Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alles war wie beschrieben vorhanden und sehr sauber. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren äußerst nützlich.Unser Vermieter war immer erreichbar und sehr nett. Er konnte uns noch einige interessante Tipps geben. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Ein tolles Wiedersehen!Endlich war es soweit.Nachdem wir vor 10 Jahren Orlando und unseren Gastgeber Jan das erste Mal besucht hatten ,reisten wir erneut nach Orlando.Nach dem Öffnen der Tür fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause.Die Wohnung ist modern, blitzsauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts – die Küche ist top ausgestattet und die Betten sind super bequem. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.Der Pool ist nur 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und der schön angelegte Weg am See ist ideal zum Joggen.Was uns das erste Mal auch schon gefiel ist das wir keinerlei Reiseadapter zum Laden unserer Geräte benötigten.Alles ist wie zu Hause.Ein großes Dankeschön an den herzlichen Gastgeber Jan für die tollen Tipps und den reibungslosen Check-in. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!"

Wir waren jetzt das fünfte Mal bei Jan und waren wieder begeistert. Die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und es fehlte an nichts. Selbst für einen Strandtag in Cocoa Beach waren Stühle, Sonnenschirm und Kühlbox vorhanden.Walmat und zahlreiche Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch Disney, Universal, Sea World und die Outletmalls sind in ca. 30 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Wer dem Touristentrubel entfielen möchte kann bei der Scenic Boat Tour in Winterpark entspannen oder Floridas Natur in den Orlando Wetlands, auf dem Lake Apopka Drive oder in Blue Springs genießen. Es gibt immer etwas Neues zu entdecken und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Wohnung ist super und Jan ist super freundlich, wir sind rundum zufrieden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - wenn man selber kochen will. Der Pool in der Nähe wird sooft genutzt wie es nur geht, Pool ist Luxus und Pool ist Entspannung pur. Jederzeit wieder gerne.

Everything you need

I loved the property it was quiet and friendly. The pond in the back with the ducks the kids loved. Mr jan the property owner was awesome, welcoming and answered any questions I had. The pool was nice and right by the restaurant in the community. I love the little details like the book that tells you the grocery stores and restaurants in the area, for a personal touch. I am also a cooker so it is great all the cookware provided. I love this place and i would recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful condo!!

Tolles Appartement in Orlando

Die Anlage und das Appartement sind toll, es gibt mehrere Pools, und andere Sportmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist natürlich klimatisiert, da sie im Erdgeschoss unter einer anderen Wohnung liegt und die Fenster nicht direkt von der Sonne beschienen werden, heizt sie sich nicht auf. Beim Ankommen war es super sauber und im Kühlschrank standen ein paar Flaschen kaltes Wasser. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, die Freizeitparks in Orlando sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, auch Cape Canaveral mit Raketenstarts und der Strand dort sind in einer knappen Stunde zu erreichen. Wer nur in Orlando bleiben möchte, kann dort auch viel erleben. Einfach nur Klasse. Danke Jan.

Nice, clean and well-maintained condo

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Ventura Club, Orlando! The place was very nice, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. Communication with the owner was smooth and friendly, making the entire experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come again. Highly recommended!

Wow, what a gem

Are you considering a VRBO in Orlando ? Let me tell you about our experiences. We have stayed in t VENTURA Country Club three times. It is a 10 minute drive north of the international airport, and only about a 30 minute drive to the major Orlando attractions It is a gated, moated very quiet complex of condos and private houses. We loved the security and the quiet, zen like atmosphere. There are lots of units, but it is divided into several neighbourhoods, each with its own pool and character. There is a quality, updated golf course, and a great clubhouse with its own massive pool as well as a restaurant, bar , gym and library. Happy hour in the clubhouse is fun, welcoming and inexpensive. Many of the units available for rent are older, and ok, we have stayed in two of them. This third year we found a fantastic unit. It is on the ground floor, in the quiet Southpointe neighbourhood, and is beautifully renovated. It features granite counters, tile floors, leather furniture, a genuine KING bed in the master bedroom, a second bedroom, three TV’s; as well as air conditioning , a nice ‘Florida’ room and a fully and completely equipped kitchen. It is VRBO # 504312, owned by Jan Dorwath; who is a thoughtful and considerate host. The place is spotless everywhere. Even though it is only ten minutes from the airport, in our three weeks we only heard an airplane once or twice.; and that was when we were outside. We did hear the neighbour upstairs a couple times, likely when they

Dass wir bereits das fünfte Mal in dieser Wohnung sind sagt eigentlich schon alles. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Lage in der Anlage ist top egal ob man zur Ostküste oder in die Parks möchte oder einfach die Ruhe am Pool genießen will. Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter ist 1A, immer erreichbar, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und egal wem man begegnet ebenfalls sehr nett. Wir fühlen uns pudelwohl und es ist unser "home away from home", es ist wie nach Hause kommen, wenn man hier ankommt.

