This house was prefect for us. We arrived early and was allowed to check in early. House is well maintained and clean. Has enough towel for big family and beds. Host was very responsive when I had questions. Will pass the word about this villa to my family. Love, love love!

Comfortable

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay in a lovely home. The beds were comfortable, which made for restful nights. The convenience of having 4 bathrooms, especially when traveling with large family was great. Everything was clean and well-maintained, adding to our pleasant experience. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, and we all had plenty of space to relax in privacy. It was also very convenient being close to shops and restaurants. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly return!

Vacation

The house was nice but the cleanliness was not so great. Beds slept comfortably. Pool was full of bugs and wads of hair, blinds were broken and taped together stand up shower in master bathroom was molded. There were open water bottles in the bedroom. No towels and wash cloths in any bathrooms, we found them in the dryer. Whoever is being paid to clean are not doing the job.

Great location for Disney

Fantastic size and layout for a family or to share with friends. Really good location and proximity to Disney parks and quiet road. There are shops (Walmart etc) close by. Villa maybe needs a little updating and cleaning. The property manager was brilliant though, very accommodating and helpful when we had an issue with the dishwasher (it was unusable as it was covered in black inside) he tried really hard to rectify the problem although it wasn't completely solved. He also came to welcome us and help with any initial questions. Would stay here again, especially if updates were made. Thank you!

Amazing...

We travel to Orlando alot and usually stay in Hotels/Motels. We decided to try a house and could not be happier. Plenty of space for everyone and the kids loved the pool. The process from start to finish was very easy and the Host/Owner was very timely with all communications. Everything was clean and well organized. We were close to everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this house and will be using again in the future.

“Okay”

The location of the property was perfect… the cleanliness not so much. Black mold in the dishwasher, dust filled vents. The carbon monoxide detector didn’t have any batteries inside (we wanted to use the gas stove but then realized we the detector did not work)

Not a wow home

First the inside of the home was very clean, great one floor setup and very comfortable. I would recommend that the owners review their stove cooking items as the fry pans were not usuable so we purchased our own. Living room rug should be tossed and the game room rug was very dirty. I ordered a grill and was not in place on arrival and the pool had no heat for our entire stay. In the listing I did read "heated pool" but did not see that there was a charge for the heat. Kids still used the pool which was very clean. Listing stated pool furniture. Chair pad were very stained and not clean. the 3-4 lounge chairs were not used as they could have used a good cleaning, and the deck around the pool was very dirty, it could have used a good spray cleaning. So bottom line, we were not uncomfortable, but if your going to used the word "wow" in you top listing line, the the areas I mentioned should be taken care.

Lovely Family Vacation Location

Nice place. Housekeeping could have been a little better. Did get switched from a house to a condo at the last minute, however the condo was very nice. We would recommend this using this service.

Very comfortable and convienent

The house is close to all thing Orlando. if you forgot things as we did there is a target, walmart and wawa close by. My advise is to get the option for the hot tube, after walking all day in the parks the hot tub would be helpful.

Good stay

A few issues came up with the pool. After notifying management it was handled right away. House is out dated some but still really nice and very convenient for my families stay. Would recommend.

Great Place

House is in a great position. Close to Disney, restaurants, and shopping( Target and Wal-Mart) are easy to get to skipping 192.

Perfect Family Vaction House

Me and my family came down from Harrisburg, Pa. And there was a good amount of us, and the house was the perfect size. The kids loved the pool and how beautiful the house was. And we were right around the Disney parks. We had the best time and it all started with we’re we were staying. I would recommend this property to everyone .

Convenient to Disney

Several issues were noted upon arrival. These were promptly resolved after a phone call to David, our host. House was spacious with great couches in the common area and enough dining room furniture for our group. It would be nice if the linens, bathroom rugs and washer and dryer were upgraded.

Disappointing

Unkept property. Dirty. Wrong door code, one hour wait to enter home because of it.. Furniture stained, dirty light fixtures. Pool chairs dry rotted, unable to, use, . Black mold in showers, tub drain broken not able to use .. light sockets hanging out of walls wires exposed. One bath towel per person, no wash cloths. Clothes dryer doesn’t dry.. vent in back all kinked and crumbled. Pool temp not heated we paid extra for it to be warm .. water never reached skimmer level all week..poorly maintained.. Pool table pocket broken. Food ball broken.. I should be reimbursed and VRBO or homeowner should address this complaint immediately… Absolutely not up to a vacation rental standard..

Very friendly

Upon arrival, we discovered a small problem, contacted Property Manager and he moved us to another property immediately . Very friendly and easy to work with, we decided to stay another day and he made it happen within minutes.

Great Disney trip

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and exactly how the pictures described. Based on reading other's reviews, we did order paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and dish soap because the house did not come with any so we were prepared. We ordered groceries from Walmart pickup which is 5 minutes away and were able to get our vacation started immediately. We had a small problem with the lock code but a quick phone call to David resolved that instantly. Other than that, everything worked out really well. The pool/hot tub were really nice and well kept and provided a nice break after long days at the parks.

Well equipped and inviting home

Good communication with manager with quick response, good location near to restaurants, shops and leisure attractions. Great access onto highway to reach all parks also. Nice quiet area with no noise and home very spacious with good seating, dining and cooling areas. Pool very clean and south facing. Ver happy with choice
