"We had a fantastic extended stay at this home! It fit our family of six perfectly, with plenty of space for everyone to relax without feeling crowded.One of the absolute highlights was the amazing sunrises each morning—they were truly breathtaking and became our favorite way to start the day. We also really appreciated the well-supplied kitchen; it had everything we needed to cook family meals, which made our long-term stay so much easier.Sanjay was a wonderful host and very responsive whenever we had a question. We felt right at home from day one and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

The kitchen is fully stocked well and you don't have to wash dishes constantly.Pool stayed clean and was perfectly heated.Owners are very courteous and great detailed directions on check-in process. Gave quick responses when I had questions.

Great villa we both loved it ,the pool and the the fact it was not sterile other people had been there left books and other items made it feel really homely.Cleanliness was good but in a couple of areas floor tiles need looking at.So in summary we had a great week the villa was perfect although I did find the TV and firestick rather confusing a little guide for the more elderly non tech clients would have been appreciated.

The house is in a fabulous location. Champions Gates 5 mins away and super easy onto I4 for parks. The rooms are large and comfortable with good lighting in bathrooms and new washing machine/tumble dryer in utility. It is in need of a little TCL but has just had new flooring throughout most if downstairs.

Great location and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The villa has a great location just a few minutes drive away from Championsgate with a great selection of shops and restaurant, and quick access to the I-4. It had ample room for the four of us and the kids loved the pool. It is located in a quiet gated community and felt quite safe, being a good base to use when travelling to all the parks. Whilst some of the villa facilities could do with being updated (such as sinks, taps and blinds) we were happy to stay here and would do again. The owner was always very responsive and happy to help. The only negatives:1) On arrival I had to deal with the bin that had been filled to the top with disgusting waste and left open, so no room for our rubbish and I struggled to even get the bin to kerbside. Clearly not the owners fault but should have been dealt with before arrival. 2) Unfortunately the neighbour consistently let their dog out unattended to poo next to this villa’s pool fence and as a result the pool area would stink most days. Clearly the neighbour just didn’t care and whilst not owners fault it does need addressing. 3) Most of the window blinds are either broken or useless, so kids woke up as soon as it got light.

Great value for money

We were looking for a 3 bed , but found this 4 bed at a better price and wondered if there was anything wrong - there wasn’t. Ok so it could do with a coat of paint here and there , but remember this is a holiday home and not everyone respects it like they do their own home , so suitcases scuff walls and maybe don’t report when something isn’t quite right - but it was super clean and a great place to relax after a long day at Disney - I’d recommend the following - some cloths to wipe down the kitchen work surfaces , and some spray cleaner for the work surfaces , and the towels could be renewed and a little larger , but all in all well worth the money .

Family Winter Getaway

Sorry for the delay in writing a review. This house was wonderful for our family. We found the home to be clean and comfortable. We received very clear directions for check-in. The owner was quick to respond to questions as was the property manager. Our kids liked the TV’s in their bedrooms, as they don’t have that at home! We also enjoyed the pool, especially on the 80 degree day we got. The pool heat was definitely worth it, even though we did not use the pool every day of our stay as we were off for some full days at Disney Parks. One of the things that I did not understand from the listing was that it was self catering meaning that dish soap, soap for the dishwasher, garbage bags, paper towels, napkins, and extra rolls of toilet paper were not provided. This was an inconvenience for us as a family who traveled via airplane and did not pack these things. We did go out and buy dishsoap and pods for the dishwasher. The home also did not have a broom making us challenging to clean up after crumbinators (aka…our children). If we were to return to the area we would definitely consider this place again.

Lovely villa, perfect location for Disney parks. Villa needs some TLC ( kitchen taps leaking, garbage disposal smelly, some lights not working, not very clean etc) but overall lovely villa and would come back

Home was too short!!

This was a fantastic place to stay! It was very comfortable and felt like a home that we needed at a crucial time. We will definitely be looking to book here again in the future.

Great location

Overall great experience, close to Disney/universal and main attractions for our family. Had all of what we needed to enjoy a “home away from home” Owners were very quick and helpful to respond with any questions we had!

Lovely position nice and quiet..very clean..could do with a lick of paint here and there, but didn't spoil our stay..and 2 of the bathroom sinks need replacing..apart from that wehad fabulous 3 weeks...

Family of 7 Good overall

Villa is in a great location for all Disney Parks and little bit further to Universal. Denny's, Chick Fil A, Publix supermarket and many more all 5 mins drive away. Property is now Grey, not as picture. Some areas of house are looking a little tired, cracked flooring, carpets bit grubby. Had problem with ants in kitchen so never leave any food out. Main bedroom is massive with balcony and walk in wardrobes however other main room seemed very small with small ensuite. Unfortunately we hit Hurricane Milton. Communication was not very good and left with 1 torch in property, no candles, no advice for such a stressful time and 3 anxious kids. Luckily we had lovely neighbours who gave us advice of what to do 3 days before Hurricane. Sandbags, food and water for 3 days, fill up baths etc. Water came in from windows in twin room and main bedroom had water coming in from patio doors which then went onto floor. Pool needs cleaned. Ceiling fans are not great and found rooms stuffy at night. Main en suite shower head was poor, hardly any power. Towels were stained. Villa just needs a little TLC. We had a good time and couldn't fault the location. Two beautiful Herons by pool we named Milton and Milly and so pleased they survived the Hurricane. Thanks once again. A holiday we wont forget.

Great Overall Stay

Had a nice time at the villa, was clean and well presented, pool area was nice. Amenities and location was great. Thanks Sanjay & Paru :-) Only let down was the AirCon, it wasn’t cool at night, (we had 14nights of hot stuffy bedrooms) even after requesting it to be reduced, air con is locked out of use by the owner. Communication and action by the owner/management company was good on a few minors things we had to sort. Everything else was great and we had a nice stay.
