Our complaint was they only left 1 small roll of toilet paper, a half dollar size soap you were suppose to use for sink and tub, and small roll of paper towels. Definitely not enough for 5 people for 3 nights. We had to go to store to buy hand soap, shower soap, and more toilet paper and paper towels. This is not typical of most rentals.

Cozy beds

Clean, comfortable beds, everything we needed. Would not allow us to turn the Ac down, our temperature was stuck at 21. Shower Rod was not secure and fell more then once. Would appreciate darker curtains but that’s our preference. Overall it was nice and clean and price was affordable. 3 min walk to pool.

A few hiccups but excellent service

We recently stayed at Windsor Hills condo for a family vacation with our kids and parents. There was plenty of space in the condo for 6 of us. We did a couple of days at Disney and it was super easy to get there and park. We explored the Orlando area and did a day over to Kennedy Space Centre. The location of Windsor Hills was perfect. We loved the pool area and walking around the neighborhood in the evening. When we arrived we had a bit of an issue as the condo had not been cleaned from the previous renters. We called Evergreen and they found another condo in the complex that we were able to move to for the night and the cleaning crew came in the next morning. A bit of a hiccup but the service was great. We had asked for a late checkout a few times but it wasn't confirmed until 24 hours prior to us leaving. It would have been nice to know earlier. The condo could use a few items in the kitchen like extra dish cloths, tea towels and oven mitts but other than that we really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills and in particular this unit. If we are ever back in the Orlando area, we would 100% stay here again.

Not a bad place to stay while at Orlando attractions

The condo was nice. Not bad for the cost and a good amount of room for a family. Quite dated inside and lower end finishes. The exhaust fans in bathrooms are terribly loud. The shower heads were caked in some kind of buildup which effected the spray (holes were totally clogged) and the water pressure was awful. The coffeemaker was filthy inside. And the water on the door compartment was covered in mold. Some of the staff that works for the resort were downright rude and unfriendly. The pool closes at 10, some of us didn’t know that since we had just arrived. A woman came out and started barking orders at all of us to get up and get out. It was quite cold and my daughter wanted to put some clothes on so she asked if she could use the bathroom. The lady from the resort yelled at her, NO this place is closed!!! The people who let you in the gate at night are also the most unfriendly people too.

Family vacation

Check in was seamless! Condo had everything we needed for our 9 day stay with out 7 & 4 year old. The pool area was great and the whole resort felt super safe. Close to the Disney Parks and some great family friendly restaurants. Would definitely book again!

Holiday Vacation

The home was clean and well maintained. Spacious living space and quiet neighbors. The beds were so comfortable that my wife wishes we had looked at the tags on the mattresses before we left🤣. It is close to everything we were going to do while there and there was a Walmart’s five minutes away. The club house and pool was clean and the hot tub was excellent. Loved the game room and was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the theater. Would and will recommend this home to everyone I know that’s going to Disney or Universal.

The pool and location are awesome!

We stayed here for our Disney trip and it was so easy to get to all the parks and the property is amazing. The pool and water park were clean and fun for kids and the convenience store on site was great. They also had great poolside drinks. We hope to return. It was perfect.

Exactly what we needed!!

We loved it! The condo is spacious, the beds and bedding were comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked with what we needed, the location was fantastic for Disney! (If you’re going to SeaWorld, know that it’s an “easy” drive that often has lots of traffic.) We would 100% stay here again and we would highly recommend!

Excellent property!

We stayed at this condo for a long weekend and it did not disappoint! It was very clean and had plenty of space for what we needed. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very prompt with their responses! Property is a very close drive to all Disney World parks and attractions! We would definitely recommend this property and will stay again in the future!

Summer 2022

This was our first time renting a condo for our summer vacation, and this property did not disappoint. This condo is tastefully decorated and the bed are super comfortable. It was a short walk to the clubhouse pool, which the kids loved. We had everything we could have needed to enjoy our stay and we did. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was just as pictured. Very spacious and easily accessible. The beds were comfortable, temperature was pleasant with the fans as FL can be hot. Excellent!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo in an amazing resort. The 3 bedroom unit had everything we needed and came as advertized. My only concern with 2 young kids in our group of 6 was the glass coffee & end tables. If I had any complaint it would be that the air conditioning was locked out at 73 degrees. The pool and waterpark were great and our grandkids had a blast! The location was perfect, only a 5 minute drive to many restaurants and shopping, 15 - 20 minutes to the various Disney parks. I would definately stay here again.

Perfect in every way

Clean, modern and cozy stay at this great property. Instructions were very clear on how to check in and out. Felt like a very safe area with gated access to the property. Our Overdo Vacation

We live our condo. We have rented this same spot for the last past three, until covid-19. This location is awesome, the condo is spacious. The fact that it has 2 king size beds is a plus. We do look forward for next year. The owner was very good on communication and the rate was great as well.
