Pros of this property was the size for our family. The pool was fantastic other than the pool maintenance interrupted our swim and made us get out with no warning. The property manager apologized and compensated us for the inconvenience. The unit is as listed there were no kitchen essentials other than the listing. We bought pot holders to get things out of the oven. Overall, this was a fantastic house and the property manager went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Wonderful home. Spacious and tools decorated for all ages. GREAT location. Only issue, (and completely my fault) I neglected to request the pool be heated 48hrs prior to my arrival. That would've made my stay PERFECT. (So please don't forget to request that!!)Other than that-AMAZING place to book for family vacation. Would DEFINITELY book again!!!

Thank you for all that you provided but I would recommend adding a small bottle of dishwashing soap because the dishwasher did not wash any dishes. We had to go buy dishwashing soap to wash the dishes by hand.

Overall, the property was in great condition and included all the necessary cooking equipment. The gate QED Codes, however, rarely worked; a problem we've encountered on previous stays. I would also suggest latches on the trash bins, because raccoons destroy your trash bags if you place it out at night, but you will miss trash pick-up, if you don't place it out early morning.

Would stay again

This house was awesome, spacious and accommodated our big blended family. A few things to note, when we arrived the entry code didn't work, took us about an hour to reach someone and get a new code, which after a long day of travel was a small inconvenience. Overall the problem was resolved fairly quickly and the rest of the week we spent there the communication with the rental company was top notch. Would definitely re-visit and rent here again.

Absolutely loved this house! Can’t wait to come back!

This house was everything and more! I’ve never wanted to go back to a vacation house so badly. It’s even bigger than the pictures show. It’s a perfect house if you’re taking a family trip to Disney but also perfect for just a vacation to Florida. The community was great and you can tell it was a lot of people who were vacationing. The house was very clean. I’ve stayed in a lot of rental homes and this was very clean compared to others. The pool area was amazing. The kitchen and living room were beautiful and spacious. Each bedroom was cozy and we loved the Disney theming. It was just a great house and I couldn’t recommend it more!

My favorite place we’ve ever stayed!!

We visit Orlando a couple times each year and so far, this home has been the best!! It was spacious, so clean, close to all the parks and Target is literally feet from one of the main gates. We’ve decided when visiting the area in the future with a large group, this is where we’ll stay. The cost versus the amount of space, etc is very reasonable and communication with the host was very pleasant.

Wonderful stay!!

House was well kept and very clean. Enjoyed the amenities. Just what we needed. Can't beat the location. Nearby stores for groceries, gas, and retail. Easily took the backroads back home to Tampa from this location to avoid I-4. Thank you so much for allow us to enjoy your home!!

Great House, Great Communication

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s very large and we loved the private pool. The property is very clean and the neighborhood is great. We were there to visit Disney and the drive to and from the park was about 15-20 min depending on the traffic. There is a Target very close to the house for quick shopping needs and numerous restaurants. We did have some trouble with the getting in the gate on the first day but the property manager communicated with us very promptly and help us solve our issue. Great customer service! Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Family Vacation Home

This was a great clean home and the layout perfectly comforable. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family of 7. The host was very responsive throughout the stay. Only suggestion we had is that it would have been great to have binder or something printed on site with all stay instructions and information for easy access rather than having to refer to emails and previous messages. Other than that, would definately stay here again!

Good Rental for Families going to Disney

Great house with a fantastic layout. Close to Disney parks, shopping and food. Super convenient for long days at parks. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. Check-in and check-out was easy. There is not a single fan in the entire house. So if you are used to your fan for white noise, you won’t find it. They also stress security in the neighborhood, but one of the gates was open the entire week we were there. Hosts are very responsive.

Great stay for three families on a Disney visit. Gated community frustrating.

First of all the house was great and marked all the boxes. Clean, roomy with a private pool. Close drive to Disney and Universal. Our only problem had to do with the gated community. Check in was not as easy as expected. After finally finding the security gate at 2am in the morning the gate pass did not work the first time. Tried to call the security gate but was busy. After quite some time we were finally able to get into the house. We were constantly coming and going on our busy vacation. Several times the gate pass (piece of paper) did not get us in. We had to either wait for someone else to come in or leave to “sneak” through the gate. A few of us wanted to walk to a nearby store and weren’t able to leave the property on foot because the gate would not open without the pass. Overall great place to stay. Frustrated with the gated pass.

AMAZING

Wow! What an amazing family vacation. This house was perfect for a large family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The kids loved both the home pool and community pool. The location was perfect and we felt very safe.
