Great overall Experience

Everyone in our group really enjoyed our stay. Our group of 16 used every square inch of this house and all the amenities kept the littles and teenagers from being bored. House was the perfect size and we never felt like we were smothering each other. The only complaint was the heating of the hot tub and pool only worked 2 days which we were reimbursed for. Great response times from customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spacious and comfortable

This house was very spacious for a family of 13. Plenty of areas for adults and kids to stay busy and find alone time if needed. Very happy with accommodations.

Amazing Property

This house was great for our family's Christmas trip to Orlando. The space was perfect for everyone, kids and seniors. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing. The kids loved the game room, and my husband and I loved the oversized Scrabble Board.

Bumpy start, Big finish!

The home we checked into was great but the pool wasn't heated which we paid for. This along with a handful of other minor issues made for a bumpy start. Villatel was responsive to make repairs except for the pool which required a part that was not available. Yes, we were able to use the community pool but having a large family with young kids, the house pool is ideal. Liz at Villatel to the rescue! She arranged for us to move to a different house, (equally good) with a heated pool! While packing up and moving everyone wasn't so great, we made it happen and the rest of our stay was awesome. Stuff happens but Villatel and in particular Liz, were great to deal with and would rent again without hesitation.

Perfect for our family of 15

The set up of the house was perfect! Very spacious and pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. Kitchen is not stocked well to make meals (very few pans, no mixing bowls, minimal utensils and no pot holders) and disappointed that the avatar room did not have the large Avatar as the pictures showed. Beds were very comfortable and movie room and arcade were a hit am get the big and little kids! We definitely recommend this place for any vacationers!

Halloween Celebration

Enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent with the property manager staff. Family loved the electronic games--especially the basketball and motorcycle games. Rental lacked some "homey" touches--blankets, towel rings, shower shelves, dish rags... The unit was in need of some maintenance in several areas.

Overall a great place to stay

Overall I would say this is a really great place to stay. House was very clean and check-in couldn’t have been any easier. Plenty of room for parking (we had two large SUV’s and a car). The guest parking is maybe half a block walk. The pool and hot tub were great—definitely would pay for the pool heater again. Lots of space in the house and the game room was awesome. There were plenty of pots/pans/dishes. Smoke detector went off several times when we were cooking. I think it is just really sensitive so be aware bc it is LOUD and will wake up the kids. Using the stove fan helped. There we’re also no oven mitts/hot pads in the kitchen so we used dish towels. It would be nice if they tossed a few in there. The resort pool and bar were great. Not too busy and very big. Ice cream “shop” is really a small counter in the restaurant but cute and did the job. Kiddie pool was closed which was a bummer and we weren’t told about in advance. Would have been nice to know. They give you 1 roll of paper towel in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom so plan to buy or bring more if you are staying a full week. Same with garbage bags and dishwasher detergent(they give you a couple). They also give you 1 pack of laundry soap. I would recommend bringing or buying more so you can wash towels during the week and we also washed all of our dirty laundry prior to leaving to save time when we got home. Close drive to all the Disney parks. I think we planned for 20-30 min drive time and that was sufficient. The cons: the wifi was terrible and I mean terrible. Tech was supposed to come out the first night but didn’t. Came out day two and was supposedly fixed but still didn’t work well. Wouldn’t have been a huge deal but we needed a good wifi connection to actually use the movie theater room. Tech came out again on day 3 or 4 and gave us a new router which was supposed to fix the problem. We could then watch movies in the theater but our trip was over 1/2 over and it still moved at a snail’s pace to get a connection. By the time we would get a movie set up the kids were restless and crabby. My phone constantly dropped the wifi connection but not sure if that was the wifi or just not great service from my carrier in the area. I would definitely stay again especially for the price and traveling with a bigger group (we had 7 people all week and then another 5 guests who stayed 3-4 nights and had plenty of space). Thanks Villatel for a great trip!

Great property!!

Absolutely loved staying here with our family. Lots of activities for kids and a good location to the parks. Only word of advice would be to stock the kitchen with more waste bins and dishwasher tablets. Everything else was a dream. Thank you!

Disappointed in your garbage pick up

This was a wonderful house to rent for the holiday . There was one HUGE fault in that the garbage was NOT picked up daily as promised . Your garbage disposal bin is inadequate for the size of your homes in Solara. We were a lot of people and at one point it wasn't taken for 3 days which was horrible to have it sit on the front porch in the heat ! That was very disappointing !! I was really surprised being that everything else was so pleasant and the house really worked for our large family reunion .

2021 Family Vacation

The house was nice a large to allow my entire family which included my parents, two brother families as well as mine. The pool and hot tub was in terrible shape and couldn’t be used for the entire trip because repairs had been neglected. It was terribly dirty and we didn’t want to risk getting in with it being dirty and not filtering per the pool guy that came and looked at it. We talked to the neighbors and had the chance to see their pools and it was night and day difference.
