Disappointed

My stay was double booked according to the host that messaged me a few hours before check in. I had already received my check in instructions and honestly everything was flowing smoothly: according to the pictures and reviews the property appeared to be clean and averaged expectations. My family and I came from the Bahamas with high hope and we were disappointed, the awesome part of it is that my funds were fully refunded. The vacation home we chose was awesome; I truly believe that we would've enjoyed our stay.

Easter Vacation

The location is perfect for all the Disney parks. The villa pool & hot tub were great to come back to after a long day.The rooms are all a good size and the aircon worked a treat. The furniture is probably a bit dated with signs of wear on much of the furniture but everywhere was clean on arrival and ideal for our party. I would definitely recommend this villa for a family

Would stay again!

We had a group of 10 adults and teenagers and the property was perfect for us. We used it as a base for Disney World and it was a great location if not staying on Disney property. House was exactly as described/pictured and communication was excellent with host. We would rent this house again if we did another trip to Orlando.

Great for family vacation

I was initially concerned about cleanliness because of some past reviews, but the house was spotless and exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, and the home is incredibly spacious, giving my family plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Janet was very responsive and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.The house itself is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. My family had a wonderful time, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Disappointed

House was nice because of the layout. However, it’s filthy. It needs a good cleaning… top to bottom. The dust is thick. Toilet bowls have rings in them. Sinks were sub par. The game room smelled real musty. Stove had a nice layer of dust……yuck!

Great location. House needs a thorough deep cleaning. Pool cover needs replaced as small pieces of the cover were all over in the pool. Smoke alarms are past their expiration date as they chirpped even after replacing with new batteries. Wont stay again.Onlykittoweand no kitchen

Great place, great location

This property is amazing in so many ways! The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen has everything equipment wise to make meals of any kind. Beds and bathrooms, house layout, and especially the amazing area around the pool and hot tub made it a particularly wonderful stay for all especially when we had our kids and grandkids with us! She has also picked an amazing property manager who was easily contactable and knowledgeable and efficient in addressing any concern we had and so kind to work with! I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing House

My family loved the house, the neighborhood, the pool and the price. It was our 1st family vacation and the for our needs perfectly. The host was very friendly and responsive to any questions we asked.

We vacation in Florida every year for our annual Christmas trip and this is my third time staying at this house and I love it ! I love everything about it the area very convenient very clean the maintenance is up to date and upkeep is awesome looking forward to staying there again next year or even try it in the summer we like to go to Disney and Universal Studios and just a convenience of how close it is to everything Is Awesome this house has everything you will never be bored at this house the kids enjoyed every bit of this house just as well as I did I enjoyed the big kitchen cooking in the big ol kitchen just sit down Island the open space I can cook meal and talk to the kids right in the living room or see them right outside the sliding glass doors whatever it was everybody was just right there in the same breath you have your own private space so it was very awesome my kids enjoyed the game room and the pool the most of course and I enjoyed the tub in the master bedroom. Hands Down Teeeeee Best!! Highly Recommend...

Unsatisfied Renter

The house that I rented stated it was a 7 bedroom with two bedrooms downstairs was only one ,you have a bug problem that needs to be taken care of in the bathrooms and outside, as far as the pool a rail is needed everyone is not young and need some assistance getting in and out the pool, the air conditioning in the game room doesn’t work that need to be looked at other then those issues the house was ok.

My first VRBO experience

The house and the location was great. Many things in the home did not work and they were advertised in the listing for use. We spent a lot of time in the pool and I noticed that the homes around us that were used for VRBO had pool toys and floatation devices but ours did not. Minor things but overall a great vacation

80th Celebration - thanks for balloons & card

The property was large enough for our group of 10. We all felt as though we had ample space and the large kitchen island was wonderful. We did cook - outdoor grill - great. Indoor frying pans need replacing & could use more glasses/cups but ran dishwasher to solve problem. The pool and outdoor tables provided plenty of space and we were so happy that the covered patio was large & offered shade. Got to see my 1st Armadillo!! Washing machine was not working, wished we could have washed bathing suits before leaving. All in All - Great Vacation.
