Great owner

This place is just as fresh and new as it looks in the pictures. The owner is who you are actually dealing with, Not some random third party that doesn’t care. She was great. The neighborhood is nice, short drive to Disney and had some cool amenities. Pool tables, air hockey, tennis courts and multiple pools. Basketball court is across the parking lot And the owner not only has the place fully stocked for cooking, etc, she has tennis rackets, a basketball, etc. That was an awesome surprised. Thanks again

Great location

Owner was super helpful with numerous communications prior to arrival. Property manager was helpful at check in. Property was clean and comfortable and had everything you could want. Minutes to Disney, shopping and food. Highly recommended!!

Mary’s condo 13-102 Legacy Dunes

This condo was an excellent location. Close to all the theme parks, yet just far enough out of the hectic traffic. Everything was within 5 minute drive for groceries, shopping etc. Mary was very pleasant to deal with and answered any questions we had promptly. Would definitely stay here again if in the Kissimmee area.

A wonderful property

Where do we start?? From the beginning Mary was more than helpful with her informative emails Upon arrival the property lived up to expectations, excellent decor and fittings Kitchen very nicely fitted, bedrooms v. Comfortable Location superb, just 15 mins from Animal Kingdom Grounds within gated enclosure very Well looked after Certainly one of the first properties we will look at when we return to Florida

Mary’s Condo

Mary’s 2 bed condo is a real home from home. If like me you have spent hours of your life looking for somewhere to stay in the Kissimmee area, stop looking and just book this condo. From the outset Mary was only an email away and even gave advise on flights as well as everything else to do with the whole area. The condo itself is well equipped with everything you could need. There were even a couple of lilos which my girls enjoyed using in the pool. The condo is a great base to explore all the theme parks and was a joy to come home to after a busy day at the parks. The pool at Legacy Dunes is great too and there was never a problem getting a sun-bed as it was never too busy.

Best place we've stayed!

Wow! I can't say enough wonderful things about Mary and her lovely 2-bedroom condo. It's clean and decorated so beautifully and well-equipped with the essentials like an iron and ironing board, hangars in each closet, plenty of towels, and lots of dishes, mixing bowls, small appliances, and pots and pans in the kitchen. There's a big dining room table, a small outdoor seating area with a fully screened-in porch and lovely view of the pond and fountain, and plenty of furniture for your family to spread out and have ample storage in every room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained and the main pool area is really nice. Not only was the pool area beautiful, but there were plenty of lounges for everyone to spread out on. The other residents and renters we ran into were all very sweet and helpful. Our biggest surprise was arriving to find the condo even bigger than it looked in the photos. Our experience with other properties had been the opposite. One of the nicest things was how supportive Mary was of our entire trip. Not only did she keep up well with the basic emails back and forth about contracts and notes for staying at her property, but she must have sent 20 other emails with details about so many helpful things like websites where we found discounts to the parks we were visiting, driving directions, comments from former guests on things to do while we were there, etc. I'm sure we saved quite a bit of money because she graciously took the time to pass along such great tips. Whether you're a family of two like we were, or a family of five or six, you will find everything you need. The condo is surprisingly close to Disney and just a little more of a drive to SeaWorld and Universal. We rented a car and got around just fine with freedom to do what we wanted to when we wanted to. If you want to stay in the Orlando area, you should give this rental very serious consideration. We will definitely return again!

Mary is the best

We couldn't have loved our stay more. The condo was beautiful, clean and functioned perfectly for my wife, daughter and parents. Awesome location to the parks, restaurants and shopping. The facility was great too. Multiple pools, volleyball, jungle gym, table tennis, air hockey and other games. Mary couldn't have made the trip any easier. I've used VRBO and had 5 star stays but now I have to change my raitings because she raised the bar. Sent such helpful information via email to prepare my family for our stay. Had an organized binder for all the need to know information as well as being extremely responsive to any questions. So friendly and knowledable of the condo as well as the surrounding area of Disney. I honestly can't wait to plan our next trip and wouldn't stay anywhere else the next time.

Beautiful Condo, perfect location!

We so enjoyed our stay at Mary’s condo! The condo is clean, well equipped and beautiful... furnishings are gorgeous and comfy. The location is perfect.... just a few minutes from the Disney Parks and close to shopping amenities. Mary was lovely to deal with... she sent us a ton of info on the area prior to our visit. Great stay

We were at this Legacy Dunes property for the month of Oct. The 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit was in excellent condition. Eveything in the unit was of top quality from flooring to appliances. The owner was very informative and very responsive. Must say this was one of our best rentals.

Great hostess, well stocked, close to attractions, excellent ameneties.

We enjoyed our stay in Mary’s beautiful condo. She bent over backwards to guide us through the process. We appreciated the emails containing the do’s and don’ts of the theme parks and area attractions. Legacy Dunes is situated in a very favorable area that is very tranquil, yet we were just minutes from rverything we needed. We even took a day for a visit to Cocoa Beach, dispite hurricane Florence heading up the east coast. We would truly stay here again if ever in Orlando and we have already recommended this unit. Great location and great accommodations

My wife and I and our 2 sons stayed at this property for 5 nights (July 5th-9th) and it was the perfect place. It is central to everything including Disney and Universal Studios. Major restaurants, grocery stores are right down the street. The place itself was tastefully decorated and had everything that we needed. I thought it was great that the owner has board games for the kids or the whole family to play and enjoy during our stay.. The owner, Mary was so helpful and provided us with all that we needed or asked for during our stay. If we are ever vacationing in the Orlando area again, this is the place I will reside. Clean and well equipped

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a fortnight here 22/6/17 - 6/7/17. The condo is clean, down the mattress looking brand new in the master bedroom. Kitchen had lots of pots and pans with a stove top kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The AC worked well and all rooms have a ceiling fan. Having a washer and dryer was great, we have always stayed in hotels until now and found having our own machines far better than trusting a hotel laundry service. There are full size and mini ironing boards as well as an iron. Just a suggestion - I would take some washing machine and dishwasher tablets with you. Buying them whilst there will mean you purchase far more than you need for the duration of your stay. Legacy dunes itself is also well kept. The main pool is heated and very warm. The smaller pool which is not heated was hardly cool first thing during June and was plenty warm by the evening. We enjoyed the smaller pool most often as it was quieter, we had it to ourselves on most occasions. The gym looked well equipped with cardio and weights although I only poked my head in - I was refraining from anything too strenuous during our holiday 😂 Overall we were completely satisfied with our stay at Legacy Dunes and would thoroughly recommend it. Mary was super helpful and always quick to respond to any questions.

Great condo. Nice secure location. Staff was bad

Only complaint was the on site staff. When I arrived they said it wasn't ready yet and I didn't have early check in which I did. Then I asked if I could just come in and wait. She said ok but didn't open the gate. I had to call back and had to ask again to open gate. She did but was irritated. Toward middle of week called to get toilet paper and trash bags. Said they don't provide that. Those two things should be.