Wonderful Condo in Orlando Ventura

What a wonderful stay in Orlando! The condo of Mr. Dorwarth was very beautiful. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a specious livingroom, a kitchen and a dining room as well as a porch. We had everything we needed and the owner was always very helpful when we had questions. We would like to give him and his property more then 5 points. We can recomend this location who is looking for a condo in Orlando.

The best place I've ever stayed as

My family and I have been coming to Orlando almost yearly since 2011 when my kids were little. We've stayed all over the place in Orlando, houses, condos, townhouses etc. This year my older kiddos are now adults and my husband and I were able to find a smaller place for us and our 6 year old. This by far has been the best place I've stayed at in all these years. I can never give enough compliment to the owner Jan. My 6 year old loved seeing the lobster in the frig. The stuffed animal mouse in the cabinet. It's little things like this that just make it feel a little extra special. She made friends at the pool areas. It's easy to get to places. Your just enough out of the disney traffic so you can get around with ease. If your not a frequenter of the Orlando area with dealing with disney traffic you don't get how important this is. You take forgranted just trying to get to a gas station or mcdonald's let alone Walmart. Jan was the absolute best in keeping me updated on everything. Ensuring our happiness was met. Put waters in the frig for us so they were ice cold for arrival. He is just the sweetest person. I am already planning our next trip to stay here!

the condo was exactly as we expected, spacious, tidy and clean. the facilities were great, it really had everything you could imagine, it even had chairs,picnic table, parasol and cool boxes for beach days. the location is in a housing suburb mostly occupied by residents with a few rental properties so always really quiet and any locals we met were all very friendly. the pool is literally a 1 minute walk away, it is a decent size with a great jacuzzi, on site toilet facilities so no running back to condo, it has ample sun loungers, tables and chairs Jan, the host was terrific, communication right from the outset was excellent, we even took time to meet up during our stay were he offered us some great tips for places to visit/eat if your looking for accommodation away from the touristy hussle i couldn’t recommend here enough, fantastic facility with great amenities and the most friendly hospitable host. was a pleasure to stay with and meet Jan. hopefully we will return to Orlando 2026 and will definitely be making this our home for our stay.

Wonderful Wow!!

Property was of the highest standard really clean l have been coming to Florida for over 20years this is one of the best places we have stayed in for cleanliness everything was made available to us the pool and hot tub were close by and quite clean.On day three we met the owner Jan who was very helpful giving us a few tips on where and directions to various areas of interest he was easily contactable.Thank you Jan for a wonderful stay would come back again when visiting Florida.

Great get away for snowbirds

Very clean on arrival, gated community, pond, swimming pool, clubhouse and golf. Close to grocery store, restaurants, fast food, Disney and the airport. Renting from owner now for 4-5 years. He is always available to solve any problems!

First of all, we should not forget that the condo owner has approximately 35 years of hotel management experience. Condo has everything you can think of. For example, I used the portable freezer at home a lot when going out. There was a table and a chair for my child to play with, and the kitchen had almost all the necessary items. There is a private balcony for smokers. Actually, before I rented the condo, I was very skeptical because it had 10 points, but if I had the opportunity to give it 11 points, I would. The owner of the condo is a wonderful person who is open to communication. The condo is Absolutely ideal for families and those who love to play golf. There are even tennis courts on site. The condo owner left a tennis racket and tennis ball for us. I don't know what more to write. I thank him for this nice welcome and his warmth.

Wie immer, einfach nur perfekt. Unsere "Zweitwohnung" in der Ferne

Wir waren jetzt bereits das vierte Mal in dieser Wohnung und wir wurden wieder einmal überzeugt. Die Sauberkeit kann in einem 5 Sternehotel nicht besser sein, es wird immer darauf geachtet, dass alles auf aktuellem Stand ist. Jedes Mal wenn wir kommen ist wieder etwas renoviert und verbessert obwohl man eigentlich nicht weiß was man noch verbessern sollte. Die Lage ist super, eine Gated Community, die meiste Zeit sehr ruhig, der Pool ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, man ist schnell am Parkplatz aber hört nichts von den Autos. Innerhalb maximal einer Stunde ist man bei Disney, eine halbe Stunde zu den Universal Studios und auch zu Cape Canaveral dauert es nur 1 1/2 Stunden. Die Wohnung ist damit eine prima Ausgangsbasis. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist super, man kann sich wunderbar miteinander verstehen und zumindest wir haben uns mittlerweile bereits angefreundet. Onlineshopping und Lieferung an den Vermieter ist problemlos möglich und bietet natürlich ein schönes Shoppingerlebnis und auch sonst, sollte irgendetwas sein ist der Vermieter immer sofort erreichbar und hilft wo er kann. Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr vorgemerkt und werden wieder kommen.
