I want to start by saying price, location and property was great….but there were several issues. First issue was the email we received welcoming us to the property with a bunch of instructions about check in etc. problem was, the address they gave for the property in the email was not the correct address for the property we booked. It was the address to another one of their properties so we had to Uber twice to get to the correct property. Second issue was when we checked in they asked us “what type of room we wanted?” Not to sure what that meant, but they ended up putting us in a room by the pool and close to the restaurant and other property amenities, which in theory was good since we did not have a rental car. Down fall is the room itself. We stayed in building 9, and I think that is the amount of coats of paint that were on the walls. The room was very outdated and dirty. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the a/c vents. Carpet turned your socks brown instantly and the chairs at the bar looked like the ones I bought at a garage sale for my dorm when I was in college..stains and all. I will say the restaurant was nice and there are plenty of activities i.e. arcade room, bowling, ice cream, pools etc on property that are extremely nice. They even have a small grocery store on property. But if the market had a description on google it would look like this..market . Everything is super pricy. It was cheaper to door dash a drink and snack from CVS.
