car. It was also possible to walk to the US192 where there were a few shops/restaurants (15-20 minute). The local Walmart was a 5 minute drive. Driving to Tampa/NASA took only 75mins. Our 2-week vacation was excellent - Thanks Andrew.

Fantasmic Adventure

This was a very enjoyable property. There is plenty of space for your extended stay with friends and family. Ideal proximity to local attractions, dining and shopping. Good central location for day trips to either the Atlantic or Gulf coast. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from Magic Kingdom each night from the pool deck. The pool deck is nice and large but there isn't any shade nor covered lanai. A few tips if you book this property for more than a few days; there aren't any washcloths provided (we stayed for 2 weeks and bought our own); you will need to pick up essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. What is provided will not last you very long. Andrew was great to work with and has wonderful communication. We will book this property again in the future.

Very convenient to the parks

We love staying in this area because of the convenience to the parks. We were even able to easily leave the park and come home mid-day, returning a little later. We spent four days in the parks and enjoyed two delightful days resting by the pool. The spa was great and heated up quickly when we turned it on. We had a few problems (ice maker didn't work, leak in upstairs A/C unit set off smoke detector in the middle of the night, outdoor speakers didn't work), but they didn't adversely affect our stay, and we had no problem contacting the property manager. Overall the property was very comfortable for our family and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.
