A bright and extremely spacious pool home located on the premium Terra Verde Resort, in close proximity to the major attractions. The home has recently been updated and features 3 master bedrooms each with ensuites, 3 separate living areas and a games room! The large pool deck faces west and enjoys the sunshine throughout the afternoon and evening. The home is within 1 minute walk of the resort clubhouse and fantastic amenities.

The main living area at the rear of the home offers a comfortable sectional sofa and large screen TV to relax together. Alternatively, there is a secondary living space at the front of the home, or a quiet spot in the loft area also with a TV. Additionally, you will find a workspace here with PC and printer.

The large kitchen has everything you need to cater for your family, as well as stone counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a bright breakfast area for a quick bite, or share a meal together at the formal dining table.

Outdoors, there is an expansive pool deck providing plenty of space to play or relax and soak up some Florida sunshine. There are loungers and a patio table and chairs. The crystal clear pool is sure to delight and enjoys the sunshine all afternoon until sunset. Pool heating available at an additional cost.

There are three master bedrooms within this home, each boasting a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. The first is located downstairs, the other two upstairs. There are two double rooms (pink and blue), plus a further bedroom with two twin beds and a trundle bed. Additional to the master ensuites, there are two shared bathrooms located upstairs, plus a half bath downstairs - total 5.5 bathrooms.

Don’t forget about the games room! Challenge each other to games of pool or air hockey.

Laundry area available for guest use, together with high chair and stroller. High speed internet and cable TV included.
