Check in was a bit confusing because tbe host said to visit the main guard shack for a QR code to the gate and the guards told us the host should have sent the code. The host remedied the situation quickly. The VR head set and one of the arcade games didnt work for the duration of our 9 night stay. The host put in a work order for the VR head set on day 1, but it didnt get fixed while we were there. Thr carpet on the stairs is very worn, and we ended up hitting the tack strip with our toes many times because of this. The house was very clean though, super spacious, and in a great location. The pool was great after a long day at the park and the clubhouse ammenities were nice.
