Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Soft morning light fills this single-level retreat as the day begins at your own pace - coffee by the private entrance, or straight out to the pool where calm water and quiet air set the tone before the Orlando Area pulls you back outside. With space to spread out and settle in, this is a home built for slowing down between adventures.

The open layout brings everyone together, with the family room offering a smart TV, ceiling fan, and direct access to the pool area. A dedicated workspace sits nearby for anyone who needs to stay connected, with wifi throughout the home.

Sleeping arrangements
Up to 10 guests can settle in across 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. The king master suite includes its own bath, a soaking tub, a separate shower, and direct pool access. A second bedroom holds another king bed, while a Harry Potter themed room brings playful character with 2 twin beds. The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed. Every bedroom comes with a smart TV and ceiling fan.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals together, with a dining table set for shared gatherings. Outside, a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining area invite relaxed, open-air meals by the pool.

Bathroom
Two bathrooms serve the home, including the ensuite off the master with its soaking tub and separate shower.

Outdoor space
Step outside to an oversized pool set in a private backyard, surrounded by outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and patio seating. Pool heating is available for an additional fee for anyone wanting a warmer soak. Lake access is nearby via a path or dock, and bikes are on hand for exploring at your own pace.

The air-conditioned game room keeps things lively with arcade games, a pool table, foosball, board games, and exercise equipment - a favorite spot for groups and families alike. Theme room decor and life-size games add extra fun throughout the home.

Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans maintain comfort throughout the single-level layout. Exterior security cameras cover the front and back of the property without facing indoors, and a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are on-site for peace of mind.
