Perfect Family Disney Getaway

Property is well kept and host was very communicative about all details leading up to the stay. It is perfectly located near all the Disney parks. There are lots of new restaurants in the area. Would highly recommend for your next family Disney vacation!

House was great, had everything. House decor was excellent. Great location. Upholstery could have been cleaner especially the chairs at the kitchen island. Sofa pillows has stains on them. Watch out for the couch stains as well.

Beauty and the Stink

The property layout and and interior decorations was on point. The stink was the garbage deposal and the living room couches. When I tell you the central headquarters for any family was seriously compromised by the stench of funk and upholstery odor is an understatement. For the amount of hard worked money we paid, this should of not been a issue. We religiously stay at Paradise Palms every year, so this was unexcusable. I would leave a pic of the noticeable stains on the couch, but no file attachment is available.

Spring Break Family Fun

The owner is very responsive to messages and needs. While the home is beautiful there are some clear spaces where touch ups need to be done. That said, this is a great home for families looking for family fun and relaxation. The pool is a splash pool at best. The main pool is lovely though and easily accessible. The BBQ grill is charcoal and the fee for this should be lowered as you have to buy your own charcoal and fluid. 25 bucks for cleaning is reasonable for a grill that is not gas. Charging 65 dollars seems excessive. Bring your own towels for the bathrooms and pools. The towels provided aren’t the best. All and all an amazing trip and beautiful memories. The above is not a negative review just the truth of my visit. You won’t be completely disappointed if at all. Just a little annoyed by the little things. C.

Fun in Orlando

The home is as pictured with minor things. The pool is on the smaller size but for our family of 4 it was fine. Pool heat worked great. The grill is charcoal. Does cost more for both but well worth the money for heat for the pool. House and the rooms had good decor and a Disney theme in 2 of the downstairs bedrooms. is a bathroom right of the pool. Kitchen had enough pans and dishes for our use. Close to a lot of activities. Publix around the corner and a Walmart where I do a pickup order for the week when we arrived. Def worth staying here. Nice breezes on the lanai ensured we spent most of our time out there. one small issue was wifi. contacted the service and did a 3 way call with service provider for it to be fixed remotely on Monday of our stay. Def would recommend and stay again.

Great home!

This home was nice, clean, and as advertised. The property manager was quick to responds to our needs and took care of the small problems we had come up very quickly. My kids really enjoyed this home from the game room to themed rooms to the pool. The pool is rather small but they had a great time. Would stay again!

This house was amazing it has a great amount of space if you have a lot of people staying together and the location is great. It’s really close to the amusement parks and stores.

Wasn’t that great

We got there a little early and they were nice enough to let us leave our luggage early but then problems started. They over charged for a charcoal grill when we expected a propane grill. The toaster was broken but after 2 days and multiple emails they did replace it. The pool is insanely small. There’s cracks in the ceiling and torn up pieces of the flooring all over the place in a supposedly newly remodeled home. The Childrens bedroom downstairs has neon lights that the switch does not work on. We spent the first night with our kids not being able to sleep because of these lights we couldn’t figure out how to turn them off. But we finally got ahold of the manager and found the plug to unplug them. We also had issues with all of the mattresses being extremely uncomfortable very springy. We had to order a mattress topper to use while we were there to get through the stay. We wouldn’t stay in this house again.

Overall great!!!

The property is decorated so nice. I loved it. And very spacious. The pool is terribly small but we made the best of it. Very clean and no mildew, Thank God. The bathrooms aren’t being properly cleaned but was ok. We had no internet or tv due to the weather knocking it out so no one could use their phones at all… Parking isn’t so good and other people parked in front of our home, leaving us to look for parking. I didn’t like that.. but overall, it worked out. I LOVED it. It was our 22nd Wedding Anniversary and we did Karaoke and had a blast with the ones we love… RENT this house..
