Big and beautiful

Stayed here with several families while enjoying the theme parks. Location was convenient. House was clean. Pool was wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Herbert Family holiday

The villa was ok a bit tired. The biggest disappointment was the outside furniture we had four chairs to sit on originally and there was fourteen of us, two weren't safe and the management company after quite a few phone calls removed two and told us they were bringing us some more chairs we never saw them!!! With a little more effort and possibly a games room it would be a good place to stay. We also had a mouse living in the BBQ, but we didn't want him killed so we did not report him the children thought he was cute

Not clean

The kitchen is roach infested! Refrigerator missing shelves, washer machine half work, and very unclean upon arrival! Do not charge someone cleaning fees when you guys do a piss poor job on cleaning the place!

Great listing but had some bumps

We overall enjoyed our rental. There were items that were broken upon our arrival and we are now being charged. I never thought to report each thing because of the high usage these houses receive in the Orlando area. The jacuzzi had problems maintaining the water level the entire time and we were still charged the additional heating fee. While I understand it began to work for a bit , it stopped once again. I messaged continously and they did a good job in answering. I don't think it's the fault of the owner rather a valve that needs to be fixed not patched. Currently waiting for VRBO to get back to me as I am being charged for a table that was broken upon arrival. We purchased the insurance and they haven't responsed. Makes me consider if renting a house is better than a hotel because if the troubles.

The house was absolutely beautiful, updated appliances & furniture,pool is full size ,jacuzzi was amazing ,pool toys for the kids ,quick response from management,EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great area, close to Disney. This house had a lot of space and was pretty clean overall. The leather couch was in horrible shape and no foosball to use the table. Also fake eyelash by the pool. The management company is very responsive when contacted. Neighbors we had next to us were fighting a few times and of course the smell of them smoking weed made us not utilize the pool as much but overall I would use this company again. I went through Marriott to book and just I guess expected a little more.

Family Vacation for 15?

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked the house based on the capacity and offering advertised. What we got was less than expected.Issues:You can't cook for 15 people in one 6" skillet and one small saucepan.One of the bedrooms didn't have a blanket (we had to buy one).The toilet seat was broken in one bathroom.The bathroom door (shared with two bedrooms) didn't lock.The furniture was worn excessively in the family room.The bed in one room was so wobbly it kept people awake.LOUD neighbors until 2-3am (11 parked cars from one house!)Dirty rugs and carpet.Hot tub heat never worked, but the cost was refunded.I paid too much money for this experience. I would have been better off in a Holiday Inn.

Not Close to Meeting Expectations

Property was not cleaned before we arrived. Had to wash sheets, bed spread was used by an infant that soiled it as to be unusable, blinds were broken, the couch leather was damaged, a task force was set up to review and an unknown person was in the house when we came home over the weekend. All unacceptable. As of now, no financial resolution. I could not recommend staying at this property.

Family Retreat

A few concerns but was corrected as soon as reported, Rental was as described, overall was pleased with rental. Staff was friendly and helpful. Furniture kinda worn.

Great location but needs some TLC

The home location and community were great. The amenities were everything we hoped for and private pool was awesome. The check in process wasn't super clear. The community gate we had to follow people in every time because it wasn't working and no gate code was ever given to us. The linens and towels were clean and nice. However the floors were disgusting. The carpet up stairs needs to be replaced and the sweeping and mopping was definitely rushed. There was hair and other stuff on the floor everywhere. If they did a better job on the check in and cleaning floor would have been a 5 star experience but they needed improvement in these areas for sure.

All that glitters is not gold!

For certain, a formal email will be sent. A brief review below. After spending more than $3,000 for this stay, I need some change back or, a complimentary stay. In short... *The house needs painting and repairs...in other words,, a makeover and upgrades...holes in the walls, closet doors hanging off of the hinges, carpet was filthy upstairs. knobs missing from furniture, wall hangings off walls, blinds to patio door kept falling out. I have photos to validate my disappointment. *TVs need upgrades. Cable service was OFF, we were not informed. We used our own firesticks to watch movies. Never even received instructions of how the tvs worked. The management was even unaware that the cable itself had no service. Ridiculous! *The pool was never heated. It was one of the reasons we traveled so far for the holiday. They drained the spa and never returned to fill it back up. They lied and said the pool was heated the day of our arrival. Not true. It put such a damper on the entire weekend. They should not sell that service if the pool is not available. *The trash can outside was FULL of trash from the previous renters. *Had it not been for us making our own fun, in spite of, my 60th birthday would have been a ruin.

Reviewer Comments: Our family booked this home because it had a pool and hot tub. We paid to have it heated. Upon our 4pm check in, the house had not been cleaned, the hot tub didn’t hold water and neither the hot tub nor pool had heat. Additionally, once housekeeping ‘cleaned’, the house was still filthy: crunchy carpet, beverage stains on tables, hole in wall, material peeling off couch, stains on couch, banister black with filth. I don’t blame housekeeping, they can’t work miracles. The house is tired and in need of some care. I could go on but you get the point. Casiola (the management company) was difficult to reach and refused to move us to other available housing.

The community though is very loud and full of parties on the weekends which made our stay very unpleasant. It is not somewhere you go to have a nice relaxing time with your family. The owner of the house was very responsive though which helped.. the pool heat or lights did not work the entire stay which was very upsetting.

Great house- loud neighbors

We rented here last year too. Great location and super clean. Downside several neighbors were VERY loud until the early am hours.

Not clean

House was very dirty. Was told couldn’t check in early because of cleaning but we get there and house wasn’t cleaned. Didn’t get anyone to come see the house until almost closing time the next day. Sheets were not changed old food in the couch floor was filthy. Me and my family had to clean a vacation home when we 1st got there disturbing and disgusting. I really wanted a refund but guess what no one would return phone calls we also showed pictures and videos and was told that’s not our problem

Overall a good stay

We were very pleased with the property except for the issue with roaches in the kitchen and dining area. At first glance everything seemed perfectly cleaned but in the first night I killed 6 roaches in the kitchen. I called the next morning and pest control was sent, however, we had to vacate the home the next morning so they could fumigate the kitchen. I appreciate the problem being addressed and had we not settled into the bedrooms I would have asked to be moved. Others, the home was in pretty good shape and only normal wear with use as a rental property. This was our first use but we will give it a chance again.
