Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful stay at this 6-bedroom villa with three families of all different ages, and it was exactly what we needed. The home was spacious, very clean, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The private pool was a huge hit with the kids—they loved having it right outside the door.The resort clubhouse was also a great bonus when we wanted a change of pace. It had a large pool with a slide, hot tubs, a splash pad, and lots of shaded seating areas for lounging. The snack shack on-site was super convenient, offering drinks, food, and ice cream—perfect for poolside snacking.We would definitely stay here again. It was comfortable, family-friendly, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing vacation!

The house accommodated our group

We had a good stay, It was our book retreat and 9 women stayed at the home. We had trouble with different vendors coming in the gate and holding up our time for services. It wasn’t communicated that every single person not staying overnight had to be on a list. I had to reach out to the emergency line to get our vendors on a list to be let in the property. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Definitely recommended staying here!

The house was amazing, where it was located was great. The clubhouse was amazing so was the pool, hot tub, and the little ice cream shop. The only thing we had a problem with was the spotty cellular service!. Other than that everything was a treat! The property was well kept and it wasn't too far from the parks

Great place

The house was great. Quiet street, plenty of room for 10. We didn’t use the pool but it is very small. The speed bumps are serious- no speeding here. The only negative was security putting a 6x6 sticker on my daughter’s suv that took an hour to get off and still left residue.

Great Location for Family

I highly recommend this location. It was a convenient location to Magic Kingdom and Seaworld. The photos are accurate to a description of the home. The check-in process was smooth and parking was easy enough (with 3 vehicles). The few concerns we had: the master bedroom did not have a crib/cot as advertised and we were traveling with a baby; my toddlers feet were black within 30 minutes of walking around barefoot on the first floor (we questioned the mopping job) and there were no outlet covers on the first floor (rectified with a quick trip to Walmart). In the future I will probably give the host a heads up if I will be traveling with toddlers. This was a beautiful home, great location in a quiet neighborhood and the host was responsive to messages.

Nice house, good location

We loved this property and would probably stay again. It was a quick trip to Disney with 10 adults and we were at the house basically to sleep, shower and have breakfast but there was ample space for visitors that wanted to hang out and eat meals as a group. The only issue we had was the lack of hot water for showers. 4 people showered at night and the rest in the morning prior to going to the parks. The majority of the morning people had cold showers even though we all showered quickly. I would like to think that the hot water system was maybe not working properly vs not being able to accommodate the number of guests the house can hold. Other than that everything was great!

Great host

very nice the house was clean, easily accessible, spacious we had no issues besides the security guards at the gate very strict but we were warned by host . Host communicated quick would definitely book again 10/10 thank you for the help making our trip successful!!!

Quick fun getaway

Just stayed for 3 nights looking for a place where we can just crash and relax. Spent a day at the parks and knew we’d want to relax after and we had plenty of space and room to do so. It is perfect for large groups. We didn’t really have any issues and my one question was answered pretty quick.

Close to Disney! Lots of room!

Our extended family of 13 loved our stay at this property! There were more than enough bedrooms/beds for all of us. The house was clean and welcoming upon arrival. It is in a gated community with an awesome community pool and water slide just down the street- a 5 minute walk, max. House is about 15 minutes from Disney (even with traffic). About 35 minutes from Universal. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores around. The only “downside” (and it was very minor) was that the dishwasher rarely actually washed the dishes & the pans are pretty worn (food stuck even with oil and butter). But we were mainly at Disney everyday so we honestly didn’t use the kitchen all that much. Clear and easy communication from landlord. Loved it! Would definitely stay again!

Great Property (house & community)

The property was great (overall). The only observations for future renters are: bring your own non-stick pots/pans. I had to go out & get some. Also bring your own towels, if you are used to high quality. Overall, my family loved the floor plan & spaciousness of the house.

The house was very roomy for our group. I would like to make a few suggestions. The house slept 14 yet there was only one roll of tissue in each bathroom. The pool was not clean, theur wer bugs floating in it so we chose not to use it. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Their was hair in 2 of the bathrooms. My suggestion would be to double-check the work of your maintenance crew before guests arrive.

A good place to only sleep

The house was really nice except we didn’t get to enjoy the whole thing. The pool was not clean and working properly I emailed and made phone calls to customer care several days the pool man came and put pool treatment in but the system was pad locked so the filter didn’t work we were never able to use the pool which was one of the main reasons I chose this place on my last night there the water was a little clearer but still not being filtered I inquired about some kind of a refund and was only told I should have called customer care which I never gotten a answer when called. My grandkids was very disappointed

My stay

I had a little difficulty trying to get in my first day but all and all the place was amazing. It looks exactly like it looks in the pictures I would recommend this place to everyone. My family had a wonderful time! Oh and the manager was awesome as well ! Thank you 😊 I will be back

Great stay overall

The house is really nice and was big enough for a group of 14 people. It had all the necessary and it was way better than staying in a hotel. Everything went smooth with check in. Would recommend.

Functional & Clean

The Good: Check in was relatively effortless. The property was adequately furnished and clean just as listed. The kitchen was well equipped. Not so good: I had to pay to heat the pool for 5 days even though we stayed for 3 days (so wrong) The AC would automatically shut off in the evenings, making it hot/uncomfortable for the upstairs guests. Not sure I'd book again.
