Wonderful Spacious Condo

We enjoyed our stay here and there was more than adequate space for a family of six!It is 15 minutes from Universal City Walk and right next to the new Universal's Epic Universe.We highly recommend it.

Great Stay

Our daughter was playing volleyball at the Orange Convention Center and this condo was the perfect location! Plus the condo was very clean and a good size for 6 people!

It was the Best place for the Universal Studio!

The location is perfect for the Universal Studio and Sea World. In addition, it is very convenient location for all restaurants and shopping. The swimming pools at club house hour is really great (10:30PM) and well maintained. The place is really spacious and clean and quiet neighborhood. I will definitely come back again this resort!!!

Great Condo! Great Location!

We stayed here for 40 nights. Upon arrival we found the condo to be in the exact same condition and amenities as listed and pictured. The property is extremely well cared for. The condo is very roomy. It is a short (maybe 3 minute walk) to the pool and clubhouse. The pool is very nice with a bar (reasonably priced). It is a five minute walk to the Publix, liquor store and several restaurants. There were several reviews that mentioned the carpet needed replaced. It does. The carpet is wrinkled (lose) in a few places. But not enough to change my opinion of the condo. The carpet in no way will effect your stay here or how you would perceive the condition or wellbeing of the condo. There was only a couple towels and one or two wash clothes provided. A quick trip to the store fixed that with just buying a few extra cheap towels. The kitchen has way more than enough dishes, cooking items and cups/glasses. I would suggest before you make a trip to the store, look in the condo and see what people before you have left. Others left behind a nearly full container of coffee filters, box of trash bags. Another left behind paper towel. We left behind toilet bowl cleaner, a few towels, foil, Syrian wrap and a few others things. We enjoyed this condo so much we have already booked it for 3 months next year. So, if the above review wasn’t enough……just know we stayed here 40 days in 2023 and booked it for 90 days in 2024. Highly recommend!!!

“Good” Stay

Overall the property is as described. Reading the reviews beforehand prepared me for what to expect. Pros: - Great location! - Extremely spacious - Great amenities in unit - Responsive management office - “Nina” was fantastic! She responded to my concerns quickly and resolved them to my satisfaction. Cons: -Unit is “dated” - furniture, rug and could use a major refresh! - Cleanliness - Musty smell!! Had to purchase candles to overpower. The cleanliness overall is not bad, but I do recommend that you request new sheets upon arriving. Overall, it met the needs of our trip and served its purpose. Can’t beat the price! I would rent again.

Good value, but you will get what you pay for

We were very happy with our stay! Somethings weren’t as great as other VRBO’s I have stayed at however I believe are offset by the lower cost of this property. You pay less than similar properties but as a result you will see that the condo itself could use some updating, the carpets in particular are in pretty rough shape. Having said that though the unit was clean and as shown in photos. The unit is huge and had way more than enough space for our party of three adults and three children.Very minimal supplies are offered, unlike other VRBO owes I have stayed in. They will give you enough for the first day but you should plan to go pick up your own toiletries and essentials. For example we had to buy shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels and garbage bags. The great news is there is a Walgreens super close within walking distance.

Spacious Condo very close to Seaworld/Aquatica

Property was very spacious! Overall, the condo was very clean. It's time for some new carpet very soon. Guest mattress needs to be replaced. Loved the location - very short drive to SeaWorld and Aquatica. Very nice big pool for patrons of the complex!

Convenient

This location was very convenient to the convention center, restaurants, etc. Biggest problem was that owner had locked all closets except one. So I had formal attire hanging on hooks by the toilet in the master bedroom. It would also be nice if there were mirrors in the bedrooms. Nice but not necessary.

Nice, spacious place for the $$

Plenty of room w/3 bedrooms for us and the two kids. Kitchen well stocked in terms of utensils, pans, etc... However, only provided one roll of TP in each bathroom and no wash cloths for an 8-night stay. I was also re-sent the rental agreement twice to sign, after having completed it the first time.

Enjoyable stay

Our family comes to Orlando 4 or 5 times a year and always stay at Vista Cay. The property was clean and as advertised. Main issue was we didn't have the wifi password and it took a day to get response since it was after hours. Other then everything went well. Only recommendations are the carpet needs to be restricted as it is very loose and the mattress in the master is very firm. None of which was a big deal for us.

Perfect getaway!

Condo was exactly as pictured, spacious, roomy, and comfy. Check in was a breeze and blessed to check in early as well. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Wonderful place to travel with our dog too! Easy in and out and dog space provided outdoors. Lovely location, store very close. Just a hop to all theme parks yet out of the busy! We loved it!
