Villa was in great condition, absolutely huge! All amenities were great and the place was spotlessly clean. Neighbourhood was fantastic, would defintiely return.

Great stay, but be sure to document

We stayed at this lovely Orlando property for a family vacation before our cruise, celebrating my father-in-law’s 45th wedding anniversary. The home was clean, spacious, and well-stocked—great for a multigenerational family trip. It was also in a convenient location, making it easy to enjoy everything Orlando has to offer.The host was friendly and responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. However, after we checked out, we were wrongly accused of smoking inside the home. This was especially upsetting because our family is strictly non-smoking—my father-in-law has asthma and severe allergies, so smoking in the house would have never been an option.While we were disappointed by that accusation, it doesn’t change the fact that the property itself was a great place to stay. I would recommend this rental, but strongly advise future guests to take clear photos upon arrival and departure to protect themselves against any possible disputes regarding damage or rule violations.All in all, we made great memories here and truly appreciated having a comfortable place to gather and celebrate as a family.

Beautiful Home, Great Accomodations

A beautiful home in a greater location. The home was amazing and the customer service was fantastic. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of dented pots and pans, and 4 of 5 blow dryers not working. Amenities within Champions Gates are always fabulous and the management company, Casiola os wonderful.

Waiting to Exhale Girls Trip

The house was beautiful & well stocked. We had several issues with Wi-Fi, remotes. Also noticed a broken chair on patio. The first bedroom bed was broke as well so my guest had to sleep in another bed until maintenance came the next day. I did feel as though the home wasn’t properly inspected. The hot tub never got hot.

Great house!

Spacious house, with plenty of seating. Most bedrooms have a connected bathroom, which was great! The house was pretty clean, except the carpet is very worn, baseboards and walls could use a fresh coat of paint. The trash was collected daily, which was also great. All in all, we were comfortable and had a great time!

Pool heat

Overall is the place very nice, but the pool wasn't heated even we paid extra fee. And jacuzzi water level was very low so it didn't work I asked for refund for extra fee they didn't want to give it to me.

Nice place

First time using VRBO and was happy with our rental. It had plenty of space and bedrooms for all of us. Would recommend this house as it met our needs. I didn’t realize you had to request the pool to be heated so if you want to use the hot tub make sure you request it before checking in.

Not enough to do in the area. Nothing to walk to other than the clubhouse. The clubhouse & amenities & pool were very good. A good place for families with children.

Solid property.

Cleanliness was acceptable but the housekeeping crew could do better. We cleaned when we got to the house. There was a loud party that woke us up at 2am but the security group asked them to tone it down and they did. Truly a great place to stay.

Family Disney Trip

Property was great and management was always available to answer my many questions leading up and during our stay. Only thing I recommend is If you are getting the pool heated, make sure to also request the temperature you’d like it at so it will be hot in the jacuzzi. Overall, our family of 10 had a great time!

Avoid - NO Pool Heat

Little to no concern that the pool heat was not working. The only reason we rented this property was to have a private heated pool. The property manager said the pool was heating but they actually completely shut the heat off. When the heat was on it was not functioning. Ice cold cool after days.

Notification stay at get the Casiola rental properly property was quite excellent we had all the necessary gadgets needed to make it feel home away from home the property manager was pretty much on point we had a broken iron and within 12 hours a month so I would say they replace the iron . do you only pro that we really encounted was the date that we wanted to do laundry we learned that the dryer obviously was somewhat semi-broken and it needed to be be fixed and the pool did not have any lighting that’s the only issue we had other than that the place was quite clean linens were clean everything was clean all so I’ve gotten nothing negative to say really there’s nothing negative to say about place and I would return for a sock on vacation I don’t have the small issues which I mention which was the dryer and the pool lighting everything was excellent right on par.
