Pet Fee is not included in the price of the rental and must be added directly with the host after booking.All guests will be required to register their pets by signing and agreeing to the Pet Policies. *No Cats or other animals are permitted on the property at any time.
    Solterra Resort does charge a one time Amenity Access Fee of $35 to $45. This one time fee is charged per house per reservation and allows you access to all the Resort Amenities for the dration of your stay.

Overall everyone enjoyed our stay, the closeness of the clubhouse/water park was awesome, we were just steps away. The home was beautiful and well kept. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We are looking forward to booking next year for our family vacation.

Family theme park get away

We loved the house. It was clean and just as shown in pictures. Close to all the parks. The bonus pool on property was very nice for the youngest of the group because she loved the pool and water slide. When weren’t busy at a park we were at the very well maintained pool. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Awesome house!

We had so much fun. It was comfortable and felt like home. The house was clean and had all the amenities to keep us and the kids entertained. We would stay here again!

Overall the home was ok. The house could really use a deep clean and some minor maintenance issues need to be resolved. Especially the garage door. Could really use pest control. The bedding and towels were nice and clean. The location is right behind the club house, which was nice. You will not get your code until 4 on the dot.

Pool is small. We seen a few bugs. It’s always traffic entering the resorts. But other than that it was great.

Great Family Space

Lovely home as described on vrbo. Property management was super responsive especially given that we checked in on a holiday weekend. Very spacious and footsteps away from the clubhouse, water park and gym. Kitchen had everything needed to cook fo a large family. Room layout still gave us parent's peace and serenity away from kids. Can't wait to book again.

Exactly like the pictures!!!

It was very clean!! Had exactly what you needed! The pool was a little dirty but we didn't use it anyway! The amenities was worth the price! The pool was heated had nice slides and a good restaurant on site!! Would definitely recommend this property!! Every room had its own bathroom!!!

Great value

We loved staying at this property. We were 5 adults and 2 children and never felt crowded. There was very close proximity to the common pool area from the backyard which the kids liked. Some basic condiments ( even salt and pepper) or cooking oil would have been appreciated. More dishwasher pods would have been nice. Highly recommended.

Very nice

Location was great! House was fine. I wish the pool and hot tub were heated but I was told in the description of the property that they were not heated. Second we could have used a few more towels and especially wash cloths. There was only one wash cloth per bathroom and one hand towel. Otherwise all was good. Loved the neighborhood pool close to House!

Christmas Vacation 2024

The home was nice and all, but it could use a deep clean. This house was left cleaner than when we arrived. Dishwasher was broken and leaked all over. And who ever heard of a hot tub not having heat, let alone unheated pool. There was no BBQ grill. The guest parking was ridiculous and not nearly enough. Also maybe having a little extra bedding, and towels. But like i said it was a nice home but there are some improvements that could help. Resort pool and hot tub were amazing. Lazy river way to cold!

Was pleasantly surprised with the spacious living quarters and updated kitchen and bathrooms. This place was spotless. Looks brand new! Would highly recommend to anyway. There is only one draw back which is the entrance to the resort. Takes you at least forty-five minutes to enter off the main one lane road coming in from RT 4 to the Guard Gate. One night it took us over and hour. Very frustrating, but if you can over look that you'll love this community. We would stay again.
