Heverly family spring break

We had a great time at the house and the clubhouse pool area. Plenty to do for everyone in the family. We wish we would have added the pool heat(late march stay). But the kids had fun and the club house pool was very warm. House was very spacious and accommodating for all. We would definitely stay here again.

great house, quite community. pool was heated, you have to ask to turn it on, extra cost but worth it. only negative is the traffic to get in the community , the guard at the gate is overwhelmed with cars to get in, it could take 15 minutes to get in the community.

Family Vacation Home

We enjoyed our stay and this home’s amenities. We found that the travel to theme parks took a very long time (30-45minutes) as the traffic in the area is terrible.

house experience

the property was a little far out. The closest shop to walk to was nearly an hour. Otherwise the neighbourhood was lovely and quite. The house was excellent and looked exactly like the pictures

Wouldn’t recommend this villa

We didn’t have the best experience staying at this villa and it’s put us off staying in villas ran by management companies going forwards. We will stick to villas ran by the actual owners or just staying on Disney property in the future as the companies are just lacking in customer services skills. I would avoid this particular company going forwards. • THE BIGGEST PROBLEM. the pool heat worked on day 1 and that was all. Now this basically ruined our entire stay, as the only reason we opted for a villa was for the pool and without the heat, it just wasn’t comfortable to be in. Therefore we wasted all this money when we could have just stayed in a hotel for much less or on Disney property itself. We reported the issue after a couple of days by phone first thing in the morning and they said they would send somebody over. We then called later that day to ask about the time and they couldn’t give us one but said they would definitely be out and we were on the list. Nobody came though. I then had to send a message via the Vrbo app the next morning to complain and somebody then came over at some point that day to check the pool heat. I did have to chase for an update though, as we weren’t provided with one automatically. They said they needed to order a part and the heat would therefore not necessarily be fixed during our stay. I therefore requested a refund for the pool heat to which point there was some back and forth about exactly when it stopped working - which really annoyed me. One would think that as it has only worked for 1 day, they might just give a full refund, but how silly of me! They plan to charge me in full for my 1 full glorious day of actually enjoying the pool. No such thing as gestures of good will here my friends! I received no further updates regarding the replacement part at all during my stay so I did chase regarding my refund on our checkout day, as nobody was reaching out to me. • There were cockroaches in the kitchen and also the bedroom throughout the stay. We reported this and they sent someone immediately to look into. Still would put me off recommending this villa though. My advice is avoid this management company and the villa was just fine - nothing special. The pool heat not working just made it a pointless stay for us. You also receive lots of demands regarding washing towels, stripping bedding etc and considering the issues we had, this just made me laugh as to how they have the audacity to demand so much back!

Great location for Disney vacation

The house had a nice pool and was a short walk to the community pool and water slide. The kids loved it. The property was also a short drive to the Disney parks.

Great location but had a bug problem

Really enjoyed our stay, location and community were great! Only reason for 2 stars in cleanliness was due to a bug problem. The property management team was quick to respond and come spray but the bug problem continued throughout our stay.

Great house for Orlando visit.

We had five adults and four teenagers in the house. The house was very nice. There was enough room and the mattress in our room was super comfortable. This is a great thing to have after being on your feet all day for days at Disney and Universal. The pool was fine considering we were able to access the resort. The boys had fun on the water slide and in the lazy river. My only real complaint was that the basketball game in the game room doesn’t work. The boys were disappointed. Otherwise the ping pong table and pool table kept them occupied. The furnishings were nice. The fan remotes for the bedrooms seemed to be mixed up and one had dead batteries but we figured it out. Overall I recommend this property and would stay here again. It was a good location for us for Disney and Universal.

Nice house

House was nice, clean, pool was great. Had a few house issues but management responded quickly. If your looking for a quiet neighborhood, this is not the place. Loud parties & music every night from surrounding houses. Even though there’s security on the property, The notices in the house tell you to call the police for noise complaints. Location is right off of I-4, but the traffic every night when coming back from Disney area is terrible. The highway & exit to get off is always backed up.

Great stay, perfect house for our family of 5

We had a great vacation. Plenty of room for our family of five. Awesome property with perfect layout. Kids loved the Mickey bunk bed room, game room, and private pool. Water slide and lazy River we’re great too.

Good but could use some updating

We enjoyed our week but there are some drawbacks from staying at these rentals and this place in particular. There was constant delays and traffic at the exit off of I4 no matter which time of day. I usually stay at a timeshare on international drive and that is a much better location if you want to do Disney. The resort pool was often dirty, slide wasn’t open every day nor the pool bar and my husband said it was the worst daiquiri he has ever had especially for almost $10. The house was spacious and the pool was nice but there was no pool net so we couldn’t get anything out of it. It started getting pretty gross by the end of the week. There weren’t very many towels and we all brought our own thankfully or we all wouldn’t have had enough for showering and pool. The game room was in bad shape. I bought ping pong balls (we couldn’t find any) and new tips for the pool cues (they were gone) along with adding air to the basketballs that were flat. The basketball game does not work and the space is tight to play either of the other two well. It is hot in there and we were afraid to use the portable air conditioner in there since we tripped the fuse after using it once. We just didn’t utilize that room like I had thought. We also found broken glass pieces randomly throughout the week that were not from us both on the carpet by the pool door and on the counter so I don’t think things were cleaned efficiently before we entered. With some updates, this place could be 5 stars but I don’t know that traffic can be fixed.

Beautiful Home

Check in was smooth. The floor plan is perfect. Very open with private master suite on one side of the house. We did have an issue with the pool being dirty. Management took care of it on the second day. My only critic would be they do better checking on the pool so when new guests arrive they can use the pool right away. Overall great experience. Would rent again.

Excellent Stay

Stayed at this location from March 10th through March 17th, 2020. The house was clean, modern, well maintained, and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything you would require, and everything was in working order. The community is very nice, with gaited access and a resort-like setting. Overall, very happy to have rented in Solterra - the location is excellent, being roughly 20 minutes from Disney and close to shopping and dining. Would happily return.

Amazing house!

We had an incredible stay at this property. We have rented many houses over the years in Orlando and other parts of Florida and few were as nice as this one. The house was beautiful and very well kept. The pool area was very nice and the pool was well heated. We had an issue with the BBQ they provided us with and they promptly dealt with it. The house was in a great location. Would definitely stay here again!
