2 week stay this June

This property is absolutely perfect! The host was so friendly, informative and prompt. The villa is literally like a home from home. There was everything we could possible need, not to mention it being stunningly furnished. Location is fab. 35 - 45 minutes to the main parks depending on traffic. Nearby convenience stores and eateries. We also used DoorDash to order in a couple of times. I would 100% recommend this villa, and I would definitely return in heart beat. We loved our holiday and are so sad it came to an end.

Home Away From Home

As my wife stated during our week-long stay, “I can see us living at this house.” Morag’s home is beautiful and well maintained! The pool and patio area were wonderful! Communication with Morag was excellent. Everything we needed to know about the house and surrounding area was communicated via email and guidebook at the house when we arrived. She also emailed me during the week to make sure everything was to our liking and to see if anything was needed. The proximity of the house to area attractions made traveling easy. Overall, we would highly recommend Morag’s house for a wonderful stay in the Orlando area (Davenport)!

Great villa

Good location, near to many shops & restaurants and easy access to I4. Home was very clean and contained everything you would want for a great vacation. The pool area and the pool itself was excellent. Plenty of chairs, loungers etc to relax in. Lounge, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and games area were all very good. Would definitely recommend this Villa.

Absolutely wonderful home from home

Where do we begin? As soon as we entered we felt at home.. Morag has thought of everything their home comes so well equipped, clean, comfortable it’s absolutely wonderful. Calabay Parc is a quiet welcoming place and the area around it is really developing with all the main supermarkets/shops/restaurants close by and very easy access to the I4/H192 and US27. Morag is a fantastic host Morag responds VERY quickly to any questions/enquiries and her personality comes across in all her responses..We honestly can’t sing the praises of this beautiful home highly enough it’s absolutely fantastic and we can’t wait to stay again..thank you Morag.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as shown in the pictures and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We had a couple questions for the owner during our stay and received quick responses. If you are looking for a great place to stay I would highly recommend this house.

Perfect Property

This property was perfect for our family of four during our stay in Florida. The location was great and had very convenient access to I-4 to get to the theme parks. The community was quiet and well maintained. The house was also very well maintained. It was the perfect size for us, and we had a great experience working with Morag on our booking. We would definitely stay again!

My first getaway in years!!!

The property was amazing! The owner of the house stayed in contact to ensure our stay was comfortable and great! The pictures of the property on the website doesn’t compare to how it looks in person. The decor of the home made it so comfortable just to relax and not want to leave to do anything! I appreciate the owner in allowing us to stay at his magnificent home and hope to do it again!

Great get away

The owner is very easy to talk with and quite pleasant and very helpful. She went out of her way to make a list of to-dos and of local seafood shacks that I requested. Our family had a great stay- the pool is beautiful! Through it was peaceful outside, the inside has many rules. There was a list of things not to touch- like the privacy binds. And there are alarms… to the house, to the pool (which is quite annoying if one does not have young children) and fire alarm that will not stop beeping. Batteries were dead in most remotes and video controllers so we provided our own for our stay. Unfortunately a new battery in the smoke alarm did not change the constant beeping. Learning a new house alarm system, trying to get that pool alarm down and the constant beeping of the smoke alarm, on top of driving 18 hours to get there was overwhelming. It took me a full day to decompress. I know all of these securities are on place for a valid reason, but if coming back, I would ask for the pool alarm to be turned off for our stay, all batteries to be replaced and anything that is broken(or on its way) be removed.

If I could give ten stars I would without hesitation. The area was great, lots of amenities in the home, and communication couldn't have been better. If you can rent this place, you absolutely should do it.

My family and I had an amazing time! The owner was very involved, quickly responded when I needed her. My 14 and 4 year old absolutely loved the house. My husband and I did as well. We didn’t want to leave.

It was a last minute rental, and Morag made the process go smoothly. This was our 1st visit to Florida and we enjoyed it. We felt like we were home. The home had everything we needed plus more. We would definitely rent again

Wunderschöne Villa mit viel Liebe eingerichtet

Die Villa ist top ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sie ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist super, nicht weit von Supermärkten und Orlando. Die Kommunikation mit Morag war sehr angenehm und ohne Wartezeiten. Wir können dieses Haus zu 110% weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.
