Good experience. I would rate 5 star if the cooking utensils and the Iron were good quality. The utensils need immediate replacements as all are scratched non-stick pans and the iron has burnt surface at the bottom which destroyed my new suit. Otherwise, it’s a nice property to stay. Thanks to the Host for excellent prompt communication.

Rent at your own riskLocation 5 out of 5. 5 minutes from Epic Universe and 15 minutes from Universal Studios. Condo 4 out of 5. There was one towel per person, not enough hot water, no pot holders, springy beds, the couch is stained, and the window coverings in the living room did not cover the entire sliding glass door. I would actually stay again if there was a different host. Host 1 out of 100. Everything was fine until I let them know that the dishwasher wasn't working. He said he would make an appointment with maintenence and let me know when they were coming by. Maintenence came by without a heads up. They confirmed that it was not working. After the stay the owner said that I broke the dishwasher due to improper use. I loaded the dish washer, added soap, closed the door and pushed the start button. When it was done, the dishes were still dirty. He tried to charge me 350 for the repair. Stay away!

Overall the stay was good and close to the Disney parks. However, no extra trash bags were available nor the pool keys. Also in the jack and Jill bath, seemed like there was some mold around the shower (have pics) and the couch was dirty

Everything was wonderful. Simple check in process, extremely clean, host responded to all questions quickly. Would definitely use this property again. Perfect location for the time I needed to spend at the convention center.

STAY-AWAY-Owener/Host kept charged deposit 3 times, kitchen sink smells bad, used very cheap decoration, floor not clean. Called the office to change the unit unfortutly, nothing available, you can find much, much better with the same price or less.

Great spot 3 minutes from the convention center. Super convenient with a Publix grocery store within easy walking distance. Pool and surrounding area was nice. House was perfect for our needs. One big bedroom with two beds and seperate bath. And two other bedrooms with a shared bath. Perfect for 3-5 people. Can’t complain about much, exactly what we expected or more.

Location and space in the dark

The property is located in a gated apartment community close to the Universal Studios theme parks. It had plenty of room for my family of five.There was no light in the master bedroom. The bulbs had burnt out. The host did not offer a solution, even though I had contacted him. The other two bedrooms only had one bulb each.After checkout, I was charged a fee for service to the blinds. I did not take a picture of them to confirm that they were in perfect working order when I left. But needless to say, I did actually need to use them so that I could see in the master bedroom.

Do not stay

So the thermostat was not responding to any input. It took Daniel 3 hours to respond and then told us that nothing was wrong. Finally he said he would remotely turn it down. I still never had the ability to adjust it myself. The beds were advertised as queens but they were fulls. 3 of the beds were comfortable but the others 2 were awful. It was more comfortable to sleep on the floor than on the bed. The hot water was very little. I would not recommend to stay here.

This place has the bare minimum

If you are thinking of staying here, dont expect much. The negative reviews were spot on and have only gotten worse. The people that gave this place 10's must have been paid or the hosts friends. My son and his volleyball team stayed in the same building and the place was immaculate. I was here alone, but if I had brought my family I would have tried to find another place. Furniture is badly worn and should have been replaced a long time ago. Fridge was dirty and shelves were missing. None of the headboards were attached to beds so they fall right over on bed when move pillows. Most owners provide pool towels since its right across the street. This owner doesn't. This place could be really nice if owner just spent a little more money, but from past comments everythings the same.

Good location/ not able to control temperature

Super convenient location for why we were there. The air in our unit would not go below 77. I called the manager and was told I had done something wrong by trying to turn the air temperature lower. However when maintenance came to check I was told the owner puts a hold on the temperature. It was very hot and humid in our unit and it made sleeping very uncomfortable.

Nicely furnished condo in a clean, beautiful neighborhood

The property was nice and adequately equipped for our week long stay. My husband and I were sharing the condo with a few of our friends who were all there to attend the AKC National Championship Dog Show. I am always grateful for places that will allow us to stay with larger breed dogs. There were a few minor issues but nothing that diminished our enjoyment of our stay. For example, the ice/water dispenser on the refrigerator door didn't work. The stopper in the bathroom sink was not working but my husband was able to fix it easily himself. The the curtain and curtain rod was missing in one of the bedrooms but the window had blinds so it wasn't an issue. I would like to have had hand towels supplied, as they only offered bath towels and wash rags. Again, a minor issue for me. The positive is it was easy to get a hold of the property/owner to report the issues (we only contacted him so he was aware of these issues at check in and that they were not something we broke during our stay) The kitchen was equipped well enough for us to cook meals during our stay. The condo was nicely furnished and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We had a total of 6 people sharing the unit and it was spacious enough that we didn't feel like we were crowded together at all. I would stay in this unit again.

There are better properties at the same price.

Extremely disappointed. There was MOLD around each air vent in the condo. Daniel said it was paint chippings but it was not. (It was green). We also had ants in our beds, kitchen drawers, bedroom drawers, and walls. When I contacted Daniel about these issues, he told ME to go buy ant spray. It wasn't until I called VRBO personally that he said he was sending a technician out to take of those issues. Ant spray was left under the cabinet and he told me he saw no signs of ants. When we returned the ants were still there. We have videos of the hundreds of ants and documentation of how Daniel spoke to us back and forth. He was extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend this condo. There are other condos that are friends stayed in, at the same building without problems.

Great location for Orange County Convention Center

We stayed here for our sons volleyball tournament. The location is great. Walking distance to the convention center, grocery store, places to eat and other stores. Don’t need a rental car if you don’t plan to go anywhere else. The resort has 2 nice pools that all the teams really enjoyed and then the lake with a nice walking trail. The condo can fit 6 people comfortably. Perfect size for the 5 of us. It was clean, updated and the balcony faces the small pool area and parking lot. It was nice yo be able yo put garbage in the bin right outside the front door. You have to wall across the street for the larger pool/bar area, but not a bad walk. Its along the lake so a pretty view. I have two recommendations: have beach towels at condo for guests so we don’t need to pack them and also have some board or card games. I would highly recommend this condo.

Convenient location and nice property

In Orlando for volleyball so location was perfect, close to convention center and other amenities. Condo was cleaned and comfortable, no long list of chores. Only improvement would be some more comfortable seating in living room but then, you're in Orlando so not like you'll spend a lot of time in the condo.

Disappointing and not as described

On arrival at this property it didn't look like a 'luxury apartment' as advertised, I mentioned some of the issues to the host but was unable to send photos through the app. The host then became confrontational telling me I needed to 'manage my expectations' and the cost of the property was low compared to other places nearby (this is not true) and the property is 'AS IS' (not sure what this means either im paying for a luxury property or its cheaper because its not luxury you can't have it both ways. I seriously considered booking a different property and then trying to get a refund when we returned home but as we had unpacked and were tired after a long flight we decided to make the best of it. On our way back Daniel Shifteh the host accused us of getting paint on a 'comforter' and breaking a curtain rail, the rail was broken and attached to the wall at a 45 degree angle on arrival and we certainly did not use any paint or stain any duvets/comforters, my husband thinks he may be referring to a red/orange stain on the smallest bedroom bed cover (already there on arrival) but no photos have been sent so far. The whole apartment is shabby and badly maintained. We had to buy a tool kit from publix on arrivial to fix locks on the jack and jill bathroom, no curtains up to one bedroom window at all, no mattress protectors and old stained mattresses. Floor and balcony really dirty although rest of apartment was clean. Overall disappointed.

Great stay in Orlando

We enjoyed our stay in Vista Cay. The swimming pools were great and we had fun walking the paths around the ponds. It was an excellent place to stay and close to all the parks.
