Very clean. There were 8 adults and we all had plenty of room to stretch out land and Have our own personal space. I would highly recommend this house.

Fantastic house! Pool, hot tub, games room were all additional amenities not found everywhere. Host was extremely responsive to our needs and made sure we were satisfied with our stay. Parking for more than 3 vehicles was easily accessed just a few feet away and the location was still close enough to the parks, bars, restaurants. Plenty of beds and baths for large groups/families. Very enjoyable stay!

Overall it was outstanding. The house was great in perfect condition. The pool alarm was annoying and the description of where the house is located is completely NOT accurate (not even close actually) The stay and the house was great!!!

Beautiful property. The pool and game room were definitely the best part of the whole stay! The pool was very clean, someone came twice in the week we were there to clean it. The kids had a blast in the game room! There was plenty of room for everyone. The property manager was quick to respond to all our questions. We will definitely come back. We made a lot of memories with the other family we were with!

Location

Location is secure, so you will not know where the house is until check in. It was a lovely house and well taken care of. WiFi is weak…..be prepared if there are a lot of users! Contact with property manager was excellent. To heat the pool is extra and the water gets hot! I, myself would not have asked for heated pool. Was too hot out to enjoy the pool. Everyone else loved it! To each his own! Overall great time and property!

Even better than expected!

The neighborhood was high end, with a gorgeous clubhouse / water park area and gated entrance. The house was immaculate! Incredible pool and hot tub, stocked kitchen, comfy beds, A/C that worked great, washer / dryer, etc. The location was super convenient also - about 16 mins to Disney most days and about 25 mins to Universal. We will definitely stay here again!!

Would not recommend

The home was beautiful, as well as the neighborhood. However, on the sheets there was what appeared to be blood stain. Dead bugs all along the wall in the living room , and a nail outside next to the pool. I contacted Florida premier rentals the next morning with no call back. I sent a message via VRBO, they said they would contact property management. Nothing was ever done for me, no reimbursement, no call from anyone with an apology or assistance. Bottom line, if there is an issue, they do not care to reimburse you for any inconveniences or at the least call to give an apology.

Florida Fun

We were staying in the area to do the theme parks. The house was very nice, bigger than it looks in photos, clean, and had everything we needed. We wish we would have paid from the beginning to have the pool and spa heated. We also thought the pool was smaller in person than it looked in photos. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Located near all the parks, would definitely stay again.

Fantastic!

We had a truly wonderful time at this property. The house was clean and just as beautiful as in the pictures. The game/theater room was a huge hit with the kids. All of the boys wanted to sleep in the Star Wars themed room, the artwork on the walls and ceiling was so well done. The mattresses in the master suite downstairs and the upstairs master suite were incredibly soft and we slept better than we have in any hotel. I particularly enjoyed the view of lush greenery that is visible downstairs. This property backs up to a wooded area and has an open lot to the right, creating a feeling of privacy. We paid to have the pool and jacuzzi heated and I am so glad that we did. We got a lot of good use from it despite long days at theme parks. The neighborhood was lovely, and we enjoyed evening walks along the golf course. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone!

Great Game Room

Loved the property and had a great stay. However the location was not the one listed on the website and was farther away from the Disney Springs area than we wanted. I-4 traffic to and from the house was awful and there were tolls everytime we entered or left the resort.
