Amazing house for a large group

This house was really so perfect for our group of 9 - the beds were comfortable, each of us had our own bathroom, the parking was a plentiful, and we loved having two dishwashers and two fridges. It was about 25/30 min from Disney area and had a great amenities area that was a nice walk with a little poolside restaurant and gym. Also the hot tub worked great! Absolutely loved it and already booked it again for next year! :)

Decent location but not worth it

The location and size of the home is decent if you're doing Disney with a group. However, I still wouldn't recommend staying at one of Vilatel's properties. We got there an hour after check-in. They were still cleaning the house and we had to wait in the driveway for an additional 45 minutes. The insulation of the houses is horrible. We could hear our neighbors on both sides. They weren't even being that loud. The internet and entertainment equipment is antiquated and slow. Watching a movie in the theater room was impossible. The internet is so slow that you couldn't even stream a movie to another tv without constantly buffering, which also made watching shows that way practically impossible. They like to tow vehicles like it's going out of style... even with a parking pass. My party had a vehicle towed and our neighbors did as well. Both vehicles had parking passes and parked in designated areas. We were told that the vehicle was "overhanging the white line at rear of vehicle in parallel spot". Not only is this silly, but the tow company they use is far away and they'll charge you $200+ to get it back. The washing machines worked but the dryers are junk. They would turn on, but clothes wouldn't dry...even after multiple runs. It didn't matter what mode or heat setting we tried, they wouldn't dry clothes. In the end, I wouldn't recommend to even my worst enemy, and I wouldn't stay again. There are better options.

Excellent house

The house was as lovely as it looked in the pictures. Most of us found the beds to be comfortable (although there were some different preferences, the bedding seemed to be of good quality), and the cleanliness was excellent. Furthermore, the utensils and cooking gear were good. Kids enjoyed sleeping in themed rooms as well.

Annual Christmas Family Vacation

Overall the house was ok. We had a few issues with the pool heating but we got refunded for the heat. One sink was stopped up. The washer n dryer on first floor didn’t work but everything else went well!

Four Generations Family Vacation

Overall, great experience renting this property. Our grandkids absolutely loved it! The pool area, arcade room, theater room and Disney themed children’s rooms were the highlights of the house. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was relaxing. Had to call for assistance with pool heating but Villatel reps came right away. Need to replace living room sofa. Not very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I have already recommended it to our family and friends!

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!

We were a party of 15 and this house delivered. They have thought of everything. The house was beautiful and comfortable, definitely we will stay again if the opportunity arises. We found a personal chef, Chef Sal, was the icing on the cake!

Awesome

We got to the property with ease. The check in process could use a little work but I understand why it’s so chaotic. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous everything was as listed on the website. We had minor issues but were easily fixed through maintenance. The space inside the house was amazing and well-suited for the size of my family. I brought my son here for a birthday at Disney World and he enjoyed the house more than the theme park. We can’t wait to come again!!!

Spacious/Beautiful home

Everyone loved the modern decor of the home and the children’s rooms were especially a hit. We had everything we could think of as far as amenities which I can say as a frequent traveler was very much appreciated. We will definitely be back.

More than we expected

The house keep both teenagers and young kids entertained….. house was as advertised… house was the cleanness we have rented…. The only complaint I have is not enough cooking pots and utensils other than that it was perfect

What a tease

First the house that we signed up for was changed at the last minute 1 day before the trip. The new address when we arrive was being cleaned by the house keepers in which we had to come back to check in. Some of the showers of this large home had mole or scum build up which tell me the showers are not being cleaned properly. Second if you are bringing a large party to the home there should be amenities to include laundry baskets, decent soap powder and dryer cloths so that when you wash the towels they won’t feel like you are wiping off with sand paper. The white towels was dingy, after we wash them several times with purchase laundry detergent it made a big difference. Eye lashes left on the towel rack of the master bathroom on the first level. When we arrived the movie projector was not working, called to have it repaired no one never showed up in 5 days to fix it along with one of the bowling game in the game room, Children disappointed. No large pots available to prepare meals for the family. Swimming pool was not cleaned and jacuzzi was never turned on as requested. The Harry Potter bathroom smelled like raw sewage the kids could only tolerate staying in the room for a partial night. My list could go on, but lesson learned will not stay there ever again for the money that was spent.
