We have stayed at probably a dozen homes in the Davenport area, and this home was the most in need of updating. The tile and grout in the master bath are worn and dirty. The beds/mattresses seemed older and in need of replacing. The hot tub blower broke on our 2nd day and Michelle was unable to arrange for repair before we left. We chose this house because of the many reviews for how great the hot tub was, so this was a huge disappointment. We were never offered compensation for this, either. There is sparse outside pool seating, with no tables/chairs near the hot tub (a walk around the neighborhood revealed that this was definitely not the norm). The four loungers are extremely uncomfortable because there are no cushions at all. Be aware that the TVs have no streaming services, which is rare for a VRBO. The speaker bar had no batteries in it so the sound was limited. The pool deck had bloody band-aids lying around from the previous renter. The most off-putting aspect of this house was the mold smell. It hits you right when you walk in. When we arrived home, all of our belongings and food still had that smell. We even went out and bought air fresheners to help but this didn't work. The positives are the location, which is a beautiful, tree-lined, quiet street. The neighborhood was wonderful for evening strolls. We had quick access to Epcot and Celebration, which was great. Not sure we would choose this house again, but we definitely enjoyed Reunion.
