House was in great condition and the resort amenities, like the splash pad were perfect for our family. Our family loved the movie room at night watching the Olympics and winding down after a long day at the theme parks.

Family Vacation

We had an incredible experience. The home is beautiful and was perfectly equipped for our family. The two biggest hits - theater room and ping pong table. The pool was nice, but we were gone during the day and needed some inside time. The host was very responsive, and check-in was easy!

Staying at the Villatel was an unforgettable experience! Its perfect location, clean and cozy rooms, and exceptionally friendly and generous staff make it a top-notch hotel. Orlando vaca home

This home had plenty of space for our group of 13. The check in process was easy and we did get a quick response to some of our issues. It was very warm when we were there so the house's pool area, which was a great feature, was used daily. The property was not clean and was very tired with a need for many repairs and updates. The kitchen was not fully stocked for use relative to daily meal prep. The ice maker had been pushed through the floor of the ice storage bin. The water was still cycling so there was water on the floor. The day after we checked in, a repair person came and removed the auto ice maker and broken ice storage. He had to shut off the water line so we had no auto water or ice. On day 3 we did receive a counter top ice machine and supplemented with bags of ice and bottled water. The view to the pool was completely obstructed by a broken seal in the sliding door. Many of the games did not work and we had some issues with the operation of the home theater and other TVs - there are no guides or instructions on troubleshooting. The front yard was only a mass of exposed auto sprinkler plumbing. Also the pool man walked into the screened area and serviced the pool un announced while we were using the pool and patio. The people who clean the linens also came into the patio area and dropped off what appeared to be clean linens for the next guests - they were placed in a locked patio box on screened patio. We were never advised these people would be coming.

Amazing time at the house!

We had an amazing time at the house! Every part of it was truly special - from the themed bedrooms to the arcade, pool and video games. Our kids were kept entertained all day, while we as adults cherished the chance to make wonderful memories that will last us forever.The road trip to Disney was simple and straightforward. We'll definitely be staying at this place in the future whenever we come back to Orlando. A million thanks!

Bombastic resort to Stay!

Our experience here was nothing short of amazing - we really didn't want to leave! It had become a challenge to get our kids excited about visiting Disney and Universal, but coming home here made it all worthwhile. Everyone in the family enjoyed the pool and adults loved being able to relax outside while observing their children playing. The children were thrilled with the vast options of video game consoles, pool table, and authentic arcade games.

Very spacious house

Didn’t receive a welcome package that had house information in it and then was scolded for not following garbage directions properly. House itself was massive and so nice to have for a big family. Everyone had their own area and bathroom with their kids. Hot tub smelled very fishy which I was disappointed in. Contacted property manager and they fixed it the next day but the smell returned the night before our departure. Kids didn’t mind but most adults refused to go in it! Unfortunate as the pool/hot tub heat was $70 US/ day.

Great property

This place is in a great location as well as a great rental. We had a large group and plenty of room for all. The ONLY two issues we had were the bass on the home theater and the pool pump. We contacted the owner and they did their best to fix both issues. We were very impressed with the timing and concern that was taken with us. We would stay again anytime.
