Enjoyed our stay

We stayed at a larger unit last year but this one was better maintained and closer to the community heated pool and two hot tubs. Pool bar has good pub food. I liked the blackened mahi sandwich. Bed was comfortable. TVs are hard to navigate. I checked to see if it was available for next year and got a reasonable price from the initial contact person. We tried several times to contact them back to book and that took 3 days for them to answer. By then they quoted a price 3X the original quote so we had to pass.

Not a VRBO listing...

This is a Vacasa listing, posted on VRBO, so your money goes directly to Vacasa after VRBO takes their "fee" off the top. VRBO failed to help at all when troubles arose with this rental. Neither VRBO or Vacasa informed me that I needed to submit the names of all members of my group prior to arrival at the rental. When I arrived, the guard gate made me park outside the gate until my name was added to their system. I sat on the phone with Vacasa for at least 25 minutes while they got ahold of Admin and had an email sent for me to fill out a form. After another 10 minutes of waiting, the process was complete and we finally made it past the guard gate. Private pool was NOT hot, water was ice cold and there are no controls to turn it on. The pool was one of 3 reasons we selected this rental, and we were unable to use it! Additionally, there are two doggie pee pads on the back porch for pets to use, however they smelled absolutely disgusting and do not appear to have ever been cleaned. Summary: lack of information up front - not an ideal rental if you expect to use the pool and it's gonna be a rough wait if you are not pre-registered. Would not recommend.

Great place.

Really enjoyed our stay. We were close to all the places we needed and wanted to visit. The home was very clean and nice. Pet friendly and if ever in the neighborhood again would definitely want to stay here.

Roach pandemonium

My family and I have stayed in the area before many times, this was the worst place ever. It was not cleaned properly and had roaches around dead and alive. The furniture is not what the pictures show, they are old and some even broken. No good tvs or connection. And not enough of the essentials for a family of 8. Definitely not renting here again.

Cute house but it needs a little work

The house is ok. I understand that they accept dogs and I am grateful for it. However, the house shows damage from dogs (scratched doors, spots in the carpet). I would stay again just for the convenience (with a fee) of being able to take my little dig. The communication with the company that rents the house was a little challenging as they wanted me to download another app to access the check-in/out information, no information was put in VRBO.

We spent 2 hours at check-in, because the security could not find our names in the system. And after that the property manager didn't give us late check out as reimbursement.

Excellent way to spend our disney vacation.

House was clean, convenient location. Kids had their own rooms. Much better than a hotel. Only about 10 or 15 minute drive to the Disney parks. Excellent way to spend our vacation.

Big mistake / nice house bad management

We had trouble from the time we tried to check in. Not pleased with rental manager Vacasa. The property could be great, we loved the location and the resort amenities. We had multiple issues with no response from rental manager with promises of call to follow up. We had filth, roaches, and they taped our windows up for painting so we couldn’t see out for the entire week and couldn’t use the pool. Basically feel cheated out of over 1,500$.

Great stay close to Disney

The house was very spacious and clean. There are a lot of extra blankets and towels, even board games! The drive to Disney is so easy. Just a few turns and you are on Disney property very fast.

Family-friendly resort

We had such a great experience at this resort. The resort pool was huge and the kids got a kick out of the water slide and the water fall feature. The patio and smaller private pool in the back were perfect when we were unwinding at the end of the day. The living room was well-stocked with board games and we had plenty of space to relax and play. Highly recommend!

Overall Good Stay

The location is convenient. The first floor only has one bathroom which is not an en-suite for the downstairs bedroom so keep this in mind. Plenty of beach towels to use for the pool so that was appreciated. We had a roof leak during a thunderstorm and a maintenance worker came out rather promptly to document it. For our purposes of having 2 families share space with 3 teen boys, it worked well.

Wonderful

The resort was beautiful, I loved all of the amenities it had to offer, the townhouse was perfect for my family. They had everything you could think of. My son was in the pool all day everyday. It was close to restaurants and shopping. I loved the space.

Very Disappointing

This was our 4th VRBO rental and it was not good. When you rent from an owner, you lose some of the benefits of a hotel (housekeeping and other amenities) but gain the conveniences of a fully appointed home. This place had neither. No extra supplies whatsoever, we ran out of toilet paper (the stuff that was provided appeared to have been imported from a third world country)! Every other VRBO we have stayed at had a welcome packet for guests with helpful information like TV channel guide, nearby restaurants, and other instructions. Nothing here. We couldn’t figure out how to use the televisions. I called about light bulbs being out all over the house. It took 2 days for someone to come, and they didn’t even replace all of the ones that were out. Carpets were filthy and stained, and I found hair all over the master bathroom including in the “clean” towels. This isn’t for rent by owner, it’s for rent by some conglomerate that doesn’t care if your stay is comfortable or enjoyable. Keep looking.
