Wonderful experience

The home was everything promised. It was fully furnished with all necessities. The pool was clean and ready for use, a professional pool tech came and checked all the levels while we were there. It was comfortably furnished and had a homey atmosphere. Although we didn't have time to spend at the club house I noticed at check in they had many activities to choose from. I would highly recommend this home.

Stayed three weeks for in 211

We had several family members visit. It took a week to get the pool in order. Then it was nice, but unusable for that week, but no refund on the heating of it for that week. The house is very nice, but needs a deep cleaning. It is not friendly for small children, as the slip covers on the couches are light gray.

Relaxing Stay in the Orlando Area

We were 8 people staying at this wonderful property in a wonderfully set up property and enjoyed it. Issues we found were promptly rectified and communication was stellar - super quick & active. Why this is not a five star review: * kitchen ware (esp. spoons) is quite old and not enough for the house (has 14 sleeping spaces) * "the wife's touch" is missing - felt a bit too much like a hotel and not like a home. * we expected additional pool towels in addition to basic towels (not stated in description, but just expected) * neighbourhood had loud parties (not part of community)

Nice for get-togethers

It was very put-together, big, and in a good location for visiting parks, beaches, and cities. It is also a part of a nice resort system with many resources. Only think I would change was communication about pool cleanliness.

The home is located in a nice area. Not far from theme parks and shops and grocer stores. I had experience with roaches which they came out to spray the home. Not enough towels and rags are supplied. I feel the homeowners can make the stay more comfortable for guest. I didn't have a bad experience but I expected more. My home is very comfortable so when renting a vacation home I expect a little more comfort.. I probably won't rent the home anymore it would have to be my last option. I feel like the homeowners need to upgrade the bedding they are old and outdated. It's alot of lil things can be done to make the stay more comfortable

Very spacious but not very comfortable, needs some TLC and upgrades.

Very nice spacious home for our party of 14. However everyone stated they felt as though they were sleeping on springs, the beds were noisy and not very uncomfortable. The sofa in the TV room was a sleeper sofa and it felt as if you were sitting on the bars. There was one bath towel per person and only one wash cloth per bathroom. The layout of the home is wonderful, however every floor on the upstairs squeaked. I would suggest maybe a new cleaning company to the owner, I found several pieces of clothing behind/under furniture, the carpet looks as if it has never been cleaned, and half of my family are over 6' tall and they could not get over how dirty everything higher was ex. top of the fridge, light fixtures. The pool does not have a hand rail to hold on to when getting out, so if you have knee or back issues (which you will after sleeping in the beds) it makes it difficult to get out of the pool. I arrived on a Friday and the fridge was leaking water, I tried to call the management, and their mailbox was filled. I never spoke to anyone until Monday. I will say that once I was able to speak to someone, they did come right out and take care of some of the problems. The gated community itself was very nice, all of the employees at the clubhouse and pool area were very helpful and friendly.

Great spacious home!

Great spacious home with everything you need to make your stay wonderfull. Its 15 minutes away from all the theme parks, has a Wallmart 4 minutes away and its located in a super safe gated community. It acomodated a party of 14 with no problem. Completely recomended.

Fun Family Getaway

Beautiful home! We had an excellent family vacation, SO many fun memories. Great home, absolutely everything we wanted, needed and more. Plenty of space for large parties (we had 12 adults and 3 children). Hope to make it an annual getaway. Thank you to the management company for providing a terrific home and a wonderful experience from start to finish! I highly recommend to other families and groups.

Fantastic!!!

Beautiful vacation home and in a resort community. We had a fantastic stay. Our party of 11 was very happy here. We had more than enough room. Home was perfect for us - the furnishings, decor and all the essentials. The patio and pool were so relaxing and the perfect spot to unwind, loved the hot tub. Also, the manager was very pleasant and prompt in assisting me with my questions prior to booking. Very easy, seamless process and loved the keyless entry. They seriously thought of everything here! And the rate was very reasonable. Definitely recommend this home to other travelers, families and groups.

Great Stay!

We retired the hotel concept several years ago as our family grew, and have been renting vacation villas for years. We've never had this nice of a home in all our time coming to the area. It's a great value given the features and resort access, no extra fees (resort fees or WiFi charges). The home is well equipped. We had everything we needed and were within close reach to shopping and dining. It was a great, fun filled and relaxing vacation and we recommend this vacation rental and management company to other families.

Altogether Perfect!

Really memorable family vacation, large in part bc of our vacation rental. We were able to all stay together, relax and catch up over a stretch of a week. It was great! The home was beyond our expectations. It's huge, beautifully decorated, smelled crisp, fresh, was very clean and everything was perfect order. We traveled with a total of nine adults and five children. We were all beyond comfortable. Great floor plan, flows nicely, gorgeous pool area, big bedrooms, spacious kitchen and living room, and bathrooms to spare! The community also offers a pool, gym and other recreational activities, although we were quite content enjoying the home and relaxing there. Thanks to the owners for making our stay so delightful. We greatly appreciate the exceptional service we received along with the terrific rental home!

Gorgeous and Well Appointed

We stayed here last month and just loved it! The location is ideal to reach the parks, close to restaurants and shopping. This home is just gorgeous and had everything we could possibly envision for a home-away-from-home experience. We all had a super time, kids and adults alike. It's perfectly functional for a large group. There were 13 people total in our party, yet we had our own personal space and privacy. If you are looking for a well-appointed home close to all the attractions, you'll be very happy here.

Highly Recommend

Lovely vacation home located in a nice community about a 15 or so min drive to parks (depending on the traffic & stop lights). Things which made it stand out to us: it's equipped with many features like a pool with spa, a game room, many TVs, and wireless internet…and the price itself was a great value for all you receive. Home was clean and had a good supply of towels, linens-etc. Booking was easy and customer service was consistently good throughout our stay. No issues either - very pleasant experience.

Perfect Disney Vacation!

Well appointed and perfectly situated near the Disney parks. You can tell the owners really care for their place. Not only is it equipped with everything you need - a kitchen, washer and dryer, but it also has lots of upgrades such as multiple TVs, wireless internet, keyless entry and more. We were one of three families and were all very comfortable in terms of space. The resort pool is quite large and wasn't crowded like the last place we stayed. So happy to have found this gem as it will keep us returning knowing we’ll have a great place to call home!
