The unit was perfect for us. We had 3 families, 7 people and each had own bedrooms and bathrooms. Great common space and outdoor patio. Location was a key factor for our choice on places to stay and both price and location were unbeatable. Very close to Disney, especially Animal Kingdom. Can a avoid I-4 and 192 completely and use a back entrance to Disney property if we wanted. Entire week rental was less than staying 2 days on Disney property. Also Sea World and Universal studios are not much further away. It was nice getting away from the crowds at the end of the day and still close by.

Good location

Overall, a nice place due to size and that all bedrooms had their own private en suites. Perfect set up for multiple couples/adults who want to share a rental but like their own space and bathroom, too. Disappointing that they charge so much extra to use the pool/amenities especially given a few of the days we only had a few hours a day so we didn't feel the extra fee would be worth it. They also charge extra just to use the grill. Feels a bit like they nickel and dime you when all amenities should just be included in the price. Location to Disney and other things was nice and easy but this development is set off by itself and not much to do in immediate area.

Perfect stay!

I'll start with the booking process. It was the first time I was asked to book outside of VRBO. I, as well as the other guests, were beyond skeptical. I contacted VRBO. They assured me that it was an actual VRBO booking, they charged a fee up front, before the host charges went through, so you are able to confirm it is an actual VRBO booking with all the insurance and protections that come with. We had a girls trip with four adult women. Everybody had their own room, everybody had their own bathroom. This place was clean, modern, beautiful! I took pictures, but honestly, they look EXACTLY as the pictures already here, so no need to post. The host, Vitor, was beyond amazing. I had questions several times before our stay and he was extremely patient with me and very helpful. Took care of everything I asked very promptly. He also checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going ok. The location of this place couldn't have been more perfect. It was a very short drive to every park. Walmart right around the corner for groceries and a plethora of restaurants right down the street. It was out of the way enough to be quiet at night. Perfect spot. We did minimal cooking, but the kitchen seemed stocked enough. The hot tub worked fine once we figured out how to use it correctly. Everything else was in fine working order as well. I really can't say enough good things about our stay here. Do not hesitate to book this!

Great Disney Trip

The location and cleanliness of the property is tremendous. Every room had a bathroom. Could use a few more kithen items. Could not get hot tub to work. A/C broke on final night there. Agent was responsive quickly but didn't resolve the problem. A/C cant brake on vacation in Florida. Only reason this place doesnt get 5 stars. The agent may use Artificial Intelligence for quiick responses. Agent told me to turn on fire place to heat home when i asked to send out the A/C repairman.

Great location

This is great location for all your Disney trips. Typical uber was about 17 of you are not looking to drive to the parks. The pictures represent the home accurately and the hot tub was a nice bonus. We noticed not all other condos had the same option. And for those who may be skeptical with the credit card process it is legit. Overall it was a fantastic vacation location.

Fantastic

We enjoyed our experience at this property. We were there for our daughter’s volleyball tournament, so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit but it was very spacious and exactly as pictured. Checking is and out was super easy, we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend

Plenty of Room & Great Location

There were 10 of us total with kids from 5-15. Everyone had their own space and bathroom, which was crucial. Super close to the parks. Less than 15 mins each day from door step to parking spot. We didn’t cook much other than quick breakfasts and the basics were there to complete simple meals. Towels were limited but enough. We did one load of towels during our 5 night stay. Kitchen needs oven mitts or dish towels but we were pleasantly surprised to find dishwasher pods, trash bags, and even laundry detergent. Regular sized bowls for cereal would be good also. Our only disappointment was the hot tub. We really wanted to use it on our first night but it wasn’t heated. By the time we received instructions and programmed it on Monday night, it took until Wednesday for it to be warm enough to use. But not a deal breaker — we would stay again. The grounds and common areas could use some TLC but we came for the parks and did not pay to use the pool, etc so it didn’t diminish our stay at all. We had prompt communication always and would highly recommend this property.

Very nice place. Could use old fashioned glasses, bath mats, more soap and paper towel and tp replacements. Hot tub was not hot. .

Cleanest Magic Village Stay

We love staying here—it is our 4th time at Magic Village Views. The location can’t be beat as it only takes 12-15 minutes to get to a Disney park. This unit in particular was the cleanest we’ve stayed at. I highly recommend booking here. You won’t be disappointed.
