THINGS TO KNOW:
* Guests will use their own Netflix log in credentials.
* Guests must pay a $20 + tax resort fee every day they are on the property at the front desk. Guests may have up to eight bands to access the resort and towels are available to rent.
Incidental Deposit: Guests are required to leave a $100 refundable deposit for the wristbands at check-in. As long as the wristbands are returned at the end of their stay, the full $100 deposit is refunded.

Community: Regal Palms Resort, Davenport, located on US-27, just minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping, and about 20–25 minutes from Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and outlet malls (travel times may vary).
Location: Verona Ave, Davenport, FL, 33897.
Parking: Parking is permitted only on the designated driveway; 3 vehicles max per home. Parking is not allowed on the street or on the grass to prevent damage to the irrigation, sprinklers and utilities lines. Overnight parking is $10 per night, per utilized parking space and is available at the clubhouse (must obtain pass). Any vehicle that is in violation of this policy may be towed at the owner's expense.

Please note: Guests must stop at the resort front desk before entering the unit to complete registration and pay the mandatory daily resort fee.

Guests enjoy access to the shared community amenities at Regal Palms Resort, including a resort-style pool, lazy river, beach volleyball court, outdoor game zone, playground, fitness center, and more (resort amenity access may require an additional daily fee).

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge in the kitchen
1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they may need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and there is a washer and dryer available in the unit. Please also note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.

Rules and guidelines:

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted
