Property is poorly managed and maintained and falsely advertised as a luxury home.

Both refrigerators in horrible condition. Missing shelves, broken shelves and broken drawers. Dirty oven from previous renters, theatre room electronic system non functioning, missing vertical blinds in master bedroom, broken master bedroom door, stairs are beat up and taped with duck tape, damaged pool lounge chairs, low pool water level, the list continues. Phone calls and 2 emails sent to Jeeves management team. Beyond disappointed. Requesting a full refund. 😡

Annual Family Christmas Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our vacation home located in the Windsor at Reunion community. Our 8 bedroom home was spacious. Although we had a lot of fun at the on-site wayer park, we enjoyed having access to the private heated pool and theatre room throughout our stay. The location is close to everything. The Jeeves management team was very responsive and helpful. We will return next year for our 8th annual holiday vacation.

Excellent choice for large groups

We were very pleased with the property. We stayed here for our family vacation to Disney. Family of 16- 9 kids and 7 adults. Plenty of space. Loved having our own room, tv and bathrooms. The location is close to many attractions. We loved having access to amenities such as the water park in addition to the pool. Would come back and stay again. Easy to check in and out.

Disney Family Getaway

We had 16 in our Disney getaway. This house has a great pool and activities for everyone. If traveling with multiple cars please note that additional parking is a few blocks away at the club house. The waterpark was great but be prepared for no outside food or drinks and packing extra towels. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The house is the perfect location to all the fun parks around.

Family getaway

This has been by far my most favorite rental of all times. The home is as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. It accommodated my family and I perfectly. Everyone was utterly pleased! Will definitely keep this one in mind when visiting again.

Amazing Rental

What a great rental house. We arrived for a work trip and it was nice for every person to have their own room and bathroom. We didn’t get a lot of time in the backyard but the time we did have was awesome. The pool was beautiful, the movie room was super helpful for reviewing videos for work. We will definitely put this on our list to stay at again.

Amazing trip, fabulous house, just book it, you won’t regret it!

We arrived in FL just before this world altering virus took place and everything started to close while we were there. We were extremely lucky to be in such a gorgeous home to quarantine for 2 weeks. The house was immaculate, spacious, and amazing. The pool was large compared to many others in the area and had a splash pad and spa. There were 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers which at 1st we thought we wouldn’t use, but with 12 people came in handy! Our only minor complaint was that the pots and pans could have been better. They were a bit beat up, but that’s being a bit-picky and did work just fine. Usually we would eat out more and not care, but with the pandemic we cooked every day! Staff was amazing and helped right away when needed. We only went to the community water park one day to avoid the public, but it was great while we were there. Kids loved it. We did have food delivered from the restaurant there which was great. They did have kids activities there all day. Had the craziness not been going on, we would have loved to go. Walmart is 3 miles away and everything is super close. The movie room was awesome and family movie nights were fun! Also the arcade game had the guys hooked, it was comical! I should add that we did not originally book this house. The other house we booked cancelled on us 24 hours before we were flying out! I had a group of 12 and didn’t know what I was going to do! VRBO saved the day. They found this house, booked it for me within hours of the other one cancelling and even paid the price difference because it was more money than our original booking. We truly lucked out! I will always book with VRBO from now on, they truly made our trip great!!
