The house was super clean and cozy, property is well maintained. The pool was an awesome amenity and the jacuzzi is a must after a long day at the parks. Quiet neighborhood, love that! Host was easy to connect and communicate with. Looking forward to booking again real soon.

We have stayed at probably a dozen homes in the Davenport area, and this home was the most in need of updating. The tile and grout in the master bath are worn and dirty. The beds/mattresses seemed older and in need of replacing. The hot tub blower broke on our 2nd day and Michelle was unable to arrange for repair before we left. We chose this house because of the many reviews for how great the hot tub was, so this was a huge disappointment. We were never offered compensation for this, either. There is sparse outside pool seating, with no tables/chairs near the hot tub (a walk around the neighborhood revealed that this was definitely not the norm). The four loungers are extremely uncomfortable because there are no cushions at all. Be aware that the TVs have no streaming services, which is rare for a VRBO. The speaker bar had no batteries in it so the sound was limited. The pool deck had bloody band-aids lying around from the previous renter. The most off-putting aspect of this house was the mold smell. It hits you right when you walk in. When we arrived home, all of our belongings and food still had that smell. We even went out and bought air fresheners to help but this didn't work. The positives are the location, which is a beautiful, tree-lined, quiet street. The neighborhood was wonderful for evening strolls. We had quick access to Epcot and Celebration, which was great. Not sure we would choose this house again, but we definitely enjoyed Reunion.

Absolutely loved this property. It was in a fantastic location, close to all the amenities and safe and secure. The property was clean and airy. The Linai by the pool was our favourite spot. The pool was clean and refreshing. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. Michelle was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in a bit earlier which really helped.

Family Holiday

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. It was spotlessly clean. Pool was fantastic, and the hot tub was lovely & hot! Michelle was so kind & responsive and was able to accommodate an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The home was a great layout for our family (with 3 teenagers), and is well located for supermarket and all the theme parks. No complaints, would highly recommend staying here!!

Vacation Retreat

We had an amazing stay!House had everything we needed for a great home away from home!The home was very spacious and clean! The patio and pool area was a fabulous bonus after returning from all of the local attractions! Especially the hot tub!!!!! The screened in lanai made outside dining a true pleasure!!! Don’t forget to order a grill if you like to barbecue.We highly recommend this home for your next family vacation!!!

Our Disney Vacation

We had a stay from May 3-13th at this property while we had our Disney Vacation. Here is our thoughts on the property.Michelle is wonderful to work with!! She is very responsive and prompt when you have any questions or issues. We had a problem with the dryer and the switch for the hot tub and it was repaired faster than anywhere we have ever stayed. She was in constant communication with us to keep us informed. A few things I will note: If there is a light inside the pool or hot tub, we never found it or it is out and needs replaced. The fan above the outside table does not turn on. The light works, but the fan did not. In the upstairs bedroom with the queen bed, the lighting needs looked at. When you turn on the lights, they flicker a lot. Kind of like a strobe light. The property is as described. It was pretty clean for the most part when we arrived. There are plenty of dishes and silverware to use along with pots and pans. We loved the area we were in and the neighborhood was wonderful to walk our golden retriever in. Very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much. We got in the pool just about every night after we got home from the Disney parks. We would definitely recommend this property to large families!

Great stay!

We truly enjoyed our 3 week rental here. Communication with the host was excellent. The home was so convenient to parks and the resort itself was quiet and safe. The home was well appointed and very comfortable and the pool/hot tub was excellent. The home shows minor use and wear and tear, but was clean upon arrival and we loved it. We would rent again. Thank you!

Great house on a quiet street in Reunion

We were very pleased to stay at this house. Reunion is a town unto itself, with its hotel, resort, golf courses, and different kinds of dwellings.This house has a very nice layout, placing each of the bedrooms at corners so there is potential privacy and avoidance of noise. Furnishings are both comfortable and appealing.We loved how quiet the street was, including only occasional traffic on it. Most of the encounters we had were with other people merely walking their dog(s). Everyone was friendly.

Reunion Area

This is a great location to get to ESPNWWOS as well as the parks. Reunion Resort is amazing. The house itself could use some updates in the upstairs bathrooms but the main floor was absolutely wonderful.

Basic 5 bed house
