Amazing house for large family

We enjoyed the house, lots of room for entire family and did not feel cramped. Kids especially enjoyed the theatre room. Was really nice not to have neighbors in the back.

Great Amenities

This property is in a gated community very well protected. Houses are very close but we did not have any issues with neighbors. Property has great amenities for kids and adults, loved the heated pool and theatre room. All bedrooms are conveniently paired with full baths. We had 9 adults and 4 children and were not crowed in the kitchen or famly room. We had a few issues but management was quick in replying.

Great house for a big group

I had rented this house for a family vacation with 4 different families including 4 kids under the age of 3. The house was great for the different generations and had a lot of space. The house has some cosmetic damage (scuffs on the walls and such) but nothing serious that would cause a problem. The management was also very available to answer any questions! Overall we had a good time at this house

Very poor service - Stay away!

Below is the note is sent to the management company. I would NOT recommend staying here or anywhere associated with this company. The details are below. Before posting this review, I wanted to give them a chance to respond and I received a very weak email with apology that said they were sorry and would pass this feedback on. On the positive side, the location was very good, and the house was large, kids enjoyed the games in the garage, and there were plenty of dishes and utensils. However, there were a lot of problems that I will go into below. First of all, on arrival, there was trash everywhere when we walked up to the front door. Shortly after we walked in, a handyman came by and said that the cabinet door in the kitchen was knocked off. He couldn't find it so he left and said he would come back tomorrow. He also told us that the washing machine wasn't working and they'd have someone look at it. After he left, we walked through the house. When we went upstairs, we found holes in the Toy Story room walls and in one of the bathroom walls. Additionally a toilet paper holder was dangling, basically pulled all the way off the wall. In one of the showers, the light fixture was off the ceiling, hanging by the electrical cords. When the kids went to put their clothes in the room, they found a thong and some heels in the drawer. Out to the pool, we found a chair with a massive hole in it and a woman's bikini sitting on another chair. I called the number I was given and spoke to someone before he got disconnected. He texted me and said he would get someone to look at the washing machine on Wednesday. He didn't acknowledge any of the other issues. Later that night, the circuit for the movie room and the bathroom next to it flipped off. I let the property manager know that we really wanted this fixed because the kids had been so excited to take advantage of the movie theater. I sent multiple messages and received no response. On Friday, someone FINALLY came and fixed the washing machine, two full days later than promised, but still no one would respond about the movie room. I tried calling on Friday and left a voicemail, along with VRBO messages, and emails. No response to any of those. At that point, I just gave up and stopped trying to talk to anyone at your company.

we enjoyed a wonderful family vacation! we are a family of 8 and what a beautiful home we enjoyed.

Property was nice and clean, accommodating to our large party of 16. The Oasis club was so nice. Highly recommend this. The whole process was so smooth from booking, arrival, and checking out.

Beautiful New Home

My family vacationed at Frank and Winnie's home in Champion's Gate and we had a blast. The privacy ( no rear neighbors) and parking were great. The amenities of the home were great. The entire family enjoyed the water park and pool. The hot tub was not heated and we were informed by management during our stay that we had to get the pool water to have the hot tub heated. Not having access to a heated hot tub/spa included in the rental fee was our only disappointment. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Jeeves management was helpful and prompt to any issues that arose.

Very Nice Place with all the Extras

The place was great with plenty of room for our group of 10. There were 2 bedrooms we didn’t even use. There was 2 family rooms with 65 inch TVs and a large kitchen. The game room and movie theater was a huge hit. Frank was very responsive to questions and was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this property.
